Dakota's POV

It's been almost 48 hours since Klaus broke his curse. Serena and Damon are still alive for now. They both try to hide it, but I know they are both scared. Damon tried to get Elena's forgiveness, but she didn't give it. Serena decided it'd be best that she and Damon be locked up in the cellar until we found the cure. We went to tell our brothers to say Stefan stop Damon from letting the sun kill him.

"What the hell Damon?" Serena demands.

"Get off of me" Damon tells Stefan.

"You're not doing this" Stefan tells him.

"Just did. You know what happened to Rose, Stefan"  Damon states.

"You're not dying, we're going to find a cure for you and Serena. We're not giving up" I tell him.

"Cellar, now" Serena tells Stefan. Who nods his head. He uses his super speed and throws him in the cellar. While Serena ran in and sat on the bench. Stefan joins me at the door and I lock them in.

"I don't care. As our sisters said, you're not dying today and neither is Serena" Stefan tells Damon. Who remains on the floor but turns to look at us.

"What's the plan, Superman? Superwoman?" Damon asks.

"As Dakota said, we're gonna find a way out of this" Stefan tells him.

"Oh, right. A miracle cure. Good luck with that one" Damon tells us.

"Shut up Damon" Serena tells him.

"I got Bonnie looking for something, anything" Stefan tells us.

"Good idea" I tell him with a smile.

"Always the hero, Stefan. Just tell me good-bye both of you, get it over with" Damon tells us.

"I'm not saying good bye to either of you, family stick together" I tell him. Damon starts coughing and rolls onto his stomach. He coughs up some blood on his hand. Serena coughs to, but no blood.

"Lie still. Conserve your strength, both of you" Stefan tells them. "Let's go" he tells me and we left. Hopefully Bonnie has found something, anything. A clue on how to save my oldest brother and only sister. Stefan called Alaric, asked him to keep an eye no Damon and Serena while we look for a cure.

We join Bonnie at the old witch house. She lights a candle on the floor with a match. "I'm not sure this is going to work" she tells us.

"Please try" I plead.

"You've done a séance before, right? Contacted Emily Bennett. Maybe one of the witches might know how to help Damon and Serena" Stefan states.

"Let's just hope they want to" she tells us. She casts a spell. The candles in the room suddenly start burning. Some voices start whispering around us. "Emily" she says and opens her eyes.

"Why have you come here, Stefan? Dakota?" she asks.

"Been to long Emily" I tell her with a small smile. I may hate Katherine, but I have no hard feelings towards Emily.

"We need your help. We need to know if there's a spell that can heal a werewolf bite" Stefan tells her.

"No. Nature ensures a balance to everything" she tells us.

"Please, I can't lose my family" I plead.

"Is that true...or are you just saying no because it's Damon?" Stefan asks her.

"Perhaps it is his and Serena's time to die" she tells us.

"No! My sister and brother aren't dying!" I scream.

"That's not balance. That's punishment" Stefan states.

"I will not give you what you want" Emily tells us.

"So you're saying that there's an answer to give? Please, if you know something, just tell us. Help us save our siblings" Stefan pleads. Bonnie suddenly holds her ears and screams in pain. She falls to the floor.

"Bonnie!" I exclaim kneeling beside her.

"They don't want us here. They think I'm abusing their power" she tells us.

"They know something. There's an answer. They just don't want to tell us" Stefan states.

"I head them say a name" Bonnie tells us.

"Don't tell me" I tell her having a bad feeling.

"What was it?" Stefan asks her.

"Klaus" she answers.

"Guess, we're making a deal with the devil. Bonnie go home and rest, we got it from here" I tell her.

"I'm supposed to meet the others" she states.

"I'll take you, I need to tell Elena what's going on" Stefan states.

"Stefan, forget bloody Elena. If it weren't for your obsession with her, our siblings would not be fighting for their lives right now!" I snap. "If you really want to tell her, call her. But we are not wasting time, we are going to Alaric's apartment. Katherine may have a clue where we can find Klaus. He is our only lead to finding a cure" I tell him.

"Fine" he relents. We left the witch house and he calls Elena as I drive to Alaric's apartment building. He tells her the situation. She said she would go talk to Damon. We soon reach Ric's apartment and enter. "Hello Katherine" Stefan says.

"Two days, I've been waiting. I'm supposed to be free of Klaus' compulsion by now. He's supposed to be dead!" she rants.

"Blame Elijah, he didn't keep his word" I tell her.

"We ran into complications" Stefan tells her.

"Meaning Klaus played the family cared and Elijah fell for it" I state.

"Doesn't really matter. We just need to find Klaus. Do you have any idea where he might be?" Stefan asks her. Suddenly Katherine has us both pinned to the wall and I glare at her.

"Klaus, you're back. Look who decided to come for a visit" she tells him. Klaus looks at Stefan and I. As I push Katherine off of us.

"Touch me again and you're dead, I don't care if Klaus wants to torture you for five centuries" I tell her.

"You both just keep popping up, don't you?" Klaus asks.

"Not by choice" I tell him. "Hello Elijah" I say.

"We need your help. For our brother and sister" Stefan tells him.

"Well, whatever it is, it's gonna have to wait a tick. You see, I have an obligation to my brother that requires my immediate attention" Klaus tells us.

"You both understand how important family is, or you wouldn't be here. My brother gave me his word that he would reunite me with my own" Elijah tells us. I laugh.

"And so I shall" Klaus states. He stabs a dagger through Elijah's heart, killing him. He then pushes Stefan against the wall. "Now, what am I gonna do with you?" he asks.

"Klaus, you promised" I remind him. Klaus puts a stake through Stefan. Stefan groans and buckles forward but Klaus holds him up. "Stefan!" I scream and go to help. But Katherine blocks my path.

"Stay right there little Salvatore or he dies" Klaus tells me. Then looks at Stefan. "Do you feel that? It's scraping against your heart. The slightest little movement and you're dead" he tells him.

"Please Klaus, I can't lose my whole family" I cry.

"They're just trying to help their siblings" Katherine adds.

"The witches said you had a cure. Make me a deal. Just give me the cure, and I'll do whatever you want" Stefan tells him.

"We both will" I add. Klaus takes out the stake. Stefan falls on the floor, I rush over to him. Klaus walks over to the counter, puts the stake on it, and pours himself a glass of blood.

"Trouble is I don't know if you Stefan would be any good to me the way you are now. You are just shy of useless, unlike your sister" Klaus states.

"We'll do anything, just tell us how to save Damon and Serena" I tell him. Klaus has a glass of blood in his hands and crouches down to speak to us. As I keep an arm wrapped around Stefan's shoulders.

"I heard about this one vampire, crazy bloke, always on and off the wagon for decades. When he was off, he was magnificent. 1917, he went into Monterrey and wiped out an entire migrant village. A true ripper. Sound familiar?" he asks us.

"Please anything but that" I plead. I hate my brother when he's like that.

"I haven't been that way in a very long time" Stefan tells him.

"Well, that's the vampire I can make a deal with. That is the kind of talent that I can use when I leave this town" Klaus tells us. "Katerina, come here" he says as he stands up. Katherine gets closer. He takes her arm. His face changes, his eyes are yellow. He bites her.

"Aah! Aah! No. No...No. No. No" she panics. Klaus bites his own wrist. He makes Katherine drink his blood. Her wound heals. Klaus looks at us.

"You want your cure? There it is" he tells us.

"Your blood is the cure" we state.

"Gotta love Mother Nature" Klaus says with a smirk. Klaus puts his hand on Stefan's shoulder. "Now...Let's talk, you and I" he says.

"What about me?" I ask him.

"After, we'll talk after" he tells me. He leads Stefan to the table. I watch them wary. He grabs a knife. Squeezing a knife blade tightly, and blood is pouring from his hand into a vial. "There it is. You want to save your brother? How 'bout a decade-long bender? And I have big plans for you when we leave this town" he tells Stefan.

"I'm not like that anymore" Stefan tells him.

"Well, that's too bad. You would have made a hell of a wing-man" Klaus states. He starts to pour the blood down the drain.

"Wait!" Stefan and I say. Klaus stops pouring the blood with a satisfied smile.

"Now that's more like it. I want you to join me for a drink" he tells Stefan. He throws him a blood bag along the counter. Stefan takes it. Klaus watches while drinking his glass of blood. Stefan takes a sip from the blood bag. "Finish it. All of it. You do everything I say, and I save your brother. That's the deal" he states.

Stefan drinks all of it. Klaus throws him another blood bag. "Again" he says and Stefan drinks.

"Klaus, what about Serena?" I ask him.

"You come with us for a decade and I save her too" he states.

"Do I have to do everything you say, too?" I ask him.

"Not everything, we'll iron the details later" he tells me. He has Stefan drink another two bags. "You're very cooperative. It's almost as if you're enjoying it" he says with a smirk. Tossing him another bag.

"No more. Not until you give me the cure" Stefan tells him.

"Agreed" I say.

"Not until we make a deal. It's your choice, Stefan. You can either remain here living your life in Mystic Falls, or you can embrace what you truly are, leave town with me, and save your brother's life" Klaus says offering him the blood bag again. Stefan snatches it and drinks vigorously. "That's the spirit" he says.

He grabs the vial of his blood and heads over to Katherine. "Sweetheart, take this over to Damon and Serena. Then come right back" he says compelling her.

"You want me to leave?" she ask him/

"No!" Stefan and I exclaim.

"Yes and if I were you..." Klaus starts to say. But Katherine disappears with the vial before he can finish. "I'd hurry" he says.

"She'll never take it to them" I cry and Stefan hugs me close. Klaus cocks his head in a gesture of indifference. Klaus takes us to a warehouse. Along the way, my phone rings. "Serena" I say with a sniffle.

"Yeah it's me, Katherine actually did something decent for once" she states. "Damon and I are ok, where are you and Stefan?" she asks me.

"We had to make a deal with Klaus" I tell her.

"What did he want?" she asks.

"He's trying to turn Stefan back into a ripper and want's us to spend the next decade with him" I tell her.

"No, we can't let Stefan go though that again!" she snaps.

"We had no choice Serena. You and Damon are alive and well. That's all that matters" I tell her. "We will see each other again, a decade will pass quickly" I assure her.

"What's Klaus' next move?" she asks me.

"No doubt to make hybrids, which means werewolves" I tell her.

"You be careful and know that we won't give up on either of you" she tells me.

"I know, I love you and Damon. Please tell him that" I tell her. She agrees and we hung up. I go into the warehouse to see Stefan kill an innocent girl.

"Now we can go" Klaus says with a satisfied smile. "Come along littler Salvatore, Ripper" he tells us. We all get into a car and leave Mystic Falls.
