KAZENOSUKE

"Mum... I don't know if you can hear me right now or not, but if you can, then I hope that everything will turn out OK and you make it out alive. Candi Rose and I are really hoping that for you at the moment, and the hospital staff kind of are too."

That was coming from Kazenosuke as him and his younger sister Candi Rose were standing in the dark, right in front of his mother's hospital bed, looking seemingly lifeless as there was a breathing tube near her.

Hopefully though, she wasn't lifeless, because if she was then that would have honestly sucked.

The heart monitor had said that she was still breathing and hopefully it was actually working because Kazenosuke was not in the mood for games at all.

Maybe later but most certainly not during something serious.

He never had been.

And he may never have been either.

Especially now so that his mother was on the verge of death.

Kazenosuke had nicely told Candi Rose to place the flowers and chocolates near their mother's bed, with Candi Rose hugging him tightly because she was really scared over everything.

"I'm scared, Kazenosuke. What if mum doesn't make it out alive?"

"Don't say that, Candi Rose," Kazenosuke had hissed rudely. "We don't want you to jinx anything, so just keep your mouth shut."

He didn't mean that in a rude way of course, but the kid was just trying to protect himself.

He was also scared that his mother was going to die, and he didn't like Candi Rose seeing him emotionally unstable so therefore he had to remain calm.

"But what if it's her time to die?"

"Don't say that, Candi Rose!" Kazenosuke had yelled at her, smacking her hand.

However that was all the kid had said.

It was even worse for them because their mother (Castellaneta) was literally the only person that they had.

Their father?

Goodness knew where he was right now, or even if he was still alive.

They had aunties and uncles, yeah, of course they did, but a majority of them were in different countries right now, although some were deceased and others were even incarcerated for good.

They had one aunty in the same country as them and she was fine but she had way too many children. Six.

Candi Rose had gone to this specific aunty's house whilst Castellaneta had collapsed, with Kazenosuke just picking her up from there before both of them had then simultaneously headed off to the hospital.

At this point in time, Candi Rose was crying heavily, but Kazenosuke had let her because quite frankly?

He wanted to cry too.

But didn't.

Because he had to stay strong.

About thirty seconds later, a staff member at the hospital had to come inside the room, telling them that they had to leave now, whilst she had checked on their mother.

They could have only stayed in there for ten minutes, and ten minutes had gone really fast, much to Kazenosuke's irritation as his family was literally the only people that he wanted to be around right now.

Even though none of them had wanted to do so, they had left the scene, waiting in the patient room for them to see her again.

And hopefully she would have survived.

Just hopefully.

Because if not?

Kazenosuke didn't know how he was going to live.

Losing Kiandre, then Kassandra and then their mum- assuming she had died, but hopefully not?

That was way too many losses to cope with, and that wasn't something healthy.

Whilst they had waited, Kazenosuke had prayed hard that his mother would have survived, not realising that Trevor, Kerazin and Destiny were coming here, which was totally against his wishes.

***********

"What do you mean we're lost?!" Kerazin shouted angrily. "What kinda nonsense is that? This has to be some sort of joke!"

Whilst Kazenosuke and Candi Rose were hopefully waiting to see and hear from their mother again in the waiting room, Trevor, Kerazin and Destiny were on the way to the hospital.

They only had thirty minutes left to get there, which had then turned into an hour because Trevor had stupidly gotten them lost.

When Destiny had found out that they had gotten lost, she wasn't very happy either.

She had been group FaceTiming her girls the whole time, but when they had asked her where she was going to, she had just said a party with Trevor and Kerazin.

And not Castellaneta's hospital instead.

There was one issue though.

As Trevor was completely against them coming here, Kerazin had then made suspicions that Trevor had gotten them lost on purpose, so he wasn't very happy about that.

"Hold up- we're lost?"

"Yes, Destiny, we're lost," Kerazin deadpanned, annoyed. "And it's all this idiot's fault."

Trevor and Kerazin had argued before, but it was never really something this serious.

Inevitably, Trevor was very agitated at the fact that his so called 'homie' Kerazin had called him an idiot, because no.

He hadn't gotten them lost on purpose.

And it wasn't his fault that the Sat Nav he had used to get them here was completely messed up.

"Sat Navs never mess up!" Kerazin and Destiny had yelled at Trevor simultaneously, which honestly wasn't something planned.

"You messed up, and now we're lost," Kerazin informed him, with Trevor just kind of shooting him a dirty look, staring Kerazin down as he had slowly folded his arms in annoyance.

Rolling his eyes to the sky in frustration, Trevor had then told both of them to calm down, as he could have just easily made a U-Turn backwards.

But his plans were derailed completely.

As not only were they lost.

Because now they had a...

"Flat tyre?!" Destiny had yelled when she had realised this. "Now we have a flat tyre? Could today get any worse for us?"

Some normal and religious people would have realised that all of these bad things that were happening to them was probably a sign from God that they shouldn't have gone against Kazenosuke's wishes.

But none of these three dweebs had even taken that into consideration, and all of them were religious-highly religious, especially Destiny.

They were honestly just seriously concerned about the flat tyre, because with a flat tyre and everything?

How the hell were they supposed to drive?

Destiny was freaking out, with Kerazin kindly telling her to calm down, before hypocritically having a go at Trevor for pretty much getting all of them into this situation.

But the biggest issue was that they couldn't even have called anyone for help.

They were in the middle of nowhere, they were extremely lost and Trevor's phone had died completely.

Kerazin and Destiny's phone battery percentages were OK (Kerazin- 78% and Destiny 91%) but they didn't want to call anyone because if anyone had found out that they were trying to help out Kazenosuke?

Especially when he had told them not to?

Then they would have been in big trouble.

If any of y'all go to my mother's hospital to help her or me out, and I find out? Then I will hurt you for good, and I mean it.

I don't want anyone getting involved in my problems, especially my personal ones, not even Trevor, Kerazin or Terrence themselves.

I mean it, Janette.

Come to my mum's hospital and you're screwed.

Kazenosuke had said this to her because Janette had said that she wanted to help him out by going to his mother's hospital.

OK, OK, I get it.

I'll tell all of our mutual friends not to help you out.

But Destiny didn't listen.

Now, if someone had asked the three of them where they were going, they could have easily lied and all that- but how?

Castellaneta's hospital was literally like the only place that they could have gone to right now, as no other place was near the hospital, or even far away from it.

Kerazin had then asked Destiny if maybe she could have called someone for help but Destiny didn't know how to.

"Go on the road, stretch your hand out and see if anyone can help us out."

"What about my flat tyre though?"

Kerazin had rolled his eyes when Trevor had asked him about it, before turning to face him before gradually crossing his arms again.

"Dude. Your car is like seventy years old. No disrespect. Get a new one. It's the twenty first century."

Harsh but true.

Trevor's car was honestly as dusty as heck.

He had tried cleaning it out, but it didn't work.

He was currently saving up for a new car right now, but it wasn't always the easiest thing to do because the specific car that he was saving up for was mad expensive and he had sometimes gotten tempted to spend the money he had raised.

How he had made money in the first place?

By working at a shop called Sainsbury's at the weekend.

Not the highest paid job, no. But it was a slow process.

Whilst Kerazin and Trevor were talking about Trevor's now flat tyre, Destiny had stretched her hand out over the road because she had really needed help.

She would have actually gone in the road, but that was stupid- the girl didn't have a death wish and they were all kind of on a motorway right now.

Honestly speaking?

They should have just given up.

Kazenosuke didn't want them to come here, and neither did God too for that matter so why hadn't any of them taken this into consideration yet.

After like ten minutes, Destiny had seen a limo.

Because it was a limo, she was therefore going to ask the driver for a ride- regardless of who they were, Destiny needed them.

She was that desperate to help out Kazenosuke, despite the fact that if Kazenosuke had seen her, then she would have been dead meat literally.

But what she didn't know that the driver of the limo was Richard Gold (he was a limo driver on Fridays), and that the people in the limo in the first place were Dave, MoStack & A$AP Rocky on their way to a concert.

Destiny had been hiding behind a clothes rack at Richard Gold (the shop) the other day, when she was spying on Kiandre and Sekani talking about Same Difference.

Richard had noticed what she was doing, telling her to get out of the shop, causing an entire scene and everything.

Long story short, Destiny had pretty much toppled over the entire clothes rack, making a mess of the entire shop, and Richard hadn't ever forgotten that day.

So if Destiny had honestly thought that Richard was going to help her out?

Ha!

She must have been having a laugh.

Because he didn't help her out at all, or any of them for that matter. He had just unsurprisingly done the opposite thing instead.
