A Game - Intrulogical -
They had a game.
One that the others didn't know about, and neither Logan or Remus intended for them to find out about it. They feared what might happen if they did figure it out.
Logan didn't like the idea of this "game" Remus had originally made. He thought it juvenile, far too silly for him to partake in. But Logan couldn't resist Remus' pout and watery eyes. And so, he agreed. If to do nothing except make his boyfriend happy.
Then... Logan started to have fun.
He felt a sort of spark in his chest whenever a round of the game ensued, his heart would thump loudly and he and Remus would laugh softly as they could still clearly see the others. Excitement filled Logan's heart whenever he caught Remus' mischievous glance.
Remus pratically dragged Logan from the kitchen and to the hallway closet, pulling Logan into the somewhat small crevice between the closet and the door to Patton's room. Patton hummed inside, oblivious.
Remus captured Logan's lips in his, and Logan happily returned the kiss, combing his fingers through Remus' hair just the way Remus loved. It made the creative side melt further into Logan's arms.
The door opened and closed with soft clicks, and neither Remus nor Logan pulled away from one another. Shrouded by the shadows, Patton walked by without even looking up from his phone, a grin spread across his face as he giggled at something either Roman or Virgil had sent.
They heard him walk down the stairs and they pulled away, Remus muffling his laughs. Logan rolled his eyes at Remus, leaning forward and pressing a soft kiss to his forehead. "I'll see you tonight?" Logan hummed, tilting Remus' head up.
Remus beamed up at him and nodded. "Yee-up! Same place as always?"
"Of course, have a good evening Remus." Logan pressed a quick kiss to Remus' lips before walking back downstairs to finish off his third cup of coffee.
Remus bounced on his heels back to the dark commons, ignoring Deceit's inquiry of where he'd been, and his 'why the hell are you grinning Remus? What did you do?' didn't even process in Remus' mind as he plopped down on the couch and conjured up his favorite deodorant.
