Gaara was announced as the new Kazekage of the village Hidden in the Sand. Naruto was really happy for him and everyone else as stated in the scroll Tsunade-sama sent us.

Since he is the newly appointed Kazekage,he have a lot of work to settle where his father stopped at. He usually picks me up from work,but I'll be walking alone for now.

Since Sai and I noticed the presence,we were always on guard. Sai insisted on informing Gaara,but I refused because it would worry him.

I sighed as I packed my things to leave. When I walked out of the hospital,I was greeted by a cool breeze. My hair was let down which reaches my upper thigh. It blew gracefully behind my back.

I took in the fresh air of sand and started to walk to my inn where I'm staying. After a few moments,I could feel the presence behind me. I decided to walk into a dark alley to face whoever it was.

The moment I turned into the alley,I turned my heels and faced him. The last person I would thought to meet.

"S-Sasuke??"

It has been so long since I last saw him. How long? More than 2 years.

I took a step back and looked at him angrily. "What are you doing here? Why are you spying of me?"

He smirked at me,then I remembered. I narrowed my eyes at him.

"Did Orochimaru send you here?" I demanded.

"He is dead." He said simply.

"H-He.. He is.. He is WHAT?!?" I gasped in shock. How can he be dead??

"I killed him." He said boredly.

He killed him?? What?? Why??

"Why would you kill your own master??" I growled.

"He wanted me as a vessel. It's either him or me."

"Then why are you here?" I looked at him intently.

"I have two goals. One,to kill Itachi. Two,to restore my clan" He smirked and activated his Sharingan.

"And what do I have to do with any of it?"

"I need someone strong to restore my clan,and that is you"

"Pathetic. Why would I? I'm in a relationship now. What makes you think I will help you restore your clan?" I snarled.

"I'll force you" He said and put on a genjutsu on me,but he failed. I quickly released it. "Not bad" He smirked.

He charged at me. I jumped and tried to kick him from above. He appeared behind me and I turned with a kick. He caught my leg. I punched him and he caught my fist with his other hand. I kicked him with my other leg. He quickly released my leg and my fist. He did a back flip and landed on the ground.

Sai stepped out of the shadow and stood in front of me protectively.

"Oh? Who is this?" Sasuke asked.

"Sai,your replacement in Team 7" I answered emotionlessly.

Sasuke smirked and charged at him with his katana. Sai took out his sword as well. Both of them fought each other with great speed. Sasuke became much stronger.. To be able to kill Orochimaru,especially.

I took out Kubikiribocho and charged at Sasuke. Hell no I'm letting Sai fight alone. As I was too busy fighting with Sasuke,I didn't notice his new teammates. I was contaminated by my emotions.

Before I could react,a huge guy with orange hair caught me and I became unconscious after I felt an impact behind my neck.

Sai was distracted by trying to rescue me. Sasuke took the chance and hit Sai unconscious.

Sai's POV

When I woke up,I was confused to find myself on the ground. Then I remembered. It was still dark,so they couldn't be too far away. I immediately got up and rushed to find Gaara.

I appeared in front of Gaara's house and knocked on his door.

"KAZEKAGE-SAMA! SAKURA WAS KIDNAPPED!" I yelled.

In a few seconds,Gaara appeared behind me with a stern look on his face.

"Who caught her and when?" He demanded.

"Sasuke. Not too long ago. He caught her to restore his clan" I explained. "I have sent a letter to Konoha and I'll look for her with you"

He nodded. Although his expression is calm his eyes showed the lust for blood. A certain ravenette's blood. "Temari will look after the village. Lets go"

I nodded and immediately showed him where she was kidnapped. We followed the chakra traces out of the village and into the woods.
