Third person's POV

If we were to talk about the Sawada brothers, people at first glance would have thought they were twins with different colour of hair and eyes, but if you were to tell them that one of them were adopted, they'd be in shock.

These two brothers were very alike.

But in this space where there is no one but them.. Small differences can make a big impact...

"I'm lonely..."

A lone boy's voice sounded in a space.

His voice made the "area" around him rejoice and began continuing its beautiful song, trying to please the boy and make him happy.

That still didn't make him any less lonely, sure it made him feel at peace, but he was lonely. There was no one to talk to in this space. He didn't know how long he was there. He didn't even know if he was still in in Earth or not. Was he dead or alive?

His small frame was wrapped with a white blanket, on his neck was an accessory. It had an logo of some sort. The logo had waves of leaves on its sides, equally and had a clam on top of it with angel wings behind it, there was guns that were crossing each other on top of the middle of the logo which was a bullet and underneath all that had a sign with the word," Vongola"

The boy's body was wet from water.

A single water droplet fell from his brunette hair.

"How long have I been here..?" The boy's voice was hoarse from the lack of use, but had a melodically feel to it.

Light started to emerge from the water and started floating to the top of the endless space around him.

"Wheres Na-kun..?" He said, his voice wavering slightly," Hows Kaa-san and Tou-san...? Does time flow differently here..?"

Tears started to flow down his face. He couldn't take it anymore. He wanted to go home.

He wrapped the blanket around him closer, and started to hug his legs and sobbed into his knees.

'Its felt like years, but my body hasn't aged one bit...'

"Na-kun..."

Another boy, in a different place, snapped his head behind him. He could have sworn he heard his brother's voice.

In another space, where a beautiful forest dances, a lone boy sat there.

"Ne, little Fairies, how long have I been here?" The boy asked his fairy friends.

They simply giggled and flew away, leaving a trail of fairy dust in their leaving.

The boy frowned. They used to be so friendly.

"When am I getting out of here..?"

The boy was wrapped in a white blanket, with the same necklace on.

The boy held the necklace in his hands and stared at it," I wonder what a 'Vongola' is..."

He sighed and hugged his legs closer to him," Im certain I heard Tsu-kun's voice..."

Unlike the other boy, this one was more talkative, his voice was not hoarse at all.

"Tsu-kun... Where are you..? Whens this going to end..? Tsu-kun please.. Please tell me what to do.."

A lone man stood in a room. A black room. Pitch black.

His grin gave off a feeling of insanity and darkness.

"This is great~ They don't even notice whats happening and whats going to happen~" He turned to look behind him," Its going all according to plan, isn't it, Author-san~"

A female stood behind him and gave him a frown," You know I don't plan my stories."

–Wait––––– That didn't happen! XD fooled you guys~~~ On to the story~

"This is great~ They don't even notice whats happening and whats going to happen~" He said in a sing-song voice, but soon his grin turned into a frown," But how did a Vongola necklace get here..."

He grinned once again," But doesn't matter~"

The first boy reached out into the sea of blue.

His hand reaching out to nothing. As if seeking something in the blue abyss.

The light orbs continued to float everywhere.

"Please... Please let me meet Na-kun.." He whispered his only wish. "I don't care what you do to me.. just please.."

The stars in his eyes continued to sparkle.

The beautiful sounds continued along with the dripping of water.

But the numbers– The numbers responded..

Numbers don't talk– everyone knows that, but they have their own language..

"If its to make you happy.... We don't mind.." A whisper was heard in the sea of sound. The boy's eyes widen and soon he blacked out.

The second boy was sitting, leaning against a tree trunk till a strong breeze came. He shielded himself with his arm and held his blanket and necklace in a tight grip.

The fairies came back with a look of glee and started to circle around him.

"W-wha..! What are you doing?!"

They once again only giggled and continued with what they were doing.

Fairy dust danced around.

And soon the boy blacked out.

A man clad in a white laboratory coat and a checking board stared in shock at the thing happening infront of him.

"Doctor whats wrong?" A nurse came inside and asked.

"C-call Mrs. Sawada! Right now!!" The man ordered and the nurse ran out to follow his orders.

"U-unbelivable..." The man muttered under his breath as the door slammed close behind him.

Tsuna groaned and slowly opened his eyes, but immediently regretted doing that when light attacked his eyes. He closed his eyes and slowly opened them again, this time knowing there was light.

Once his eyes were fully opened he blinked a couple of time to shake of the feeling of heaviness of his eyes.

He scanned the room.

A bed, which definitely wasn't his. A window on the side. Flowers on a table. IVs and other machines. A door. The smell of medicine. And finally– A man standing beside his bed staring in shock at him.

"U-um... H-hello..?" Tsuna said, his voice hoarse.

The man scrambled to get himself together and cleared his throat before answering," Good morning Sawada Tsunayoshi. Its good to see your awake." He spoke in a professional voice.

"A-awake..? Did something happen..? Wait– I had a very strange dream.. or was it a dream..?" Tsuna half asked himself. "Why am I in a hospital?"

The man took a seat beside Tsuna's bed and said," Im Dr. Eric. And you, Sawada Tsunayoshi, is in the hospital because you suddenly fell into a comatose state."

Tsuna's eyes widen at the information. "W-w-what about m-my brother, N-Natsu..?"'If I am correct, Natsu also passed out when the weird man came– Wait that man–'

"Your brother is also in the hospital, but in another room. I suggest you–" The doctor was cut off when Tsuna all of a sudden shouted," NATSU! I HAVE TO GET TO NATSU RIGHT NOW! I HAVE TO CHECK IF HES ALRIGHT!!"

The doctor immediently stood up, trying to calm the boy, but Tsuna won't budge, he stood up and ran for the door, as quick as he can with his weak legs.

Once he opened the door, another boy stood infront of him, the same worry etched on his face, which became relief. He too became relieved, for in front of him was his dear brother, Natsu.

"N-natsu!" Tsuna uttered in surprise.

"T-tsuna!" Natsu too uttered in surprise, suddenly Natsu tackled his brother with a giant bear hug. "Tsu-kun!! I was so worried!!" He said in he verge of tears.

Tsuna hugged him back and whispered," I was too, Na-kun.."

"I had a really weird dream, and I was all alone!!" Natsu shouted.

Tsuna smiled a sad smile and said," Yeah.. Me too.."

Behind Natsu was another doctor, it seems like this doctor was chasing Natsu too.

"T-t-tsu-kun...? N-n-na-kun..?"

The brothers looked out the door to see their mother, Sawada Nana.

"I-i-it re-really is y-you..." Their mother said, fresh tears flowing from her swollen eyes. "I-i-im s-so glad..." She whispered.

The brothers started, wide eyed at their mother. She looked like she aged 10 years more from the stress and sadness on her face. There was tear stains all over her and her eyes seemed swollen from crying and from fatigue. They immediently felt bad.

"I-im so glad.." She repeated again as tears fell her face. The brothers stood up and started to comfort her with words and hugs. After a few minutes she sniffed and said," Im sorry for crying all of a sudden like that..." She finished with a smile. The brothers mirrored her and smiled too. They all had a group hug.

After a few seconds, Tsuna decided to ask a question that has been on his mind for sometime now," Ne, Okaa-san, how long were we asleep..?"

"2 years." The doctors replied for her.

The brother's eyes widen," 2 YEARS!?"
