So guys here is the next update

Ranbir returned home after meeting Tanya and noticed everyone waiting for him.
They were staring at him angrily.
Ranbir:" what happened? Why are you all staring at me?"
Pallavi:"what did you say to Tanya that she refused for the engagement?"
Ranbir looked away.

Mishti:"Bhai, what did you tell her?"
Pallavi:"Answer us, Ranbir."
Ranbir, angrily:"i told her the truth, my truth. Everything."
Pallavi:"why did you tell her all that? Everything is finished now, Ranbir, between you two. We don't even know where she is..... we searched for her, Aryan did. But couldn't find her anywhere."
Ranbir:"that doesn't matter... and it will not change the truth... my truth."
He angrily went to his room.

Once there, he removed his shirt and went to his punching bag. He punched once recalling what was said downstairs.
He punched a second time recalling his marriage with Tanya... he didn't want that. He is never getting married.
He went for another punch and another, one after the other recalling Prachi and his moments.
Prachi's smile, her shyness and her cute antics, everything came back.
But there wasn't any emotion on his face. His face was just blank, void and empty.

Aryan came there and he stopped punching. Aryan handed him a glass of water.
Ranbir:"thanks..."
Aryan:"you still miss her..."
Ranbir, seriously:"no... i don't."
Aryan:"ok... we have an assignment for tomorrow. Let's work on it..."
Ranbir nodded and immediately got to his college work.

Aryan noticed his behaviour and knew there was something wrong. But he didn't ask.
Aryan, to himself:"after so many years, Prachi's name came in front of him, he had to talk about her. This must have brought out some emotions. But there was nothing on his face."
They continued to work in silence.

On the other side
Abhi was in his study room. A forbidden room for the family members, no-one of the family was allowed there, only some of his goons and his right man.
Abhi:"we need to find Ranbir Kohli.... Put all of your men to work and find him. I don't know how he got released."
His right man:"the new judge was an honest man, we couldn't bribe him. And Ranbir just disappeared after coming out of jail. There is no traces of him, as if he vanished in thin air."

Abhi angrily threw a showpiece on the door breaking it.
Abhi, angrily:"i don't care how but find him. I need to kill him with my own bare hands. I need to avenge my son."
His right man nodded and put his goons to work.

Abhi:"one more thing, our new drug consignment details are secured in this pendrive. No-one should know, it's coming in 4 days. Make preparation for that as well."
His right man nodded.

Back to Ranbir
Arbir finished their work when Mishti came there.
Mishti signed Aryan and he nodded no.
Mishti:"Bhai, let's go. I made cupcakes for the first time, please taste it."
Aryan, teasingly:"Bro, i am warning you, Mishti is very dangerous in cooking. Be alert..."
Mishti, complaining:"Aryan Bhai...."
But Ranbir didn't react to their banters. He just stood there looking down with no emotions at all.

Aryan:"ok, ok. Sorry, sorry."
Mishti:"let's go, bhai."
She pulled Ranbir till the kitchen. Ranbir saw the different flavors and looked at her.

Mishti:"i made every flavor, Aryan bhai will finish them in one instant."
Aryan:"only if it's good..."
Mishti:"it will be good.... I made it for bhai specially today. Have it, Bhai, please."
She gave one to him and then Aryan. Aryan signed Ranbir to go ahead first.

Ranbir ate it in one bite and looked at her.
Aryan:"how was it?"
Ranbir , serious:"good..."
Aryan also ate it and was surprised as it was indeed good.

Dida and Pallavi watched them at the doorsteps and high five each other.
Mishti:"Aryan Bhai, how is it?"
Aryan:"you didn't make this.... You can't make this too good."
Mishti took the icing that was left and put on Aryan's face.
Aryan:"you are gone..."

He also ran after her trying to put icing on her but she hid behind Ranbir. Aryan tried to get her but Ranbir was least interested in this and held Mishti's hands and brought her next to Aryan.
Ranbir, seriously:"don't include me in these childish acts... let me go and you can continue this."
Mishti and Aryan exchanged looks and grew upset as their attempt to make Ranbir smile fail.
Dida and Pallavi also grew sad and upset.

Vikram noticed them and looked at Ranbir. He called Ranbir
Vikram: Ranbir
Ranbir: Hmm, what dad???
Vikram: Come with me
Ranbir: Okay fine
And Ranbir did as he asked.
