Fight Back!- Prinxiety sorta
Made by my friend: Løser ;o
Virgil just barely managed to sit down, holding his head as he watched the room spin. He sobbed, trying to push the other away.
All their words were slurred or hollow sounding. To Virgil, everything sounded like he was hearing it from underwater.
Roman shook his love by the shoulders.
"Virgil?! Virgil, listen to me!"
He cried, hoping to snap the other out of his daze.
Virgil shook his head rapidly, Roman's grip scaring him even worse. Virgil's mind wandered off, as if he disconnected from reality for a moment.
'Do they actually care about me..?'
His voice echoed in the darkness as he looked around but to no avail.
"No, shouldn't you have this down by now? They're being friendly because they pity you. It looks good for their image."
The voice spat harshly in response, in contrast to Virgil's soft, small voice.
Another tear fell.
"What did I ever do to them?.."
And another.
"Do I seem that weak??.."
And.. Another.
Tear after tear, before he knew it his tears filled up the room like a swimming pool. It was knee deep at this point.
So he sat there, waiting for time to pass by. For what reason? He wasn't sure..but what else did he have to do?
He turned his head away as he heard the same voice.
That
voice.
The same voice that got into his head and scrambled his thoughts one too many times.
"So are you going to sit in your own pool of failure? Drown yourself in it? Oh, I'm sure your 'friends' would love to see that."
How was he supposed to defend himself to get back home? How was he supposed to help others when he couldn't help himself?
So there sat the small, helpless boy. He tried to blink back the tears but it was no use.
Eventually, said boy had to stand up. Why? Because that same room was now filled with water up to his neck. He felt like he had ran out of tears.

"Have you given up?"
"..."
Small swishes of water could be heard.
"Young one, I am speaking to you!"
"Why..?.."
"Why what?"
"Why do you have to put others through all of this pain? Are you satisfied now? Is it you that had problems and to get rid of those memories you must torment all of us to see what we do?!"
And for once.. There was silence.
That sweet sweet silence that Virgil longed to hear again.
The crisp silence that allowed him to think properly. Clearly.
The water slowly drained until it was no longer in existence, and Virgil was home again.
Roman shook his love by the shoulders.
"Virgil?! Virgil, listen to me!"
He cried, hoping to snap the other out of his daze.
Virgil opened his eyes and they seemed to be free of any tears. He hugged Roman tightly, "I'm okay.." He whispered.
