Rude
It doesn't exactly matter who you are, or what your doing, Phoebe always has an attitude and she always has something rude to say about you or what your doing. She's impolite and always seems to be holding a grudge against you. She can sometimes hold her tongue, but is usually to people who are in a higher rank than her.

Stubborn
Phoebe is extremely stubborn, if she's told to do something by her supreme officer than she'll do it, but that's the only person she'll take orders from. She won't listen to anybody else but people higher than her, or herself. She's retry determined to show that she's not going to change or stop doing what she's doing just for you. She can be a bit demanding as well, often trying to be the leader in some situations.

Serious
Phoebe is always on guard 24/7, she can never loosen up and she's always acting like there's some big war going on. She hardly ever jokes around and is always taking things head on and sincerely. She normally has a pout on her face, and her tone is quite serious as well. If you think she's serious now, just wait until she actually needs to be.

Deadpanned
Phoebe isn't exactly the most expressive person out there, if robots were a thing back then, she would be closely linked to them. She's impassive and seems to be an empty shell, not much gets to her or even makes her laugh or smile. Her voice is rather bland along with her stance, it's quite stiff and formal.

Arrogant
Phoebe is confident, a bit too confident, she's somewhere on the borderline of cockiness, but isn't so bragging, well not with her words, she could be called a show off, but she doesn't exactly do it on purpose. She has too much faith in her abilities and believes her skills are better than most, she has a exaggerated sense of importance over her own capability's.

Aggressive
It's no surprise than she can get a bit aggressive from time to time, especially if she feels challenged, she's quite prideful and wouldn't let that go too easily. She's all bark and all bite, she won't hesitate to tell or even fight you, well it depends on who you are of course, she's made sure to recognise the faces of importance just in case an incident of that happened. She's very rough and gruff to people, as well as being quite cold. She has no interests in Making Friends.

Skilled
Phoebe is skilled and hardworking, ever since she was a little girl she always wanted to be a knight. It didn't matter if she was a girl, she was going to do it. And she was going to do it right. She's spent hours perfecting her technique and stance, learning and studying strategy's and hints. And now after years, she's quite skilled in sword fighting and hand to hand combat.

Observant
Phoebe is observant, she keeps an open eye when she's meeting someone new, her eyes start to scan them, looking out for anything that seems off to her. She even looks out for peoples gestures and how they talk. It could be the little things that are the most important. She's cunning and clever and shouldn't be underestimated. She is a knight.

𝙷𝚊𝚋𝚒𝚝𝚜: She trues to keep at a minimum but she sometimes keeps plaiting her hair to make sure it's all together.

𝚃𝚑𝚘𝚞𝚐𝚑𝚝𝚜 𝚘𝚗 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚗𝚎𝚠 𝚔𝚒𝚍𝚜 𝚊𝚛𝚛𝚒𝚟𝚒𝚗𝚐: As long as they don't get treated like angelic beings, then she's fine with them. But they even think about acting all great and mighty, she'll knock them down very quickly.
𝚃𝚑𝚘𝚞𝚐𝚑𝚝𝚜 𝚘𝚗 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚛𝚘𝚢𝚊𝚕𝚜: She has a strong dislike for them, sure, they are kind and loving, but surely they can still do more than their doing? Try helping the poor and the sick rather than sitting on a throne all day.
