It was a Sunday morning and the guys decided 'let's have some nice and play videos games!'

Patton was the first one to log on and with that Roman quickly made a party that Patton and Logan can join.

Patton turned on his mic on and spoke up
"Hey guys!"

"Hello Patton." Logan was the first one to reply back, there was a lot of shuffling in Roman's side until he finally talked

"Hi guys, sorry I was getting something"

"Heh, that's fine! Are you guys ready to play? I've been waiting all week.!" Patton exclaimed, gripping tightly on his controller.

"Wait, guys. There's someone else on the party" Logan pointed out, seeing a user called _anxious_emo_nightmare_

"Who invited him?" Roman asked,
Patton quickly cut in and chuckled
"Uh, I did. I met this kid and well it's kinda a long story."

"Explain."

"Erm.."

January 24th, Friday, 10:34am

Patton was walking down the hallway to his next class. It was study hall so he didn't really have to rush. When he made it there, everyone was talking (well whispering) to each other.
Usually Patton would sit down and start reading, one of his books but today was different. He saw a teenager sitting in the back.

The male was small in frame and had a black baggy hoodie that look like it might fall off of him if he didn't zip up.

Patton perked up and slowly walked to the back to get a closer look, obviously by trying not to look like a creep.
Anyway, the closer he got, the more he saw
The smaller teenager was drawing and this intrigued Patton since he also loved to draw as well.
He just had to speak to him
"Whatcha ya drawing?"

The kid let out a tiny yelp and turned to see another person right next to him?
This is weird, why was this student trying to talk to him. Oh god.

Patton saw the scared teenager look up at him and saw how he had eyeliner?
He had eyeliner on him and purple colored eyes? Probably eye contacts.
It still looked cool
"Oh my god, you're Virgil, right?"

Virgil didn't say anything and just nod.

"Hey! I'm Patton, it's really nice to meet you! I would like to ask again, what are you drawing?"

Virgil mumbled something and Patton tried to understand "can you say that again.?"

The anxious teenager spoke again, a little louder but still hard to hear

Patton sighed and scoot closer to him
"One more time?"

"S-Someone.. I'm drawing someone."

Patton's face lit up
Oh my god.
Virgil's voice was so cute and soft to Patton,
like a kitten! Oh my god!

"Who are you drawing, if I can ask again?" He smiled, wanting to learn more about his new friend.

"I-I,, just another student.. nothing important."

"Can you show it to me? Please? I'll do anything?"

"A-Anything?"

"Yes, anything"

"well.. then, I-I want you to stop asking me to show you" Virgil spoke, causing Patton to frown.

"Awe, come on.. pleaseeeee?"

"No."

"Please?"

"No-"

"Pleaseee!"

"O-Okay! Fine, but don't laugh." Virgil sighed and slowly pushed his sketchbook over to Patton

Patton looked down at the book, and examined the drawing. It kinda looks like,, Roman?

Roman, one of the most popular guy of the school and his friend.

Patton smiled and looked over at an blushing Virgil. Looks like someone has a crush~

"Oh wow this is really good! Is this Roman, by the way?"

"M-Maybe..?"

"Well, you're in luck! I'm his friend and I can totally introduce you."

Virgil looked up once again and his eyes widen "w-wait really..?"

"Yes, really"

Virgil smiled and quickly looked down, trying to hide his face

Patton's eyes were 'sparkling' when he saw Virgil smile, he caused that.
He caused Virgil to smile, nice.

"Uh hey, me and my friends which includes Roman usually play online multiplayer games during the weekend. We can exchange phone numbers and I can add you onto the party. Are you down for that?"

Virgil nodded and grabbed his phone.

"Uh so yeah, I met Virgil during one of my classes and he seem like a really sweet kid.
So I was like "why not add another friend to our group?"

"Wow, what a fascinating story."

"Okay, let's just play already!"

All of the guys, including Virgil who hadn't seem to speak through the whole conversation the three had.

Patton wanted to say something but decided that maybe he'll speak later.

Two hours had passed and not a single time did Virgil speak, Patton was pretty worried for the anxious boy at this point.

"Hey Patton when is your friend gonna talk?" Roman asked, pointing out that he wasn't the only one to see what Virgil wasn't saying anything.
Patton sighed and spoke into his mic "hey kiddo, you should unmute. We are all of your friends and we would love to hear you!"

Roman chimed into and agreed "yeah! Come on, dude! Unmute!"
Patton smiled "Unmute!"

Roman joined in and cheered along with Patton "Unmute!"

"Unmute! Unmute! Unmute! Unmute!" The two teenagers chanted

Logan let out a low groan "guys, shut up. You're gonna stress him out."

The guys grew quiet, feeling kinda bad.
It wasn't until they heard a soft 'tick' as they realized that Virgil was turning on his mic.

Logan sighed
"Virgil.. it's okay you don't have to—"

"n-no, it's okay.." Virgil softly spoke, his voice was a lot soft and quieter but thanks to the microphone, the guys were able to hear.

There was a pause until a gasp was heard.

Patton was squealing in excitement when he heard Virgil speak again.
"AWE, HE'S LIKE A LITTLE KITTEN!"

Logan chuckled "that is a pleasant comparison."

"Holy shit, I'm gay." Roman whispered but was still heard by the other guys.

"Heard that." Patton said, you can obviously 'hear' the smirk on his face.

"what no yoU DIDN'T-"

"Hahahahaha, I ship it"
