Basic idea: Patton Arrow is a notorious matchmaker in his school. He's well known for introducing people that form a relationship that lasts for years, which is how he earned the nickname Cupid. 

Every couple of weeks he sets up a new couple and gets sadder and sadder by the day. He is surrounded by people with loving partners and he has to fake loving himself.

He ends up being tasked with finding the perfect match for a new kid in school, Logan Pyre. Logan is extremely difficult to find a soulmate for, as he has a hard time showing emotions and well, Love at all. Patton has to bring Logan out of his shell, and ignore his own growing feelings for him so Logan can be happy-

After all; Love arrows don't work on Cupid, right?
