Elena and Violet woke up once again and Violet looked around seeing Enzo no longer there.

"Subject 83182 and 83183 appears conscious" Wes said. "Where are we" Elena asked. "Why look familiar" Wes asked.

"Violet are you okay" Elena asked looking beside her to see tape on her mouth. "Don't worry it's only to keep her from mumbling a spell" Wes told Elena as Elena faced Wes.

"What is that thing" Elena asked motioning to the machine.

"What are you doing to us" Elena asked as she kept looking at Violet in worry. "83182 and 83183 commence prep for blood dialysis" Wes said and put the oxygen tube on them.

"Count from ten" Wes told them. "9, 8, 7, 6, 5" Wes said and Elena and Violet closed their eyes.

"He's on a little day trip apparently he has some unresolved business with your boyfriend" Wes said causing Violet to worry as she tried to get loose.

"What did you do" Elena asked as she saw Violet kept trying to get free but had no such luck and saw the tears in Violet's eyes and automatically knew she was worried.

"If it works you and your friend will be the first ones to know" Wes said. "Why did Megan have a picture of my dad on her cell phone" Elena asked.

"Maybe because her parents helped fund your father's projects" Wes said.

"They knew about Augustine too" Elena asked. "Well, no all they knew was that your dad had an unregulated compound that could cure most injuries" Wes said. "Vampire blood" Elena said.

"Exactly but as Megan grew up, she got suspicious, enrolled at Whitmore roomed with Dr Gilbert's daughter and she went to a party at Whitmore house and put her nose where it didn't belong" Wes said.

"She found Enzo in his cell" Elena said. "And being clueless to what a starving vampire will do around fresh human blood I'm guessing she got too close" Wes said and his phone rang.

He looked at the caller ID before answering. "Aaron" Wes said. "Where's Elena and my niece" Stefan asked. "Who's this" Wes asked.

"We have Aaron and we're trying to decide how to kill him" Stefan said.

"Funny I have Elena and your niece and I'm wondering how they'll function without their cerebral cortex touch him and you'll never see them again" Wes said.

"That threat works both ways" Stefan said and hung up.

"Jesse was a fantastic case study but he took too long to condition and considering the size of the vampire population a single dose injection is much more efficient" Wes said.

"Yeah, but he couldn't stop feeding he tried to kill Damon" Elena said.

"Exactly vampires are now one shot away from craving their own kind and you and your friend are about to be patient zero" Wes said.

"What no, no you can't do that to us you'll turn us into a ripper" Elena said. "I know" Wes said and saw Violet trying to get free. "Don't worry Violet Elena's first then I'll get you" Wes told Violet.

"Subject 83182 and 83183 prepped for compound injection" Wes said.

"No please you can't do this to me" Elena said. "You'll be doing the world a favor Elena" Wes said, and Elena and Violet kept trying to get free.

"I might not be able to kill vampires" Wes said getting closer to Elena. "No let me and Violet go" Elena said. "But you will" Wes said getting even closer to Elena.

"No" Elena said, and Wes stuck the needle into Elena as she screamed while Violet couldn't do anything but watch as she struggled to get free.

"Elena, Violet" Stefan said. "Stefan" Elena said before head butting Wes causing him to fall to the ground. Stefan then, vamp sped down to them.

"Oh god ohh" Stefan said before getting Elena free.

"Come here oh you're okay I got you; I got you; I got you; I got you" Stefan said.

"Can you stand" Stefan asked Elena noticing Violet and Elena nodded. Stefan went to Violet and took the tape off her mouth.

"Uncle Stef" Violet said. "Don't worry little one I'm going to get you out of here" Stefan said.

"Little one you haven't called me that in years" Violet said as Stefan freed her and picked her up bridal style going back to Elena as Elena put her arm around Stefan's grabbing the journal before they left.

Damon ran in Violet's room to see her laid on the bed. "Violet" Damon said before going to her sitting next to her.

"I'm okay dad I'm okay" Violet said and Damon held her in his arms shaking. "I'm sorry baby girl I'm so sorry" Damon said.

"Dad it's okay I'm okay I'm alive" Violet said and Damon nodded before kissing her on the top of the head.
