it was another summer at saltburn for alexandra. she was laying on her back while tanning out in the hot sun. it was the first day of her summer, she wanted to start it off the right way. everyone else was outside as well. felix was sitting beside her, practically laying close to her exposed body. their arms touched each others as they both continued tanning.

"alexandra my dear, did you bring some white dresses like i asked you too?" she heard elsbeth ask making her quickly lean up to face her. she pulled her glasses down to her nose so she could look clearly at elsbeth. she gave her a faint nod, "yes ma'am. i brought a few."

she smiled at alex, "wonderful. ugh goodness tomorrow is going to be a busy day." she announced as alexandra laid back down putting her glasses back on correctly.

"what's going on tomorrow?" oliver asked out of the loop, elsbeth slapped the magazine down looking at oliver, "oh my goodness. i forgot to tell you. there will be a big proper wedding here tomorrow."

oliver began to fiddle with his fingers, "i don't have anything to wear..." he said nervously

"my stylist will cover for you ollie!" alexandra yelled making farleigh give her a huge frown. "i don't want to intrude." he said quietly

"you won't be intruding!!" alexandra assured him making sure to give him a wink making him blush. felix payed no nevermind as his kept his eyes onto her upper body. "i hope you guys don't mind the seating arrangements." sir james said aloud

"where will we be sitting?" venetia asked while smoking her cigarette peacefully

"alexandra, you'll be sitting in between oliver and grant." elsbeth stated making felix sit up, "wait he's coming?" felix asked sounding dissatisfied, farleigh and venetia exchanged looks before snickering

"don't you remember? it's his cousin valerie who is getting married, the entire armani family will be here tomorrow!" elsbeth reminded her son making him groan aloud

"why do they have to have it here?" felix asked rudely making alexandra quickly slap the back of his head, elsbeth spoke up, "thank you for that darling."

"alex!!" someone yelled making them all turn their heads to see someone walking with duncan. alexandra screamed happily startling felix. she immediately got up and ran over to law jumping into his arms happily. he hugged her tightly. alexandra has multiple new stylists some who are just getting started within the fashion industry, law happens to be new to all this.

he got his start with alexandra when she and donatella were out in chicago a few months ago in his new boutique. he tried staying calm and being as professional as possible but it was so clear he was melting on the inside. they both immediately were impressed with the insane archive pulls that were in his store. they all got to talking and him and alexandra hit it off immediately. a few weeks later, she interviewed him then hired him to be one of her stylists

his name has been getting a ton of buzz in fashion magazines plus kanye west has hired him as his stylist as well. law still couldn't believe they were giving him such a huge and amazing opportunity such as this. farleigh eyed him up and down as him and alex walked hand in hand. "oh darling is this him?" elsbeth asked sitting up from the chair

"yes ma'am!!" law reached his hand out to elsbeth, "hi it is nice to meet you, you have always been a huge inspiration to me within the fashion world." law complimented her making elsbeth grip onto his hand and look over at alex, "i like him!" alexandra then introduced him to everyone else

she wrapped her arm around his waist, "did you bring any suits by chance? oliver needs something to wear for the wedding tomorrow." she whispered in his ear. he looked over at him watching as he played with the grass

"absolutely. we could get him into something nice." alexandra smiled then went over to him grabbed his hand causing him to look up at her with soft eyes, "c'mon." she took him inside the house with law walking in behind them

after a few hours, they found the perfect tuxedo for oliver. alex and law hugged each other tightly, "thank you again law." she said rubbing his back. "no thank you." he said exhaling as they broke away

"well let me get over here to style grant." law said making alexandra smile, "your styling him too?!" law quickly nodded his head throwing his purse over his shoulder

"yes because somebody recommended me." he said playfully elbowing her making alex let out a chuckle. "i can't wait to see what he wears tomorrow, you're coming to the wedding right?"

law sighed, "no, i have to get back to chicago tomorrow." he said making alex give him puppy eyes. "but i will be back next week so we can style you for your birthday!!" he assured her making her feel a little bit better

"okay, well i'll see you soon. text me when you make it over there!! c'mon i'll walk you out." alex said as they left her room. oliver began walking around her room looking and admiring it.

her room here at saltburn was always so clean and decorative. elsbeth and sir james let her decorate it any way she wanted too. they meant what they said when they told her this is practically her room and home away from home. he noticed how she had different kinds of posters surrounded the gold trimmed floral walls. some of the posters consisted of bands such as swervedriver, deftones, dogstar, the beatles and many more amazing artists.

he found himself looking at her vanity that had a picture of her as a baby pinned into it.

he caught himself smiling look at the picture that portrayed innocence. still at the ripe age of seventeen she still was an innocent young girl. he wanted her to stay that way especially with being around a horndog such as felix for the entire summer

he scanned his finger across the photo, "sneaking around my stuff?" he heard her say, he turned to face her. "i was-"

"i'm messing with you, are you happy with your outfit? you seemed shy around law." she brought up carefully as she went to stand beside him

"i'm happy with what i chose." he said quietly looking down at his shoes. alexandra made sure to go under him looking him in the eyes earning a laugh, "are you sure? if you aren't you're more than welcome to change your mind."

"you've done more than enough for me, trust me i'm happy." oliver assured giving her a smile. they ended up standing in silence for a little while but it wasn't awkward. it was quite comforting

"what would you say you were like as a child?" oliver asked making alexandra look at him. she quickly sighed, "i was pretty energetic growing up. couldn't stay still and then i eventually got diagnosed with adhd a little bit before my father passed." she explained, oliver stayed quiet

"i think i was a good kid growing up. i definitely was spoiled but my dad instilled in me that having manners is everything and being humble plus polite no matter what background you come from." she sighed looking up at the ceiling

"your dad sounds like he was a great person."

"he was. he was my everything, God i miss him so much." she admitted biting the inside of her cheek. she quickly changed the subject because she knew if she discussed her father any further that she would cry. "how were you as a child?"

oliver shrugged, "i was quiet. didn't have any friends. you and felix are the only friends i've ever had." he admitted quickly feeling vulnerable. alexandra extended her hand out, he reached out for it as they both intertwined them together. electricity hit their bodies immediately. they both smiled at each other. "i'm honored to be your friend." alexandra said making oliver frown.

he quickly let her hand go, "did i say something wrong?" she asked but oliver continued to walk, "no i just need to go do something." he said before storming out of her room
