*SCP Foundation:

Aware of the widespread terror caused by hostile anomalies and malevolent deities like the Scarlet King in the SCP universe, Caelus and Xavier Salvador decide to intervene to aid the universe. However, considering the mistreatment and experimentation on harmless sentient anomalies by the SCP Foundation, they find it challenging to align with them. Thus, Caelus asks Xavier Salvador to handle the matter independently, given his capability to do so.

Xavier clandestinely meets with the O5 Council members, startling them with his sudden appearance. He introduces himself and expresses his awareness of the threat posed by SCP-001, the Scarlet King. Detailing his plan, he offers assistance to contain dangerous anomalies while advocating for the humane treatment and freedom of benign sentient anomalies. In exchange, he proposes an alliance between Salvatia and the SCP Foundation to combat hostile anomalies and malevolent deities like the Scarlet King. This proposal effectively severs ties with the GOC alliance, as Salvatia will now provide support directly to the Foundation.

While some O5 Council members accept Xavier's offer, others resist and attempt to call for MTF to contain him. Xavier swiftly immobilizes them in time and departs using his omnipotent abilities, instilling fear in those who witness his power. Having dealt with the opposition, he then seeks out the Foundation's highest authority, the Administrator.

To Xavier's surprise, the Administrator, known to be a mysterious entity, appears as a gray-haired man in a coat, possessing enigmatic abilities. Despite their differences, Xavier and the Administrator engage in genuine conversation. After proposing a mutually beneficial plan, the Administrator agrees, allowing Xavier to proceed with his efforts to benefit the universe, provided he does not go against him.

The following day, Xavier represents Salvatia, while Caelus solidifies an official alliance with the SCP Foundation, aiming to establish a strong partnership for containing dangerous anomalies and preparing to combat threats like the Scarlet King. The alliance also ensures fair treatment and freedom for friendly sentient anomalies, as per the treaty terms.

Regarding D-Class personnel, those wrongly accused without substantial evidence will either be released or given the option to work for the Foundation, with the alternative being the erasure of their memories regarding their SCP Foundation experience.

Unofficially, the SCP Foundation refrains from reporting to the GOC or its allied factions, with the exception of the UIU. Xavier believes the UIU can be valuable within the United States and therefore clandestinely funds them to enhance their equipment, technology, tools, and weapons for dealing with hostile anomalies. In exchange, the UIU acknowledges their secret alliance.

Xavier implements radical reforms within the SCP Foundation, abolishing the concept of "normalcy." He asserts that living in a state of normalcy while anomalies exist is illusory and that individuals must acknowledge the harsh reality to adequately defend themselves against dangerous adversaries. While not all SCP Foundation branches agree to these terms, some SCP Site Facilities refuse to acknowledge the unofficial treaty. Consequently, Xavier dispatches his Black Death Legion alongside SCP Foundation loyalists (including the Ethics Committee) to quell insurgencies and restore centralized control. Additionally, Serpent Hand and the Church of the Broken Gods, brought in by Xavier, assist in eradicating rebellious SCP Site Organizations. Subsequently, they cease hostilities and officially ally with the newly reformed SCP Foundation, in recognition of Xavier Salvador's efforts.

*American Union State:

Observing an alternate universe where his favorite political figure, Huey P. Long, leads the American Union State (AUS) during the Second American Civil War, which occurred due to the Central Powers winning World War I and altering the timeline's course, Xavier Salvador decides to intervene in this reality.

Initially, he makes a sudden appearance before Huey Long, causing the latter to experience a heart attack. Xavier then employs his omnipotent time-stopping abilities to freeze reality, introducing himself to Huey Long and explaining the situation. Although Huey Long struggles to comprehend Xavier's revelations, Xavier alleviates his headache and imparts two crucial directives: to oppose corporatocracy and William Dudley Pelley's Silver Legion, particularly the racist KKK faction. Xavier persuades Huey Long to abandon his isolationist stance and encourages him to deploy military forces internationally, especially to combat syndicalism in conquered European nations like France and Britain, once the civil war's aftermath is addressed. He emphasizes that such actions will demonstrate the AUS's commitment to eradicating syndicalism with fervent determination.

Impressed by Xavier's words, Huey Long accepts his guidance and forms a joint alliance. Subsequently, Salvatian expeditionary forces are unveiled in America and worldwide, bolstering the AUS's military capabilities. Xavier dispatches his Black Death Legion to eliminate radical factions within the AUS, notably corporatocracy groups, the Silver Legion, and the KKK, utilizing extreme methods to set an example. Additionally, he deploys the Vindictarium Order to provide support to AUS minutemen forces in combating the Combined Syndicates of America (CSA), the United States of America (under MacArthur), and the Pacific States of America (PSA).

Huey Long grants New England full autonomy, ensuring they maintain their territory as long as they refrain from involvement in the civil war, a condition they agree to.

With Salvatia's support, the Second American Civil War is significantly shortened. Salvatia employs various tactics such as assassinations, espionage, propaganda campaigns to sway rival factions, offering goodwill gestures to win over the populace and sabotage enemy operations. Following the war's conclusion, Salvatia aids in the AUS's reconstruction efforts, employing magitechnology to modernize infrastructure and providing advanced technology and financial aid, facilitated by the Arcane Replicator Nexus (ARN).

In the Chinese Civil War, both factions intervene to eliminate rival factions, establish democratic governance, and stabilize the country.

Admiring Theodore Roosevelt's hawkish policies and his stance against monopolistic practices by corporations, Xavier Salvador sees an opportunity for intervention in that universe. Initially, he uses his powers to purge Theodore Roosevelt's mind of any racial prejudices, replacing them with a commitment to racial equality and coexistence. After this transformation, Xavier introduces himself to Theodore Roosevelt, sharing insights about extraordinary matters, and they eventually forge an alliance.

Together, they dismantle monopolistic corporations in adherence to the Sherman Antitrust Act. Subsequently, Theodore Roosevelt devises plans to expand influence across the entire American continent, aiming to establish the Pan-American Alliance. This alliance would uphold democratic principles, even resorting to force if necessary. Xavier aids Theodore Roosevelt in addressing issues such as Mexican incursions into the American border in Texas, removing British influence from Canada to facilitate its inclusion in the North American Union, and uniting all nations on the American continent under the Pan-American Alliance banner. Additionally, they declare war on European Allied nations and the Japanese Empire, emerging victorious and spreading the influence of democratic ideals across spheres of influence. Despite progress, instances of racism persist in America and other foreign nations, prompting Xavier to address these issues while Theodore Roosevelt focuses on other political matters.

*United French Empire:

Xavier intervenes in the universe, inspired by Napoleon's prowess in defeating numerous enemies single-handedly, with the aim of ensuring the success of his favorite military strategist's empire. However, upon discovering racist sentiments and the revival of slavery within Napoleon's reign, Xavier deems it necessary to alter these aspects.

He eliminates Napoleon's racial biases and replaces them with ideals of racial equality and coexistence supremacy. Introducing himself to Napoleon Bonaparte, Xavier shares insights into realms beyond Napoleon's imagination, forging an alliance between them. Advising Napoleon to abolish slavery and prioritize industrialization for economic and military growth, Xavier offers guidance on crucial matters. He reveals Napoleon's future predicaments regarding the lack of an heir with Joséphine de Beauharnais and suggests marrying a new wife, Marie Louise, to secure an heir, urging Napoleon to adhere to his role in orchestrating this union.

Emphasizing civil rights, Xavier advocates for gender and ethnic equality within Napoleon's empire. He proposes liberating slaves from foreign nations practicing slavery to garner loyalty and support, advocating for their inclusion in the military. Xavier encourages the enrollment of women in the military to boost their participation and popularity. Alongside the newly enhanced French navy, they easily overwhelmed the British, resulting in significant losses for the British navy and establishing French dominance at sea with their futuristic naval vessels. Meanwhile, the French military commenced the development of laser weapons, fortified body armor suits, cannon-like vehicles, aircraft, and robotic soldiers that could operate without the need for food or water. They launched a campaign to eliminate European nations opposing the empire and subsequently declared war on the Russian Empire upon learning of their trade alliance with the British, a betrayal of Napoleon's continental system.

The French army, supported by Salvatian elite forces including elite military soldiers, the Vindictarium Order, and the Black Death Legion, advanced into Russian territory. Leveraging their advanced technology and a combination of Salvatian and Napoleon's strategic prowess, they effortlessly overcame Russian defenses, culminating in the capture of Moscow, which was engulfed in flames due to scorched-earth tactics. Subsequently, the Black Death Legion apprehended Russian Tsar Alexander I, delivering him to Napoleon, who personally executed him with a musket pistol for personal reasons. With this decisive action, Russia was integrated into Napoleon's empire.

The United French Empire swiftly invaded Great Britain, achieving victory within hours due to their advanced military arsenal and lightning-fast maneuvers. Great Britain was subsequently transformed into a puppet state known as the England Commonwealth, marking the end of the Great British Empire. The United French Empire continued its expansion into Africa and Egypt, offering enlightenment to foreign peoples in exchange for their allegiance and promising them a life of luxury and inclusion in the empire. After Napoleon expressed his gratitude, Xavier departed the universe.

*New Sovereignty Republic of Zeon:

In Omniversal Observation God's Eye (O.O.G.E.), Xavier has witnessed the events of the Universal Century era, where Earthnoids and Spacenoids engage in a bloody conflict. Xavier disapproves of the Zabi Family's exploitation of Zeon ideals to justify their conquest of Earth, knowing it's unsustainable and will eventually lead to internal strife within the Zeon military. Additionally, despite claiming to fight for Spacenoid independence, they resort to killing civilians with chemical weapons and using space colonies as orbital kinetic bombs, especially targeting those remaining loyal to the Earth Federation or neutral in the conflict. To Xavier, this reveals the Zabi Family's hypocrisy in their pursuit of power and dominance over both Earth and the space colonies, masquerading their ambitions as a noble cause.

Despite finding the ideals of independence espoused by Zeon intriguing, Xavier believes the timing for intervention is crucial. After closely observing the events unfolding in both Earth and Space, particularly in the battles depicted in "Gundam 0083: Stardust Memory," "Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam," and "Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ," he decides to intervene in that universe.

Encountering Char Aznable, who has just survived an ordeal and is contemplating his next move, Xavier surprises him by preventing a potentially violent confrontation. He introduces himself and shares his vision of a better plan, one that involves leveraging the Laplace Box to unlock a powerful secret weapon. Xavier persuades Char to join him in this endeavor, emphasizing that it will benefit the Spacenoids and fulfill the aspirations of figures like Mineva Zabi.

Char Aznable hesitates to trust someone who seemingly possesses unprecedented power, surpassing even that of Newtypes. Initially suspicious of Xavier's intentions, he eventually begrudgingly accepts the proposal, and the two become allies.

Over the course of three years, Xavier and his allies assist Char Aznable in toppling the Federation-friendly puppet government of the Autonomous Republic of Zeon, retaking Side 3, and establishing the New Sovereignty Republic of Zeon, also known as New Zeon. Through collaborative efforts, Salvatians and Zeonists develop advanced technologies such as anti-gravity propulsion for easier ship maneuverability and larger, more sophisticated vessels capable of housing mobile suits and space fighters within their hangar bays.

Xavier contributes significantly by providing a new class of formidable ships, the New Zeon version of the "General Revil" Dogosse Giar-class, designed to outmatch any Earth Federation vessels. These ships are equipped with state-of-the-art weaponry, including plasma cannons, laser anti-aircraft turrets, proton missile launchers, missile turrets, proton torpedoes, and neutron beam cannons, replacing outdated Zeon navy arsenals.

Furthermore, Salvatians provided new recruits with advanced body armor suits to shield them from bullets, though not from explosives. This overhaul results in a revitalized Zeon military with significantly enhanced strength compared to the Earth Federation, a testament to Xavier's leadership and the contributions of his Salvatian allies.

While the Salvatians assist in building the new army for the New Sovereignty Republic of Zeon, Xavier has a genuine conversation with Mineva Zabi, despite her being cautious about speaking to a mysterious stranger who happens to be the leader of Salvatia. Xavier assures Mineva that he sees her differently from her notorious family members and expresses his willingness to protect her from any threats.

Unbeknownst to the New Zeonists, Xavier covertly orders the OSI to locate the Laplace Box, which is held by the Vist Foundation. He then dispatches a team of skilled operatives, including deathstalkers and special forces, to infiltrate the Vist Foundation and retrieve the original charter of the Universal Century. The operation is executed successfully, with no casualties, and Xavier's plan moves forward as intended.

As the larger fleet of New Zeon arrives in space, Xavier prepares to record as Char Aznable delivers a speech addressing both Earth and the Space Colonies. Char articulates his vision for Spacenoids, revealing the original UC Charter, affirming his father Zeon Zum Deikun's Newtype Theory. He invites Zeon remnants and anti-Federation groups to Side 3, signaling a new beginning free from the Earth Federation's corruption. Char urges them to embrace his ideals, distancing themselves from the old Zeon philosophy, particularly Gihren Zabi's ideals.

In response, many Space Colonies acknowledge the truth of the UC Charter and reject the legitimacy of the Earth Federation, opting for independence to weaken Federation influence. On Earth, disillusioned individuals from impoverished areas, frustrated with the Federation's failure to address their plight, choose to join Char's Neo Zeon in search of a new life beyond the galaxy.

Among the Zeon Remnants and anti-Federation groups, there is a split.. Most anti-Federation movements decide to relocate to Side 3 for a better life, while Zeon Remnants divide into two factions. One side aligns with Char's vision, ready to abandon old Zeon missions and unite under Char's leadership. Conversely, Zabi loyalists remain steadfast in their commitment to Gihren Zabi's beliefs, opting to continue the fight against the Earth Federation through extremist measures, unwilling to relinquish their ideology.

Char Aznable asks the London Bell, a newly established special operation forces made up in ex-members of AEUG and Karaba lead by commanding officer Bright Noa, to handle the Zabi loyalist groups on Earth, while he focuses on gathering Char's Zeon groups to Side 3. Xavier and his Salvatians opt to remain concealed, allowing the London Bell to deal with the situation. However, despite the success of the London Bell in eliminating extremist Zeon Remnant groups on earth, the revelation of the original UC Charter weakens the Earth Federation. Elites within the Federation government, fearing the loss of their influence over the space colonies, resort to sending the ESFS navy fleet to reclaim control, only to be swiftly obliterated by Xavier's actions.

Xavier's intervention remains undetected, as he operates without deploying his mecha fighter and using his superpowers instead, leaving the Federation puzzled by the destruction of their fleet. Char Aznable's speech shocks many with his final announcement: New Zeon will leave Earth and embark on a journey to explore the unknown galaxy.

While some struggle to accept this decision initially, upon reflection, many come to see the wisdom in Char's choice. By leaving Earth and venturing into the uncharted depths of space, they can evade the threats posed by Federation government elites, Earth supremacist groups, and anti-Spacenoid factions, ensuring their freedom and safety.

Once gathered in Side 3, Xavier reveals himself to the people, acknowledging his role in aiding Char Aznable's efforts for the betterment of Spacenoids. Char Aznable emphasizes the futility of continued conflict with the Earth Federation, which has led to the downfall of various Zeon factions in recent years. Opening numerous portals within Side 3's space colonies, along with newly volunteered space colonies from Side 2 and Side 7, all space colonies activate advanced super arc-ionized thrusters crafted by the Salvatians. These thrusters propel the colonies towards their destination, escorted by the newly formed New Zeon fleets to ensure their safety from potential threats. Once they all entered the portals, they vanished away, never to be seen again.

Emerging in a distant galactic sector through the portals, the space colonies and New Zeon fleets discover a shocking revelation: an Earth-like habitable alien planet, now dubbed their new home. Char Aznable expresses gratitude to Xavier for aiding in achieving a goal that had eluded previous Zeon factions: complete independence. With the promise of a new beginning on the alien planet, the space colonies begin the process of colonization.

As a token of appreciation, Xavier presents Char with a gift: a book of future knowledge containing invaluable insights into the development of new technologies and the establishment of a utopian society. With this exchange of gratitude, Xavier bids farewell to the universe, content in knowing he has played a pivotal role in shaping the destiny of New Zeon.

After he leaves the universe, Char Aznable or better known as Casval Rem Deikun, becomes the new head of state as Sovereign President of the New Sovereignty Republic of Zeon, and the planet will be called Zeonar.

*Empire of the Rising Sun:

Xavier resolved to intervene in this universe to reshape it according to his vision and put an end to its conflicts. His initial target was the Empire of the Rising Sun, intrigued by their advanced technology and military arsenal. However, he harbored disdain for Emperor Yoshiro's staunch traditionalism and imperialist tendencies, recognizing the need to remove him, his son, and their loyalists to effect change within the empire.

He found a potential ally in Haruki Takeuchi, a young member of the influential Takeuchi Clan who possessed both political and military sway. Unlike many others, Haruki harbored ambitions beyond blind loyalty to the Emperor. He envisioned a modernized, technologically advanced Asian empire that embraced progress and enlightenment. His goal was to extend equal treatment to all Asians, allowing them autonomy within the empire while respecting their cultures and providing aid in exchange for their allegiance. Haruki believed in ruling over Asia alone, rather than seeking dominion over the entire world. However, he recognized the challenges inherent in his aspirations, particularly in the face of Emperor Yoshiro's rule and the entrenched power of other clan members.

That's until he met a mysterious, yet surprising figure appeared out of nowhere inside of his house - Xavier Salvador.

Xavier introduced himself to Haruki Takeuchi and proceeded to explain everything about himself, detailing the significant changes he intended to bring about in their lives. Following his thorough explanation, he expressed his desire to assist Haruki in realizing his ambitions to rule the Empire as the new emperor, believing that Haruki's progressive actions could greatly benefit the world.

After attempting to persuade Haruki Takeuchi to join his cause, offering him the opportunity to become the new ruler and earn the trust of the people through significant achievements, Haruki ultimately accepted.

Over the ensuing weeks and months, Haruki Takeuchi rallied civilians, military personnel, and loyal guards from the Takeuchi family to deliver a powerful speech. He promised to bring peace and prosperity to Asia through unity, equality, and progress, emphasizing the importance of safeguarding the Empire amidst the looming threat posed by the Soviet Union. Haruki conveyed that Emperor Yoshido's actions had alienated Japan from the rest of the world, leaving them vulnerable to invasion. He advocated for the removal of the emperor and his associates, positioning himself as the new leader capable of ending the war. To his surprise, he garnered widespread support from both civilians and military members who shared his disillusionment with the impending conflict and feared the consequences of foreign conquest. Together, they formed a rebel group and armed themselves, preparing to march on the capital city. Xavier dispatched the Vindictarium Order, led by a knight lord and technomaster, to support their newfound ally.

When they encountered the Empire loyalists attempting to prevent their entry into the imperial palace, the technomaster employed his powers to immobilize their mech walkers, drones, and vehicles. With the loyalists incapacitated, they proceeded to engage the imperial warriors in combat. Inside the palace, Haruki Takeuchi confronted Emperor Yoshido and his son, Prince Tatsu, in a fierce battle. Drawing upon the skills of his samurai ancestors, Haruki faced the duo in a daunting 2v1 confrontation, confident in his ability to emerge victorious.

Meanwhile, Xavier and his forces from the Vindictarium and Black Death Legion traversed both within and beyond Japan, targeting the Emperor's loyalists. They strategically eliminated key commanders such as Shinzo Nagama, Naomi Shirada, and Kenji Tenzai. Xavier presented an offer to Takara Sato, the chief of the Rocket Angel corp., proposing that she join Haruki Takeuchi's faction. Despite initial hesitation, Takara ultimately acquiesced, recognizing the opportunity to contribute to a brighter future under Haruki's leadership. With Takara's allegiance secured, Xavier facilitated the replacement of old commanders with loyalists to Haruki Takeuchi, bolstering their ranks to combat the Soviet Union threat with the assistance of the Vindictarium Order.

Subsequently, news spread of the demise of both Emperor Yoshido and Prince Tatsu, with Haruki Takeuchi ascending to the throne and claiming responsibility for their overthrow. He justified his actions as being in the best interest of Japan and the Empire's future, emphasizing a vision beyond mere world dominance. While he garnered support from the citizens, opposition persisted among politicians, military officials, industrial owners, and clan members. To address this, the Black Death Legion targeted military industrial owners, military personnel, and clan members, while Haruki Takeuchi focused on neutralizing politicians loyal to the former regime. Suki Toyoma, along with intelligence staff members, tragically opted for seppuku upon learning of Haruki's rise to power, choosing honor over submission to the new ruler.

In the midst of these events, the new emperor of Japan proposed negotiations with the Celestial Empire of China (CEC) and the United Allied Coalition (UAC), leading to the formation of a trio-alliance.

Xavier introduced himself to Alison Chao before she ordered Serpent Hand members to aim their guns at him. Reacting swiftly, he used his powers to disarm them without any physical movement. Alison Chao was astonished before Xavier calmly proceeded to request a meeting with her, expressing his desire to avoid conflict unless provoked further.

Reluctantly, Alison ordered her men to stand down, sensing something mysterious within Xavier. They moved to another room and sat down at a table for their meeting.

Xavier explained to Alison that he had reformed the SCP Foundation by eliminating those who opposed his offer and promoting those who accepted it to leadership positions. He understood her grievances against the SCP Foundation and presented her with a gift. With a snap of his fingers, the frozen O5 Council members are the same ones who had opposed his offer in time. Xavier, Caelus, and their subordinate deities gathered the missing pieces of Mekhane from around the world and performed an omniversal godlike ritual. After meditating for hours, Mekhane, the God of Intelligence, Logic, and Technology, was revived.

While this act risked the release of Yaldabaoth, Xavier, Caelus, and their allies, wielding omnipotence, successfully defeated her. Caelus sealed her within a tiny glass-like dimensional cube and cast her into the Forever Nothingness dimension, ensuring her eternal imprisonment.

As the tide turned against them, a larger armada fleet from Salvatia, led by Xavier Salvador, arrived to rescue the GDI fleets and repel the enemy with superior navy arsenals, space fighters, and mecha fighters.

Next, Xavier visited Futuretech and approached their spokesperson, Kelly Weaver, surprising her in her office. Initially angered by these injustices, he contemplates wiping out both humans and Grimms for their hateful sins. However, he ultimately calms himself, refusing to let his emotions control him.

Having extensively researched the universe in the Grand Library, Xavier holds a deep personal hatred for the Brother Gods. He despises them for leaving their former world, Ever After, and creating life solely for their own experimental purposes. His primary goal is to eliminate the Brother Gods and Salem viewing as a future threat. However, he allows the main timeline to persist until he finds the opportune moment to change it according to his own vision. They also begin worshiping Caelus as their new religion, as Xavier has revealed the truth about the Brother Gods, causing them to view Remnant as an experiment. Xavier Salvador, along with his fleet, decides to enter the Fallout universe, believing the time is right to help the wastelanders achieve a better life.

A new reformist Enclave faction, led by General J.G. Jamison, emerges to confront a civil war against Enclave splinter factions, notably the Richardson Elites. Xavier Salvador decides to intervene in the universe where he landed in his birthplace-the Philippines. This timeline takes place when the Spanish still rule the Philippines as a colony, and it is during this period that the Spaniards executed three Catholic priests via garroting.

Using his powers to become invisible, Xavier flies around the area to find a potential individual worthy of his plans to reshape this reality. He finds a young man named Bartolome Renato Alcaraz, a common farm boy with a secret, passionate ambition to free the Philippines from Spanish colonial oppressors and establish a nation for his people.

Xavier Salvador meets Renato Alcaraz, who is shocked by Xavier's sudden appearance. Xavier introduces himself and expresses his desire to help Alcaraz realize his ambitions. He reveals that he is also Filipino, which surprises the young farm boy. Knowing Alcaraz's desires by reading his mind, Xavier grants his wish by placing his hands on Alcaraz's head, imparting knowledge that elevates his intelligence far beyond the primitive level.

Afterward, Xavier Salvador gives Renato Alcaraz a gift-alien technology obtained from a Sci-Fi universe, primarily the Rebel Moon universe. This technology allows Renato to develop his own rebel army to overthrow the Spanish colonial government and Filipino collaborators seen as traitors. Grateful for these gifts, Renato thanks Xavier and begins to turn his ambition into reality.

Over the years, Renato Alcaraz becomes increasingly intelligent by studying the book given to him by Xavier. This newfound intelligence enables him to persuade the Filipino people to join his cause to liberate their land and establish their own country. Initially, many are skeptical, but when Renato reveals the alien technology, including advanced military weapons, vehicles, and aircraft, their perspectives change, and they decide to join him. He also gathers his close friends to form part of his inner circle, granting them enhanced intelligence through chair-like devices called Cognitron Interfaces, which he creates with Xavier's help.

Xavier brings in Salvatian military drill instructors to train the civilians in using alien military weapons (Slag Weaponry), vehicles, and aircraft. While it will take some time for the civilians to fully understand these technologies, within a week, month, or year, they will become proficient in operating them.

The alien military vehicles are inspired by the design of WW2 German Half-Truck, 21st-Century USA IFV, WW2 German Panzer III Tank, Command Jeep, APC, Slag Self-Propelled Anti-Aircraft Gun vehicle, & 21st-Century USA Main Battle Tank will be considered as anti-gravity vehicles. Other vehicles designs that use wheels and tank wheels are Artillery tanks, Panzerspähwagen Sd.Kfz.222, German AVV (Wolfenstein: New Order), WW2 German Half-Truck, 21st-Century MLRS, Troop transport truck, and 21st-Century humvees with different variants like ambulance and missile turret.

The alien military is inspired by the design of 21st-Century USA jet fighters, bomber fighters, and heavy bombers. Other designs are dropships, cargo transports, and an alien combat saucer that shoots laser weaponry.

During the early Human-Covenant war, Xavier Salvador decides to intervene in the universe to make some changes according to his vision. He spots a large fleet of Covenant ships drifting in space, searching for Forerunner shield worlds. The fleet includes colony ships intended to establish settlements and find Forerunner artifacts to benefit their campaign. This fleet is composed of Sangheilis, Unggoys, Kig-Yars, T'vaoans, Mgalekgolos, Huragoks, and Jiralhanaes.

However, things change when Xavier Salvador intervenes. He enters a Covenant capital ship and uses his powers to suppress every Covenant member in the bridge room, ceasing their hostility towards him. To prove his point, he casts a vision (Precognition) to Xal'Vuram and everyone else in the fleet, showing them what would happen if Xavier hadn't intervened.

Upon witnessing the vision, Xal'Vuram and the rest of his members feel betrayed, lied to, and deceived by the prophets. They let out an outraged roar, realizing they have been fighting the humans based on lies. They cannot believe that their entire religion was a fabrication by the high prophets, and they are devastated by this revelation.

In anguish, Xal'Vuram asks Xavier Salvador what they should do to redeem themselves. Xavier responds by opening a portal with coordinates to a Forerunner shield world he has found in this universe. He leads Xal'Vuram's fleet through the portal, and they arrive at a Forerunner shield world called Endora.

They land on the shield world and meet a Forerunner monitor called 0917 Singularity Regent, who welcomes them after Xavier convinces him. Xavier reveals to Xal'Vuram how he can redeem himself: by establishing his own nation on the Forerunner shield world. Xavier explains that he wants them to understand the existence of the Omniverse, as Forerunners were also interested in exploring alternate realities before the Flood threat redirected their research efforts towards military purposes. Using his omnipotent technomancy, Xavier completes the Forerunner project called the Lightwarp Core, enabling structures and navy ships to travel to different universes, similar to the Slipstream space effect for intergalactic travel.

Though finding it difficult to grasp this new purpose, Xal'Vuram accepts it unquestionably. After consulting with other shipmasters, Xal'Vuram addresses every race, urging them to renounce the lies of the Covenant religion while acknowledging the Forerunners' creations as tools and weapons. His charismatic speech rallies support for the idea of creating a nation on the Forerunner shield world as redemption for their past actions. With widespread support, they establish the Galactic Sovereignty of Endora, with a monarchy system of government. Xal'Vuram declares himself Sovereign King, establishing his own royal family to rule the nation in the future.

Throughout the years of the Human-Covenant War, they combine Covenant and Forerunner technology to advance their civilization. They expand settlements across the Endora world, separating them by species. Using Forerunner constructors, they build villages, towns, and cities in various regions, expanding their living spaces. Members of each species with intellectual prowess and meritocratic status become nobles within a hierarchical system.

For the Lekgolo species, a new permutation emerges: Anthrogolo. Anthrogolo are human-like beings derived from Lekgolo, possessing greater intelligence and communication abilities than Mgalekgolo. They inhabit artificial cybernetic bodies combining Forerunner and Covenant styles, which Lekgolo worms can absorb to form a new body. Anthrogolo serve various roles as civilians, workers, and soldiers. In the military, they wield weapons with their hands, boasting less armor but greater speed and agility on the frontline. They can also wear combat harness suits for added protection, equipped with personal energy shields.

Regarding religion, they abandon the false Covenant faith in favor of the Omni'Sotiría Faith, worshipping a genuine deity recognized as the supreme being of the Omniverse. They develop a profound understanding of parallel universes and their ability to traverse them. Many species encounter Caelus in person, leading them to worship him and pledge their loyalty to him.

When a fleet consisting of four human colony ships escorted by three Stalwart-class light frigates, two Charon-class light frigates, one Poseidon-class light carrier, and two Lancer-class fast-attack corvettes, is discovered to be an Insurrectionist rebel cell escaping from a Covenant assault on their outer colony world towards unknown territory in another galaxy, they find themselves pursued by a Covenant fleet comprising three Zanar-pattern light cruisers and two Sinaris-pattern heavy destroyers. When the GSE navy fleet intercepts them, the humans fear destruction from both sides, but instead, the GSE forces open fire on the Covenant pursuers using advanced naval arsenals.

Upon their arrival at the GSE homeworld, the leader of the Insurrectionist rebel cell meets with Sovereign King Xal'Vuram, who enlightens him about the truth and persuades him to sever ties with the Covenant. Following extensive discussions, the Insurrectionist leader and his faction pledge their loyalty to Sovereign King Xal'Vuram, becoming new citizens of the Galactic Sovereignty of Endora. Despite initial animosity between humans and Covenant species, cultural exchange and mutual understanding lead to decreased tension and coexistence. This allows humans to attain noble status, and the former Insurrectionist leader becomes a member of the advisory council.

Although the humans retain their former UNSC military vehicles and aircraft, they are re-engineered with mixed Forerunner and Covenant designs for enhanced firepower. Human-made firearms are modified to replace ballistic projectile weaponry with energy projectile weaponry. Additionally, humans join the military ranks of the alien monarch nation, fulfilling their roles in defense.

During the Great Scheme, surviving Sangheili, Unggoy, Mgalekgolo, Kig-Yar, Huragok, and human prisoners escape prison in a coordinated effort with GSE Spec-Ops to lead them escaping the High Charity in civil war. After regrouping, they bring the survivors to Endora to begin new lives in the Forerunner shield world.

With Xavier Salvador's departure from the universe, the Galactic Sovereignty of Endora preserves its peace and prosperity, opting to remain hidden to avoid potential threats from ONI or Covenant warlord factions. Despite their secrecy, they continue to uphold peace in their domain.

Following their landing, a separatist leader delivers a stirring speech, advocating for the establishment of a new nation independent of Earth's authoritarian galactic rule, one that upholds democracy, the very cause they fought for. With Xavier's assistance, they begin constructing settlements across the planet, heralding the birth of their new nation, the United Republic of Exilion.

Over the years, the United Republic of Exilion has evolved into a futuristic, technologically advanced state, cherishing values of liberty, individual freedom, and embracing techno-progressive ideals to drive advancements for both civilians and the military. Aware of the possibility of UED retaliation, they establish a robust military force, equipped with gauss, energy, and plasma weaponry to effectively combat any potential threats.

A former separatist leader assumes the presidency, advocating for progressive policies inspired by Xavier Salvador's vision, aimed at expanding Exilion's influence across the sector. The Exilion National Assembly serves as the legislative body, representing the republic's values and interests.

Initiating colonization efforts on habitable planets, they stumble upon abandoned Xel'naga temples containing ancient technologies and weapons. Collaborating with Xavier Salvador, they delve into research to harness these resources for advancements in military arsenals.

Despite the absence of UED aggression, the United Republic of Exilion continues to thrive, remaining vigilant against potential alien threats. With confidence in their advanced military technology, they stand ready to defend their republic, prepared to make any sacrifice necessary. With a proud smile, Xavier Salvador bids farewell to the URE, leaving the universe knowing they are capable of defending themselves.
