Day Thirteen

"There is a great cost for anyone to enter through the narrow doorway to God's kingdom realm. I tell you, there will be many who will want to enter but won't be able to.
Luke 13:24 TPT

 Anything of great value has a very high cost.
The reason it will cost us a lot to enter Heaven is because of the many distractions the world offers.
 Having a relationship with God especially for us young people isn't exactly what many would call 'cool.'
 If you look at the attendance of many churches, there's few youths who are committed to Church.

 Young people are the ones who deal with drugs. Young people are the ones who deal with identity crises. Young people are the ones who deal with shame. Young people are the ones who commit suicide. Why does that happen? Because our enemy doesn't want to us to enjoy the kingdom of Heaven while we are here on Earth.

 So Jesus says:

"Make every effort to enter through the narrow door, because many, I tell you, will try to enter and will not be able to.
Luke 13:24 NIV

 Let's make every effort. Let's become people who truly love God. The more aware we are of God and His kingdom, the less prone we are to being distracted by worldly pleasures.
 The bible says, "Because many, I tell you, will try to enter and will not be able to."
 The best decision anyone can ever make is to follow Jesus. But what does that mean exactly? What does it mean to follow Jesus?

Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
John 14:6 NIV

Jesus is the way. Jesus already set the path for us to follow Him. He already set the standard. All we have to do is to follow.
That's the reason we are studying about Him. When we know Jesus and personally become well acquainted with Him, it becomes easier to enter the narrow gate.
Jesus is the life. There's no true life that can ever be lived without having Jesus.
Jesus is our truth. He is our truth. And the truth is everything that He tells us.

Prayer:   In the name of Jesus, Glorious Father we thankyou. We bless your name. We acknowledge your presence. Help us to focus on youin all we do. In the name of Jesus Christ we pray. Amen
