Remy sighed softly, turning in the arms wrapped loosely around him. He smiled wide and snuggled closer to Damien, tucking his head under his chin. Remy felt Damien hum lowly.

"You alright?" He whispered, and Remy nodded.

"Yeah, don't worry babe." Remy mumbled, pressing gentle kisses to Damien's exposed neck. Damien laughed, glancing down at Remy before up at the clock on his wall. "What time is it?"

"Quarter to ten," Damien answered. He reached up and began to brush through Remy's hair. "Did you sleep well?"

Remy nodded once again, pressing himself closer to Damien. It was the first time as a couple they'd shared a bed, and Remy felt like he was in heaven surrounded by all the soft and fluffy pillows and blankets. He knew Damien always slept well, and now he knew why. He'd never felt so well-rested before in his life.

"This was the best sleep I've ever gotten."

"Even better than Emile's bed?"

Remy huffed against Damien's neck, lightly hitting Damien's arm. "Don't even mention him."

"Right, my bad." Damien nuzzled into Remy's hair. "I'm glad you slept well though. Maybe you should sleep in my bed more often."

Remy laughed, moving so he was face to face with Damien. "You're going to have to pry me from this bed, darling, cause I'm never leaving." He leaned in and kissed Damien gently, the kiss only breaking when they both broke into tired giggles.

"Seriously though, you might have some competition for my love, this bed is moving up the ranks very quickly." Remy grinned at Damien through his messy hair, his smile slightly lopsided. Damien rolled his eyes.

"Oh, shush and c'mere." Damien gently took Remy's jaw in his hand and pulled Remy into another kiss, still very soft like the last one, except now Remy melted into it, letting his arms tighten around Damien as Damien's hands travelled to his hair, getting buried in Remy's morning mess of locks.
