Ranbir: Prithvi , it's better you leave her , or else you will see my worst side
Prithvi, smirking: No why should I??? You guys were so smart to run and get married and you (to Prachi) you disobeyed dad's rule , now face the punishment (he then pushed Prachi from the cliff)
Ranbir: Prachiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii (then he ran and held Prachi's wrists and pulled her back and held her by her waists and prevented her from falling)
Prachi: (shocked and scared) Ran... Ranbi... Ranbirrr 😰😰😰
Ranbir: No don't worry, nothing will happen to you, as long as I am with you

Prithvi saw this and got angry and came towards Prachi and pulled her and kept the knife again near her neck
Ranbir: (angry) Prithvi , nooo , leave her , you want me right , do whatever you want with me , but please not with her
Prithvi: I will leave her only if you will leave from her life forever
Prachi: Prithvi, no please , please

Ranbir: (with anger and bloodshot eyes) Prithvi, leave her , damnit
Prithvi, smirking: No , straight , if you will listen to me then only I will leave her
Ranbir: (with more bloodshot eyes and anger filled like anything) I am telling you one last time , leave her or else I will kill you right at this second

Prithvi: Ohhh so you challenging with me , come let's see who will kill who (he again put the knife even more closer towards Prachi's neck , and this was enough for Ranbir so he straight came towards him and dragged Prachi from his hold and kicked on his stomach)
Prithvi fell on the ground with a thud
Prachi: Ranbir , leave him

Ranbir didn't pay any heeds to her and continued to fight with him, he came towards him and blocked all his fights and punched him numerous times on his face and blood started coming out from Prithvi's face, he punched on his stomach like anything numerous times and Prithvi couldn't do anything to block him as Ranbir was way ahead of fighting with him
Prithvi then to escape saw the knife there and took it and was about to stab it on Ranbir, but then

Ranbir was so angry that he caught his hands and twisted it like anything and took the knife from him and stabbed right hard on Prithvi's stomach , to which Prithvi screamed like anything
Ranbir was so angry that in anger and with bloodshot eyes, he stabbed Prithvi many times on his stomach with the sharp knife and then Prithvi screamed like anything and fell down to the ground with a thud holding his stomach which was flowing with blood like anything and fell down

Prachi looked on shocked at what Ranbir just did. She approached him shocked and held his hands.... Once she touched him, Ranbir also realized what had happened and moved back in shock.
He looked at his hands and the knife in shock.
Prachi, shocked:"Ranbir....."
He looked on shocked.... Prachi removed the knife from his hands and threw it away.
Ranbir:"what did i do? I.... I killed him......"
Prachi nodded no, she had to redeemed herself for him:"Ranbir, you did it to save me, you were saving me...."

Ranbir moved back in fear and Prachi hugged him.
Prachi:"no, no. You did it to save me. He was hurting me...."
Ranbir:"i will get punished for this... i will have to go to jail...."
Prachi:"Ranbir, no.... I won't let you go... it's all my fault. I will go, i will say that it was me..."
Ranbir, redeemed himself as he heard that. What she said started to dawned in.
Prachi searched for the knife and went to hold it.

Ranbir realised what she was doing: she was making sure that her fingerprints are also there.
He rushed to her and threw the knife.
Ranbir:"what are you doing? No, Prachi... i did it and I will be punished."
Prachi:"but Ranbir....."
Ranbir:"no buts Prachi.... This is all on me...."

Prachi was teary eyed as she realized that he was ready to go to jail....
Aryan reached there with Abhi, Rudra and the police....
All three of them were astonished seeing Prithvi's body.
Abhi and Rudra moved closer to the body. Abhi was in deep shock. He tried to wake him up and once he realized that Prithvi won't wake up. His tears started to fall.

Rudra went to Prachi along with Aryan. They both looked at Pranbir's state and questioned them.
But both couldn't.... They were dealing with their inner turmoil.
Abhi's sadness turned into anger and he angrily approached the youngsters.
He grabbed Prachi and pressed her chin with all his force.

Abhi:"who did this?"
Rudra and Aryan tried to stop him while Ranbir was in deep shock.
Rudra:"Dad, she will say it. But just see her state..."
The police was examining the body and called the medics....

Kohli family also reached there and were shocked at the happenings.
They noticed the blood on Prachi and Ranbir.
Abhi applied more pressure on her cheeks which made her yelped in pain. That's when it caught Ranbir's attention.
Ranbir:"i did it...."
They all were shocked.

Abhi released Prachi and moved to Ranbir angrily. He punched Ranbir but Kohlis immediately interfered and stopped him.
Abhi knew that his goons weren't there, he was alone, so he asked the police to arrest him. He will have an ample amount of time to torture him in jail.
The police was handcuffing Ranbir when Prachi stopped them and stood in between them.
Prachi:"no.... Ranbir just did it to protect me. Prithvi was hurting me that's why. Please don't arrest him..."
She started crying over there, but Ranbir moved her away. He will bear all punishment, he did it. He kill him so he was ready for every punishment.

But Prachi signed him no. She didn't want him to leave... he was just protecting her.
Aryan: See bro, please don't go to jail, see I will go, anyways I don't have anything so it's better I will go and you don't leave Prachi alone
Ranbir: No Aryan, I did this, and I will bear the punishment
The officer was dragging Ranbir but Prachi held his hand and nodded no crying.

Ranbir looked at her painfully. Pallavi/Vikram/Dida and the others just watched helplessly.
Ranbir, to the officer:"just one minute...."
They allowed him and he came closer to Prachi. He cupped her face in his hands and connected their foreheads.
Prachi could no longer stop her tears and sobbed hard.

Ranbir:"I promise you that I will be back for us, for you and our love. Our love will be completed, Prachi. That's my promise to you."
Prachi: (she hugged him and cried like anything in his arms and Ranbir was also crying and calming her down) "please don't go.... Please..."
Ranbir:(he came out from the hug and cupped her face) "you cannot deny that I did kill him, Prachi. If i don't accept or face the consequences, I will never be able to forgive myself. Don't know what happened to me at that time. I just couldn't control my anger. I am sorry."
Prachi:"he was hurting me, that's why. Please, don't blame yourself. Please..."
He wiped her tears.

Ranbir:"I will be back only for you, Prachi. I promise you."
The police started to take him away as Prachi held his hands.
But she had to leave his hand. They arrested Ranbir and put him in the van.
Kohlis followed them but Prachi stood rooted there. Rudra went to Abhi. And once the van disappeared from Prachi's sight, she fell on the ground crying like anything
Prachi: (screaming and crying like anything) Ranbirrrrrrrrrrrrrr 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

The Kohlis and Aryan were trying to stop them but couldn't , Ranbir was seeing his family members from the van and tearfully smiled at all of them and they all were crying like anything, Ranbir knew what would be Prachi's state and he was just looking at his handcuffs and tears were continuously rolling down his cheeks

END OF FLASHBACK (RANBIR'S PAST)

BACK TO THE PRESENT WHERE RANBIR WAS TELLING HIS PAST TO TANYA

Ranbir: Then case, court and jail, the court gave me punishment to stay in jail for 5 years
Tanya was shocked and teary eyed hearing his story.

Ranbir:"Sorry, Tanya. I know it will be difficult for you, but I love only one girl and that's Prachi. I can't even think of any other girl other than Prachi, Prachi's place in my life I cannot give it to anyone else, please understand me."
Tanya: (with tears) "no, Ranbir, it's okay. Instead, i am sorry. I didn't know and misunderstood our friendship. We won't get engaged. I promise you."
Ranbir smiled at her faintly.

Tanya:"but Ranbir why didn't you go to her? You promised her..."
Ranbir:"My parents don't want me there.... Abhishek Mehra will kill me."
Tanya:"what about Prachi? Where is she?"
Ranbir:"no idea.... I even asked my jail mates about Prachi but nobody has any clue about her , anyways i don't want to talk about that."
Tanya apologized and reassured him that she will talk to their parents.
