29-You
3rd Person POV
Vader was currently being lifted out of the bacta tank, his wound was severe and he needed to stay submerged for hours, nearly twelve to be exact.
As soon as his head peered out of the liquid. His fire filled eyes opened. He was enraged, more so than before. He didn't need anyone to tell him that they took her, he already knew. He felt it when it was happening, he heard her calling to him, begging him to help her.
The staff helped get him out of the tank and they wrapped a robe around him as he stood there with the liquid dripping to the floor, "How do you feel my Lord?" One of them spoke with a shaky voice. No matter what his condition was, everyone always feared being in his presence.
He didn't answer the question, he didn't think they were worth explaining to. He was hurting that she was in danger because of him and he was furious that it was Obi-Wan who took her from him. Hasn't he done enough? He thought as the ground below him shook slightly. He balled his hands into fists, the machines around him began to be crushed by the force, and the tank he was just in shattered, causing the Bacta to pour over the floor near his bare feet. The staff all backed away from him out of fear as his eyes grew to be more red than yellow. He closed his eyes, he could see her face, see her smile, hear her laugh, hear her voice, he would never forgive himself if anything happened to her and the last interaction they had was a fight. That thought alone caused him even more pain. He took a deep breathe and opened his eyes again, only to see everyone that was in the room with him, was dead.
(y/n)'s POV
"I said don't touch me." I lifted my leg and kicked the man in the stomach, he buckled over and groaned in pain.
A few of the rebels in the room laughed, "She's a feisty one." One spoke.
"She's Darth Vader's girlfriend, what do you expect?" Another one said as they bent down next to me and eyed me curiously.
I had no idea where I was. All I remember is being shot in the neck with a dart and everything went black. I was currently tied to a chair with my hands behind my back. I looked to my left to see Piett in the same condition I was, although he hadn't woken up yet. I get why I'm here, but I don't get why he's here, "Wake up." I kicked my leg to my left the best I could so I could kick him. I did it a total of five times until he finally opened his eyes, "Nice of you to join us Captain, you're drooling by the way." I rolled my eyes.
He looked around the room, "Where are we?"
I shrugged, "I don't know, ask them." I nodded my head to the group of people who were still watching us.
He turned and blinked in surprise, "Who are you?"
They ignored his question and kept their eyes on me. They were eyeing me like I had three heads or something, "How can you love a man like him?"
Now it was my turn to ignore them, they would never understand. They don't know him the way I do. I miss him so much too, I can't believe the last encounter we had was a fight. When I see him, the first thing I'm going to do is apologize. And I know I'll see him again, I can always count on him to find me, besides, I left the crystal in the hangar. He'll be able to hear me whenever he gets close enough.
"What I want to know is how a simple mechanic was able to get Darth Vader to love her." The man who spoke rolled his eyes.
I smirked, "What can I say? I'm immaculate."
A chuckled came from behind them and they moved out of the way for a bearded man to walk towards me, "Well I can certainly see why he likes you." He pulled up a chair and sat right in front of me.
"And you are?" I asked as I eyed him up and down.
He turned to face the rebels, "Leave us please." They all nodded immediately and left the room. The man turned back to me, "My name is Obi-Wan Kenobi."
My eyes widened and I felt anger, "You." I seethed, he hurt my Anakin.
He sighed, "So I take it you know who I am then?"
I nodded without saying a word, "I don't." Piett spoke up and I shot him a glare telling him to 'hush.'
"What exactly has he told you?" He asked as he leaned back in his chair with his arms crossed.
I scoffed, "That you locked him up like an animal when he was grieving his padawans death." I tilted my head as I narrowed my eyes at him, "And that you left him there for a week without a single visit to see how he was. Oh and how none of you took responsibility when you falsely accused that poor girl, so she died for no reason." I spat as I eyed him in disgust. I don't even know this man, but I hate him for what he did. Anakin is the love of my life and anyone that does him wrong, well they better prepare to be on my bad side. I could hear Piett gasp next to me as I spoke, this is the first time he's learned about how Anakin truly became who he is.
Obi-Wan sighed sadly, "Did he tell you what he did afterwards?"
I nodded, "I know everything."
He knitted his brows together, "Everything; and you still choose to love him?" I nodded again, "Tell me, what do you call him?"
"I already answered one of your questions, now you can answer one of mine," He nodded and gestured for me to ask, "Why did you turn your back on him when he needed you the most?"
His face fell, he looked hurt, "I didn't mean to, one of the other council members said they sensed a darkness in him. I thought by locking him up, I would be protecting him from himself. I didn't want to lose him," He sighed as he looked down to the floor, "But I did anyway."
"And yet you still never went to visit him? That doesn't make any sense to me." I shook my head.
He stood up from his chair, "I tried to!" He was losing his calm demeanor real quick, "There were orders to not go near him, orders from that fucking Palpatine." He growled as he hit his fist on a wall, "He said Anakin needed time to figure his emotions out on his own. Of course the council agreed with him. Only once was I able to sneak past the guards," He sighed as he walked back and sat in front of me again, "But he was sleeping. I stayed there though, for an hour, waiting for him to wake up, but then I was caught and taken back out before I had a chance to talk to him." Palpatine? There's so much more to this story that I don't know, that I'm sure Anakin doesn't even know, "I answered your question, now answer mine." He spoke up before I could say anything about his story.
I was hesitant, I don't think this is something I'm supposed to say, but I had to keep my word, "Anakin." I answered and he looked surprised.
"He is still in there." He said it so low that I don't even think I was meant to hear it.
"I have a question." Piett spoke up causing us both to look at him, "Why am I here?"
Obi-Wan half-smiled, "My rebels were worried that you would be killed for allowing her to be taken, they figured they were saving your life."
He nodded, "Remind me to thank them."
"Will do," The bearded man stood up, "Well this was a nice talk but I have other matters to attend to right now."
"Wait," I stopped him from leaving, "Please let us go, please let me go back to him." I felt tears in my eyes.
He shook his head with a sad sigh, "I'm sorry, but I can't, I'll be back soon. We're not done talking." He turned and left the room.
Vader's/Anakin's POV
"This is him sir." My clone troopers dragged a man into my office, a traitorous man.
I glanced over to R2, "Go run a muck in the hallways." I instructed him and he listened by rolling out of the room with a protest, "You can go too." I told the clone troopers.
They left me alone with the man who looked up to me with terror, "My lor-"
"Shut the fuck up and take a seat." I gestured to the chair in front of my desk. He hesitated for a moment before slowly getting up off of the floor and sitting in front of me, "So Captain Ozzel, it was you who lowered the shields for the rebels to get on the station unnoticed?" I grabbed my glass of alcohol and took a drink. It was the only thing that was calming me enough to not kill him right here and now. I was going crazy without her being here, crazy enough to kill a whole room of people without even trying to.
He shook his head, oh so he's going to lie, "It wasn't me I swear."
I smirked as I set the glass down, "Here's a fun fact Ozzel, I can hear every single one of your thoughts so I know that it was you."
His eyes widened in shock and fear, "I-"
I lifted my hand, "Save it. I just want to know where the rebel base is, they've taken something of great value to me and I want it back." I growled as I slammed my fist on the desk, "Now I can go in there and fish it from your mind, but then I'll kill you afterwards, slowly," I stood up and walked around to get near him, "Or you can tell me and maybe I won't kill you." I shrugged as I placed my hands on the back of his chair.
His back was to me but I could still see by the way his shoulders were moving, that he was crying, "I'll tell you." He spoke and I smiled as I walked back around to my desk to sit down. I grabbed a paper and pen and slid it over.
"Write it down for me." He grabbed the paper and pen with shaky hands and wrote it down, I searched his mind as he was doing it to make sure the information was accurate.
He slid the contents back over to me when he was done, "Alderaan, why am I not surprised." I sighed.
"Are you going to kill me?" He asked as I kept my eyes on the paper.
It was you who put my (y/n) in danger, "Ozzel, your fate was sealed the second you decided to betray me." I grabbed the pen and threw it into his neck, all without looking up from the paper. I heard him cry in pain as he slumped to the floor. I pulled my comlink up, "I need a ship ready," I looked down to the dying man on the floor, "And clean up."
