Day Twenty- One

The whole world, earth and sky, will be destroyed, but my words will last forever.

God's word is everything. Everything will fail,but the word of God will stand firm. Its God's word we need. 

This is my comfort and consolation in my affliction: that Your word has revived me and given me life. [Rom. 15:4.]

David found comfort in the word of God. When he was afflicted, David received Comfort through the word of God.
Let's examine the Hebrew word for afflicted, shall we?
The Hebrew word is Oniy. It means: Depression, affliction, misery and trouble.
When David was depressed, he found comfort in the word of God. The bible says, "Your word has revived me and given life."

One of the most important things we can all learn to ask God for is the Spirit of revelation. When we have revelation, the word of God comes alive.

 Open my eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of Your law.

May God open our eyes to see the wonderful things that are in the Bible. It can only take revelation.
When we have trouble or problems like David we can say, "Your word has revived and given me life."

Prayer: In the name of Jesus, Heavenly Father we thankyou. We bless your name. We magnify you. We glorify your name. Thank you forloving us. Thank you for being with us. May your word come alive as we study.In the name of Jesus Christ we pray. Amen
