(3rd Person)

The sides were having a singing Competition, of course Patton had to convince Deceit and Logan to join because let's face it, who can say no to Patton?

The sides had their songs planned out, and they couldn't tell the others.

Roman was first and everyone expected him to sing a sappy love song to Virgil but Roman decided someone else needed to be acknowledged

("Brother" by Kodaline)

"When we were the ones, the Kings and Queens oh yeah we ruled the world" Roman sung facing Remus who was confused.

"We smoked cigarettes, man no regrets wish I could relive every single word". Remus found the song familiar but mysterious.

"We've taken different paths, traveled different roads I know we'll always end up on the same one when we're old". Remus was waiting for a 'sike' or something as Roman continued.

"And when we're in the trenches and your under fire I will cover you". Remus's heart warmed at the thought of this.

"If I was dying on my knees, you would be the one to rescue me. And if you were drowned at sea, I'd give you my lungs so you could breathe". Remus's eyes teared up as Roman sing the next part.

"I've got you brother~ I've got you brother~ I've got you brother~ I've got you brother~". Remus was slightly crying at this point.

"Oh brother we go deeper than the ink beneath the skin of our tattoos, No we don't share the same blood your my brother and I love you that's the truth". Remus was slightly confused but still loved every word.

"We're living different lives, heaven only knows if and when we get back with all our fingers and our toes". Remus laughed slightly and wiped his tears

"Five years, Twenty years coming back we'll always be the same". Remus was mouthing along to Roman singing.

"If I was dying on my knees, you would be the one to rescue me, and if you were drowned at sea, I'd give you my lungs so you could breathe" At this point, Remus got up and went to hug his twin as he finished.

"I've got you brother~ I've got you brother~ I've got you brother~ I've got you brother~". Roman hugged Remus back and sung while crying, his voice cracking a bit.

"And If he hit on Troubled Water, I'll be the one to keep you warm and safe. And we'll be carrying eachother, 'til we say goodbye on our dying day" Roman raised his voice and turned slightly away from Remus so he didn't break his twin's eardrums.

"Because I've got you brother~ I've got you brother~ I've got you brother~ I've got you brother~".

"If I was dying on my knees, you would be the one to rescue me, and if you were drowned at sea, I'd give you my lungs so you could breathe". Roman was full on crying at this point, but raised his twin above and onto his shoulders.

Roman then sat Remus on the couch and sat next to him, booping his twin's nose as he got comfortable in his seat.

Next they decided to pull a name out of a hat and got Patton, who was not keen on being second but got ready and sang.

("Love Like You" by Caleb Hyles)

"If I could begin to be half of what you think of me, I could do about anything, I could even learn how to love". It was an unusual song for Patton to sing, but he had some meaning for it.

"When I see the way you act wondering when I'm coming back, I could do about anything, I could even learn how to love, like you, Love like you". Patton was facing Logan, who was smiling widely.

"I always thought I might be bad now, I'm sure that it's true. 'Cause I think your so good and I'm nothing like you look at you go I just adore you, I wish that I knew! What makes you think I'm so special". Logan (666) thought of hundreds of reasons but listened to Patton'd singing.

"If I could, begin to do something that does right by you. I would do about anything I would even learn how to love". Logan got up onto his feet.

"When I see that way you look, shaken by how long it took. I could do about anything, I could even learn how to love like you, Love like you~". Logan walked slowly over to Patton to the pace of the song.

"Even though I can't compare and I'm sorry if I stare". Logan was a few feet away from Patton as he waited for the song to be near the end.

"I just want to do anything, maybe I could learn how to love. People say, this love is wrong but all I want is to belong. I can say without any doubt, Everyone should learn how to love like you". Logan knew he didn't normally loved as others did but Patton loved it.

Logan got a bit closer as Patton got closer to the ending.

"Love like you~, Love like you~, Love like you~". As Patton ended the song Logan kissed him. Patton was a bit surprised but eventually melted into it.

They sat down and cuddled as the others pulled another name out of the hat.

Remy

The chosen side had a slightly whiny look on, not really wanting to sing at that moment. (Probably because his coffee would get cold) but hesitantly went up.

A piano started in the background as Remy got ready to sing.

"Heart beats fast, Colors and Promises. How to be brave, How can I love when I'm afraid to fall?". Deceit knew Remy's love for Romance movies and how some characters briefly fall out of love with someone and how it scared the normally confident side.

"But watching you stand, alone? All of my doubt, suddenly goes away somehow". Remy opened his eyes and looked at Deceit, who was starting to blush.

"One Step Closer~". Remy took a big deep breath for the next line

"I have died everyday waiting for you, darling don't be afraid I have loved you for a thousand years, I'll love you for a thousand more~". Deceit was now blushing heavily as Remy sung sweetly facing the side of deception.

Violin music filled the room as Deceit calmed his blush down, muttering to himself.

"Time stands still, beauty in all she is I will be brave, I will not let anything take away". Deceit was teleported in front of Remy. He quickly grabbed onto him.

"What's standing in front of me~ Every breath, every hour has come to this". Remy picked up Deceit in his arms bridal style.

"One step closer~ I have died everyday waiting for you, darling don't be afraid I have loved you for a thousand years, I'll love you for a thousand more". Deceit was mesmerized by how angelic like Remy's voice was.

"And all along I believe I would find you, time has brought your heart to me I have loved you for a thousand years, I'll love you for a thousand more~". Remy was putting so much emotion in the words he sung.

"One, step, closer. One step Closer. I have died everyday waiting for you, darling don't be afraid I have loved you for a thousand years, I'll love you for a thousand more".

"And all along I believe I would find you, time has brought your heart to me. I have loved you for a thousand years, I'll love you for a thousand more".

When Remy stopped singing, Deceit suddenly kissed him, the violin music in the background fitting in perfectly with the mood of the room.

"Am I the only one that didn't sing a love song?" Roman said. Virgil assured him by saying he didn't pick a love song either. Logan was still deciding in his mind and said he probably wouldn't pick one either but he might.

Deceit said he didn't pick a love song either, he didn't like singing love songs. They then quickly picked a name out of the hat and it read,

Virgil.

Surprisingly, Virgil didn't hesitate going up to sing, he was quite eager to be honest.

"Like a small boat, on the ocean. Sending big waves into motion. Like how a single word can make a heart open". Roman knew what song Virgil was singing, but the others were surprised.

"I might only have one match, but I can make an explosion. And all those things I should've said, wrecking balls inside my brain, I will scream out loud tonight". Remus giggled at the word "balls" like a child would.

"Can you hear my voice this time? This is my Fight Song! Take back my life song! Prove I'm alright song!" Roman loved this part, he felt Virgil related to this so much and it warmed his heart.

"My powers turned on, starting right now I'll be strong! I'll play my Fight Song!" Logan then used his powers to lift Virgil off the ground.

"And I don't really care if nobody else believes! Cause I've still got a lot of fight left in me!" Virgil shouted as Logan put him back on the ground slowly.

"I'm losing friends and I'm chasing sleep, everybody's worried I'm in too deep, they say I'm in too deep" Virgil sung softly.

"It's been two years, I miss my home theirs a fire burning in my bones I still believe, yeah I still believe". The confident aura now filling the room he again.

"And all of those things I didn't say, wrecking balls inside my brain. I will scream out loud tonight, can you hear my voice this time?". Virgil took a deep breath

"This is my Fight Song! Take back my life song! Prove I'm alright song~" Virgil focused on something for a moment.

"My powers turned on! Starting right now I'll be strong! I'll play my Fight Song!" Virgil suddenly lifted himself off the ground when he sang, 'My powers turned on'.

"And I don't really care if nobody else believes~ Cause I've still got a lot of fight left in me~ A lot of fight left in me~!". Virgil then lowered himself so he was hovering over the ground.

"This is my Fight Song! Take back my life song! prove I'm alright song! My powers turned on! Starting right now I'll be strong, I'll play my Fight Song~!" Virgil took a breath before singing again.

"And I don't really care if nobody else believes! Cause I've still got a lot of fight left in me! No, I've still got a lot of fight left in me" Virgil then lowered himself onto the floor and whispered the last part again.

Roman ran up to Virgil and hugged him, lifted him up off the ground and spun him around and kept saying how good he sang before putting him down again to let the others hug him.

After that they picked another name out of the hat to go next, and Logan was chosen. He had thankfully chosen his song but he didn't like it.

  Logan shapeshifted into a younger version of himself, he looked around 13 or 14. He was wearing a long sleeve shirt and normal pants but both were very loose fitting.

Logan had something he needed to tell everyone, except for Remus and Virgil who already knew and had sad looks on their faces.

"I know you got the best intentions, just tryin' to find the right words to say. I promise I've already learned my lesson". Logan's eyes teared up slightly.

"But right now, I wanna be not okay". Patton remembered something and realized what this song is about.

"I'm so tired sitting here waiting, if I hear one more, 'Just Be Patient'. It's always gonna stay the same!". Logan teleported everyone to the roof of a random abandoned 5 story building.

"So let me just give up, So let me just let go". Logan showed a flashback of him on the edge of this very ledge

(From now until I say so, descriptions after lyrics are in the flashback)

"If this isn't good for me well I don't wanna know". The flashback pushed Roman away from them

"Let me just stop trying, let me just stop fighting". Remus and Virgil were shown trying to get Logan away from the edge.

"I don't want you good advice or reasons why I'm alright". Logan scooted towards the edge more away from past Patton who was begging Logan to get away from the edge.

"You don't know what it's like, you don't know what it's like~". Logan fell of the edge, his clothes flowing in the wind.

  His body hit the ground and he was rushed to the hospital where he was barely saved. Weeks later he was sent back to school.

"Can't stop these feet from sinking, and it's starting to show on me". Logan tripped in front of the popular kids and fell on his back.

"Your staring while I'm blinking, but just don't tell me what you see". The kids laughed and stared at Logan while he looked around and ran to the roof.

"I'm so over all this bad luck, hearing one more 'Keep Your Head Up!", Is it ever gonna change?!". Logan was sobbing on the rooftop, his tears flowing through the wind.

"So let me just give up, let me just let go". Logan went loser to the edge as his friends ran to him

"If this isn't good for me well I don't wanna know". Patton wasted no time to get to Logan and sprinted over to him.

"Let me just stop trying, let me.just stop fighting, I don't want your good advice or reasons why I'm alright, you don't know what it's like". Patton had caught Logan and was holding both of his arms to try and stop him.

"You don't know what it's like, you don't what it's like~". Logan's face was red from crying and he sung to make Patton let go of him but his eyes were screaming 'Help Me'.

"Don't look at me like that, just like you understand! Don't try to pull me back". Patton was clinging to Logan desperately trying to pull him up.

"So let me just give up, let me just let go, if this isn't good for me well I don't wanna know". Remus and Roman were at the bottom, ready to try and catch Logan before he fell.

"Let me just stop trying, let me just stop fighting. I don't want your good advice or reasons why I'm alright". Patton was not going to let go, he knew Remus and Roman could catch him but he didn't want to take the chance.

"You don't know what it like, you don't know what it's like. You don't know, you don't know, you don't know, you don't know what it's like!". Logan sobbed as Patton pulled him back up, bit by bit.

"You don't know what it's like! Yeah, you don't know, you don't know what it's like, You don't know what it's like! You don't know what it's like". Patton fully got Logan back up.

(Flashback end)

Patton rushed over to Logan and tackled him in a hug, Logan had shifted back into his normal age and cried as Patton hugged him, he finally felt like he belonged.

Logan picked the next name out of the hat and Remus was written sloppily on the script of paper in Logan's hand

Remus reluctantly got up to sing and cleared his throat before starting.

("Never Enough" by Kelly Clarkson)

"I'm trying to hold my breath, let it stay this way can't let this moment end". Remus started with a slight shake in his voice.

"You set off a dream in me, getting loud enough. Can you hear it echoing?". Roman gave his slightly nervous twin a reasurring smile.

"Take my hand, Will you share this with me? Cause Darling without you". Remus then looked towards Emile.

"All the shines of a thousand spotlights, all the stars we steal from the night sky will never be enough, never be enough! Towers of gold are still to little, these hands could hold the world but it'll never be enough, never be enough for me~!". Remus sang as the room got dark but quickly lit up with different pictures and scenes on the ceiling.

"Never Never! Never Never! Never for me, for me~ Never Enough! Never Enough, Never Enough, for me, for me for me~!". Roman never knew his twin could sing with so much volume.

"All the shines of a thousand spotlights, all the stars we steal from the night sky will never be enough, never be enough! Towers of gold are still to little, these hands could hold the world but it'll never be enough, never be enough for me~!". Remus started toning the noise a but due to his voice hurting.

"Never Never! Never Never! Never for me, for me~ Never Enough! Never Enough, Never Enough, for me, for me for me~!" REMUS'S ending note was soft and memorable.

  "That was amazing Rem!" Emile cheered. Roman picked up his twin and hugged him. Remus never felt so alive and loved in his life.

  Remus walked over to the hat and pulled out one of the names from the two options. The name scribbled on there was in cursive and was barely eligible to Remus, signifying that it was Deceit.

  The chosen side walked over to the microphone and the background music kicked in.

  "When the days are cold, And the cards all fold. And the saints we see, Are all made of gold" Deceit started, he sung at a slowish pace to give the song some emotion.

"When your dreams all fail, And the ones we hail. Are the worst of all, And the blood's run stale" Deceit's facial expression turned a but pitiful, as if he felt bad for someone.

"I want to hide the truth, I want to shelter you. But with the beast inside, There's nowhere we can hide" the background changed a bit, to past memories of Deceit getting angry.

"No matter what we breed, We still are made of greed. This is my kingdom come, This is my kingdom come" Deceit elavated the velocity of his voice as he started singing the next part.

"When you feel my heat, Look into my eyes. It's where my demons hide, It's where my demons hide" The others realized that Deceit wasn't singing for a specific person, he was talking to everyone.

"Don't get too close, It's dark inside, It's where my demons hide, It's where my demons hide" Deceit backed away from the others a bit.

"When the curtain's call, Is the last of all. When the lights fade out, All the sinners crawl" The lights then dimmed for a bit and shadow monsters crawled behind Deceit.

"So they dug your grave, And the masquerade,Will come calling out, At the mess you made" Deceit had on a masquerade mask for a slight moment until it disappeared.

"Don't want to let you down, But I am hell bound. Though this is all for you, Don't want to hide the truth" Deceit's body had shadows around it, emanating from his body.

"No matter what we breed, We still are made of greed. This is my kingdom come, This is my kingdom come" Deceit's body shook at a rapid pace.

"When you feel my heat, Look into my eyes. It's where my demons hide, It's where my demons hide" Deceit had 'split' into two, one looking angelic and the other demonic with firey eyes.

"Don't get too close, It's dark inside. It's where my demons hide, It's where my demons hide" Remy approached Deceit but got pushed away by the 'split' sides.

"They say it's what you make, I say it's up to fate. It's woven in my soul, I need to let you go" the demonic Deceit shrunched it's nose in distaste.

"Your eyes, they shine so bright, I want to save their light. I can't escape this now, Unless you show me how!" The Angelic Deceit opened his arms in welcome, and cast a shield around the sides.

  "When you feel my heat, Look into my eyes. It's where my demons hide, It's where my demons hide" Angel Deceit went in front of the Demon and held it back into the dark corner.

  "Don't get too close, It's dark inside. It's where my demons hide, It's where my demons hide" The two then fused back into one as the song ended.

  Remy lunged at Deceit and tackled him with a hug, complimenting his singing and kissing his cheek as Remus had a lennt face.

  Emile then had to go, as Deceit and Remy begun to cuddle on the couch.

(Ignore the fact it says "she" and "her" I'm too lazy to change it)

  "She just wants to be beautiful
She goes unnoticed, she knows no limits. She craves attention, she praises an image, She prays to be sculpted by the sculptor" Emile begun and faced Remus.

"Oh, she don't see the light that's shining, Deeper than the eyes can find it. Maybe we have made her blind, So she tries to cover up her pain and cut her woes away" Emile smiled, but the lyrics are laced into it.

"'Cause cover girls don't cry after their face is made, But there's a hope that's waiting for you in the dark" Emile's face lifted and shone.

"You should know you're beautiful just the way you are, And you don't have to change a thing, the world could change its heart" Emile was basically telling Remus this, assuring him.

"No scars to your beautiful, we're stars and we're beautiful, Oh-oh, oh-oh~, And you don't have to change a thing, the world could change its heart" Emile had a fierce expression, like he would face anything for Remus.

"No scars to your beautiful, we're stars and we're beautiful, She has dreams to be an envy, so she's starving" Emile's face went somber again.

"You know, covergirls eat nothing, She says beauty is pain and there's beauty in everything. What's a little bit of hunger? I could go a little while longer, she fades away" Emile frowned, not liking the idea of Remus starving himself.

"She don't see her perfect, she, don't understand she's worth it, Or that beauty goes deeper than the surface, Oh, oh~" Remus smiled, feeling like someone actually paid attention to him.

"So to all the girls that's hurting Let me be your mirror, help you see a little bit clearer, The light that shines within~. There's a hope that's waiting for you in the dark" Remus went closer to Emile.

"You should know you're beautiful just the way you are. And you don't have to change a thing, the world could change its heart" Emile didn't notice Remus approaching him.

"No better life than the life we're living (no better life than the life we're living)" Remus was shook at first but eventually started grinning like a kid in a candy store.

"No better time for your shine, you're a star (no better time for your shine, you're a star), Oh, you're beautiful, oh, you're beautiful" Emile slowed down slightly, careful not to drop Remus.

"And there's a hope that's waiting for you in the dark. You should know you're beautiful just the way you are" Emile quickly kissed Remus's cheek.

"And you don't have to change a thing, the world could change its heart" Emile gently put Remus down.

"No scars to your beautiful, we're stars and we're beautiful. Oh-oh, oh-oh. And you don't have to change a thing, the world could change its heart" Remus was still smiling wider and brighter than ever before seen.

"No scars to your beautiful, we're stars and we're beautiful" Emile caressed Remus's cheek and kissed him.

  "WOO!" Roman cheered and went up to hug the two. Everyone then quickly joined, all of them being one puddle of happiness.

(SNAP!)

  Thomas took a picture of the sides, and it was revealed that he had recorded the whole thing. But on accident by leaving the camera on.

  The sides chased after him until he swore to keep the picture and video private or Remus will be unleashed and given tons of coffee.

  Thomas posted both anyways and suffered.
