She got the call

Princey's phone rang, it was Virgil

"Roman, I need help, can you come get me?"

"What happened?"

"Deceit found me."

"I'm on my way, call Logan and Patton, they're closer to you."

And then she threw her jacket on

Roman grabbed his jacket before because it started to rain in the imagination.

And stormed off down the hall

Then he ran as fast as he could to the mind palace

They got the call

Patton was cuddling with Logan when his phone went off. It was his other boyfriend, Virgil.

"Hey kiddo, what's up?"

"Patton, I need help, can you and Lo come get me?"

"Where are you?"

"The store in the bathroom."

And picked him up at 4am

"What happened kiddo?"

"Please just take me too the hospital, I can barely breathe"

And tore off down the road

Patton picked Virgil up bridal style and ran as fast as he could to his car, since Logan worked as a ambulance driver part time, he was able to make sure the emergency room had a room open for Virgil. They knew Logan would be faster getting there than an ambulance because he was a known fast driver in these cases. He even had his own lights.

And all the Angels say oooh, oooh

Virgil started to wonder if he would survive.

He then started to wonder if it was his fault, maybe he should have acted differently

'Cause all the Angels say oooh, oooh

While Logan drived, Patton worked on putting pressure on Virgil's wounds.

You are all to blame

They both started to wonder if they were to blame, if they should have used the lights on the way there to be faster.

She went alone

Roman knew Logan and Patton had got there first from a frantic text from Patton to meet them at the hospital. He was still on his way

And went to the emergency

He went straight for the emergency room to park

And parked her car in the dark

He parked, and ran for the entrance, hoping his boyfriend would be okay.

He barely made it in when he noticed Patton was crying while Logan tried to comfort him, holding back his emotions as best he could.

They told her please

Roman went over to the seat to see how bad it was.

He only has but minutes more

They explained everything, then told him Virgil wasn't going to make it.

You might just say goodbye

Roman begged the doctors to let him see his boyfriend. The doctors almost didn't let him, but they knew, however hard they tried Virgil wasn't making it.

'Cause all the angels say oooh, oooh

Roman burst into the room, Virgil was unconscious.

You are all to blame

"I'm so sorry Virge. Please hang on. I wish I could have gotten there faster."

'Cause all the angels say ooh, oooh

Virgil was half awake when Roman said that, and was able to reply in a weak voice "It's not your fault Princey, I love you."

You are all the same

"I love you too."

And if you maybe figure it out

Patton had entered the room to hug Virgil, while Princey and Logan held his hand.

"Do you know what happened?" Patton asked holding back tears to say goodbye.

Would you still explain?

"He said Dee found him, whatever that means."

And if she said she was sorry now

"I'm so sorry I wasn't able to get there in time." Logan was crying a little when that was said.

Would you still complain?

"Please, can we just enjoy this moment together? You all did your best." Virgil sounded very weak at this point.

And if you open up your heart

Patton stopped being able to hold back his tears, and was now crying freely.

And stay, so far away

The doctors were trying to hold back going in, but they pushed the others back a bit in order to try to give Virgil as much time as possible.

But you are all the same

Roman was struggling as they did this, hoping he could get to Virgil.

And if you maybe find a better way

They found something that would numb Virgil's body, so that when he did pass, it would be peaceful

To love me then

"I don't think I could hold on much longer, please can I just speak with my boyfriends?"

You are all to blame

As the Doctors backed up, Virgil's heart monitor went flat.

'Cause all the angels say oooh, oooh

"No!" All three of them ran to Virgil's side to grab his hand and hug him.

You are all to blame

With his last bit of strength before truly passing on, Virgil said "I love you all, so much."

'Cause all the angels say oooh, ooh

"We love you too Virge."

You are all to blame.

They closed his eyes for the last time.

I'm not crying, you're crying
