Roman is definitely more likely to pick the sides up bridal style. If Logan was working late roman picked him up. If Patton was overworking himself Roman picked him up. If Virgil refused to leave his roman picked him up.

Roman is afraid of failure and his own insecurities.  Being the ego he has his insecurities and it sucks when he thinks he has to act brave all of the time.
