Sakura's POV

Today is the day..

The day where Charasuke Uchiha is going to be thrown back into the alternate world.

The world where he belongs.

"Sakura.." I snapped my head towards Sasuke's direction. He looked emotionless as usual, but I know he's concerned.

I just weakly smiled.

"Yes, Sasuke?"

He then squeezed my hand. "I love you.." after he said that, I looked down. I don't know why, but I feel like not ready to tell him that I love him too.

"Sakura, don't you--"

"SAKURA-CHAN! TEMMEEE!!"

We snapped our heads to see Naruto running towards us with a panicked look on his face. By the way, me and Sasuke are on our way to the Hokage's tower to attend the ritual.

And Naruto and some ANBUs were suppose to escort Charasuke there but,

"TEME NUMBER TWO RAN AWAY!!"

What?!

I looked at the raven beside me with worried eyes. And I guess he got the message. "I'll go after him." he volunteered and released my hand he was firmly holding.

"Idiot, where did he go?"

"Hey! Teme!! I'm no.. Ugh. Nevermind! The ANBU last saw him heading to the forest of death." Naruto informed.

"Hn. Sakura, go tell the Hokage about this."

"No! I'll come too--"

"It's too dangerous. I can't afford to risk you. My AU self is under resistance, and we all know what he is capable to do. Just tell Tsunade and please don't do anything reckless.."

But as Naruto and Sasuke were about to run after him, I called my childhood crush. "Sasuke.."

He turned to me as I quickly pecked his lips.

"Take care."

"Hn." He nodded.

"WHAT THE HELL?!"

"S-Shishou.. Calm do--"

"Calm down?! Sakura, if those two aren't able to get Charasuke back, then it's goodbye sake-- er... I mean Konoha for us!! Two worlds are in deep danger if we can't do the ritual before midnight!" The blonde Hokage stated with massaging her temples.

I sighed.

But Charasuke told me that.. he respects my decision and its completely okay with him. I know its hard for his side, but...

Ugh. I don't know anymore.

What has gotten into him?

I looked at the clock,

5:34 pm.

And still no Naruto, ANBU, or Sasuke.. meaning that they're still probably looking for the missing AU person.

"S-Sakura-chan.."

I turned my head towards the voice and smiled. We were now sitting at the Ramen shop, waiting for some kind of news of what happened.

"Yes, Hinata-chan?"

She had worried eyes as she spoke, "D-Don't worry... I'm s-sure Naruto-kun and Sasuke-san w-would get C-Charasuke-san back.."

I bit my lip.

I hope so..

Time check: 8:29 pm

"HARUNO-SAN!"

I turned around and was surprised to see an ANBU at door of my office. And yes, I took duty this evening after we ate at the Ramen Shop.

"What is it?"

"NARUTO IS BLEEDING, COME QUICK!!"

"WHAT?!"

And so I rushed towards the emergency room and saw Naruto with ripped clothes, a beated body and a cut on his stomach with matching fresh blood.

"Naruto! W-What happened?! Where's Sasuke?!"

I asked and ran to his side to treat his injury. It was a good thing the Kyuubi's chakra was rapidly helping him recover.

And yes, he is still conscious.

"S-Sakura-chan... in the forest of Death, we s-saw Teme no.2 and fought him. T-Teme no.1, h-he..."

"What is it Naruto?! What happened to Sasuke??"

"He is still b-battling his Alternate.."
