Another day of School Camp. Finally finished. Thank God. Camp itself was alright sometimes but not when Chef organized the activities. He used to be a sergeant in the military so he was extremely strict with the teens. The girls were all sat at the table they normally did, joking, gossiping and generally having fun.
It was a completely ordinary dinner until Louise spoke up. "Wait, where's Violet?" The entire table went silent except for Dee slurping her gross baby milk, the only drink they were given for some reason. She stopped after a while, leaning back in her chair and pushing her leg against the wooden table. "She died." Patty's eyes widen, nearly choking on air. "W-what!?!"
"Chill Pat, she's just messing with you." Rema shoved off Dee her chair onto the floor. She screamed. "We need to do something about your lying problem, seriously. Pull yourself together, girl." Dee smirked up at her, starting to laugh. "I hope you're proud of yourself, you scared Patty." Louise began rubbing her arms comfortably while Patty mumbled into her collar.
"My dark, strange daughter, noooo." Rema smiled, secretly jealous that she didn't have a girlfriend. Dee stood up, deciding she wanted to sit on the table now instead. "Anyway, Chef's makin' her stay the night in the boat shed." Rema laughed slightly. "It was crazy!" Louise shook her head, her voice monotone. "What did she do?" Rema smirked.
They were doing an obstacle course, for some reason. Violet, Rema and Ro were up to the mud crawling section, along with a few of their classmates. Violet was surprisingly good at it, only behind one person and Rema was a few paces in front of Ro who was complaining about it was going to get the mud out of her hair.
The person in front Violet suddenly began sinking into the mud. She smirked as she past them. "Fallen soldier, I salute you!" She gave a mock salute before focusing back in front of her, only to see Chef's boots. She looked up to see Chef with a furious expression. She paused, Rema close to catching up with her. "What."
It was more of a blunt statement than a question. "You know what!" He barked down at her."Maggot, I will have no mocking of your fellow cadets in my camp! 20 push ups!" Violet smiled sarcastically. She stood up so she could be on eye level with him. "Thank you!" She gave him a kiss on the cheek, just being petty at that point.
Chef growled in anger, pushing her back down into the mud violently. She landed just in front of Rema. "I think you pushed him a bit too far." She whispered. Violet nodded in agreement. Ro caught up with them just in time to hear Chef scream again. "That's it! You're spending the night in the boat house!" The two witnesses gasped but Violet was just confused.
"Wait, wha-" Before she could ask the question, she was pulled to her feet and dragged towards the dock. Ro immediately felt worried. Even if the two didn't get along most of the time, she still didn't wish any ill will on the emo. However, Rema was worried about something else. "Ro, look!" The student who had sunk into mud had somehow escaped.
They were extremely close to the finish line."We must beat this loser to avenge our fallen sister!" Rema said, dramatically, crawling as fast as she could. Ro sighed, deciding to her worries to rest and just get this over with.
"Wow, great story!" Dee said, sarcastically. She slurped her milk again. "You're probably the only one who likes that stuff." Dee hissed at Rema in a don't judge me sort of way. Patty still looked concerned, close to crying. "It's alright, dear. I'm sure she'll be okay." Louise said, comfortingly. "I hope so..." Patty mumbled.
Ro sighed, she hated seeing Patty upset. She finally spoke up after being silent, worrying about the female mischief maker. "I could go check on her and bring her some of our left over milk if you'd cheer up. I believe I know where the boat house is." Patty nodded, telling her to stay safe while Louise gave her sister a thankful half smile.
Ro took some milk from the others, pouring it into a different cup and prepared to leave. "You like her~" Rema teased. Ro rolled her eyes. "I do not. In fact, I can't stand her. She's a rude, sarcastic delinquent who has no sense of fashion." Ro paused her hatred tangent as she made it to the door. "I'm going to make sure she's okay..." She left with an unreadable expression on her face.
"She likes her~" Rema spoke when Ro was out of air shot, mostly to herself.

Ro sneaked down the dock, looking for the boat house. When she finally spotted it, she quickly ran to it and opened the door. She looked around the cold, foreboding shed, not being able to see the emo. "Hello, Violet? You in here?" Ro finally found her sitting on a box in the corner, fiddling with a broken bell from one of the boats.
She glanced up, seeing Ro. Her face lit up. "Princess!" She threw the bell to the side, Ro heard it crash against some glass. "Hello Delinquent." Ro rolled her eyes at Violet's nickname for her. She secretly loved it, she just didn't know where it came from. "You heard the news and want a kiss on the cheek as well?" Violet joked, flirtatiously.
She walked over, getting a little too close. Ro blushed before reminding herself why was here. "Even pigs deserve something to live off of." She raised the glass of gross milk she held inbetween them. Violet raised an eyebrow before turning her down. "I'm good with dying, thank you." Violet gestured to the box she was sitting on. Ro took the offer to sit down, beginning to walk there.
"Well, that's all he will serve us. We got even less than we got at breakfast because a certain someone thought it would be funny to mess with chef." Ro sat down on the box with her legs crossed, putting the milk beside her. "Did you really have to do that?" Violet shrugged, sitting on the floor with her back leaning on the wall and the box to her right.
"Sometimes, you just gotta let someone know that they can't tell ya what to do. You'd understand if you weren't such a goody two shoes." She picked up the cup and aimed it. The emo threw it out the window, receiving a small but satisfying splash. "I'm not a goody two shoes!" Ro got up and crossed her arms defensively.
"You always follow the rules." Violet scoffed and rolled her eyes, standing up. Ro gave her a narrowed side eye. "And you always have to break them." Violet smirked as Ro turned her body to face her, face to face. She clearly was planning something, Ro thought to herself as she keep her gaze narrowed.
"Only the ones I want to." Violet looked her up and down, winking at her when she met her angry eyes again. Ro groaned, trying to stop her blush. She calmed herself down a bit. "Okay, maybe I do follow the rules. I guess that make me a big uptight loser in your eyes, right?" She put her body on an angle again. Violet smirked at how easily provoked she was.
She decided to annoy her further. "Maybe~" Ro groaned loudly, completely turning her body away from her. Violet leaned back on the box. "So, why do you follow the rules?" Ro walked forward, thinking over her answer. She yelled in response. "Because not following them gets you thrown in a creepy boat house!"
She kicked a bucket full of bait into a wall. It all spilled out onto the floor. Ro grimaced at the sight. "But I'm in the boat house with you, aren't I~?" Violet walked just behind her so Ro could feel her torso though her back and wrapped her arms around the other girl, just under her chest. She rested her head on her collarbone causing her to breathe on Ro's neck.
Ro shivered at the sensation. "God.
I wish I had some booze so we could get drunk and do something stupid." Violet pulled her closer, if that were even possible. Ro blushed as Violet gave her a quick kiss on her collar. "Honestly, I just want a normal drink." She didn't get the hint. "I'm already sick of that gross milk. I'd do anything for some actual drink."
"Anything you say~?" Violet got a idea. "Yeah, but Chef would never give us anything else. Especially any sort of alcohol, stupid." Ro booped her nose. Violet let go of her and stepped in front her, a smirk on her face. Ro serectly missed the warmth, hugging her left arm. "You see, that's the problem with your thinking. The trick is, you don't ask for it."
Ro folded her arms, going against her better judgment, curious to see where she was going with this. "I'm listening." Violet stifled a laugh, this was probably the stupidest thing she had ever thought of and Ro had no idea. "So Chef seems to have a different type of beer whenever we see him, right? So he must have a stash somewhere. I have a feeling I know where it is and it'll be easy to get to if we're smart."
She rubbed her chin in thought. She looked to her side, never dropping the smirk from her face. "It would involve breaking quite a few rules though. You in?" Violet held her hand out for a shake. Ro didn't even need to think over the idea and was about to immediately decline when she looked into the emo's purple eyes. Eyes that saw the world as they should.
A playground full of all sorts of opportunities for mischief. They glowed with childish energy. Just looking into them made Ro miss being a kid who did stupid shit. She was still immature yes, but she held a bit of her weirdness back. She wanted to let some of the weirdness even if it was just for a night.
She shook the emo's hand. "Let's do it."

1729 words.
This isn't normally how I write Virgil but I honestly loved writing him, or rather her, like this so I'll probably do more like this.
Also, holy shit. That's the most I've written in a single oneshot before. My hand hurts from typing. That took like 3-4 hours to type Jesus.
You're going to be getting the second part of this when I get home in about 6 hours.
