Kana didn't even know what to do there

She just stared at their faces

She just came here to find out what happened. Why were her babies all so destressed. She couldn't even imagine in her wildest dreams that this type of conversation would occure

There was a time, a time when she would actually cry in happiness hearing this confirmation

There was a time when she begged the higher heavens, to just make them love her. To care for her or at least tell her they loved her

There was a time when she waited years for this confirmation from them

But now that they admitted they love her, she didn't know how to feel

She was just so used to the idea of them hating her, now hearing them say they love her is kinda foreign sounding to her

She, of course, is sceptical about their words. To be honest, she didn't believe a single word that came out of their mouths. They lied to her so much, there wasn't even an ounce of trust left in her heart for them

She just mutely stared at them

It looked like they were telling her the truth. She could see how Gojo was trying to hide his eyes behind his sunglasses while Geto was openly shedding tears

But it all just didn't add up

Nothing was making sense now

Just then her phone rang loudly. When her eyes met with the screen, she sighed

It was a picture of her, Saki Toji and Megumi in a picture they took when they first came in the clan house

She thought about the days... The days she spent with the guys In front of her with and her Toji-san and Sukuna-sama

It cleared up a lot of things

With Sukuna and Toji, she could be herself, honest and carefree. They didn't make her feel bad about anything in life

Like when she eats a significantly larger amount of meals with them, they never judge her. They always are with her. Watching her, listening patiently to what she has to say

She could blabber for hours and they would hear her out without making a face... They treated her and her daughter so well. They never made her feel lesser than them

On the other hand, her senpai... They never treated her right

They barely treated her like a human

Her train of thoughts hulted when her phone rang again

She watched how the men in front of her glared at the picture on the contact

She sighed and picked up the call

"Yes, Toji-san"

She heard him sigh

"Where are you, doll? I've been calling you for so long -

"I'm sorry dear... I'm still at the vet. Mika needs a few tests done. After I'm done, Sukuna-sama will get me. But
Don't be worried for me"

"How can I not? I love you"

A soft smile came to her lips

"I love you too. But please try to understand, I'm not always available to take Mika to the vets"

The three men could only stare at her. Some in disbelief and some in anger. After everything they said to her, how could she behave like this. Telling that man she loves him just after they just told her they love her

It was so disrespectful

"Yeah, okay bye. Yeah tell Saki to do that... And Yuji to eat his lunch, he forgets. And you too... Yeah (giggle) bye"

Putting the phone down, she looked up at the three men who were looking at her expectingly

She sighed

"Okay, senpai, it all wraps up then. I'll talk with the kids and make sure they talk to you"

She said, putting her things back in her bag

"Kana..."

She paused and looked up. Her pale green eyes clashed with a warm pair of brown cat like eyes and she thought to herself how could this man still have this effect on her

"Did... Everything we said, did it not make any difference?"

She stared at them for a moment, their eyes held so much hope, which left her confused because what did they actually want her to do

She smiled back at him

"It did... I found my closure that I think I deserved. And thank you three for this.. "

Again with a smile, she grabbed her cat, calling her window to come and get the cat

"Sakura?"

She sighed again, looking back at Gojo

"What is it, senpai?"

"Would... Can you give me another chance? One last chance to prove that I truly love you?"

He said, his voice cracked a few times

This is what she was afraid of. This is why she wanted to leave as fast as she could. Now she was regretting ever coming here

"Should've listened to kiyo-kun and not come here... Lord help me"

She looked down and murmured out

"Why are you asking me these now, senpai... You're not making any sense"

She whispered, looking anywhere but them

Nanami took a deep breath

"Please Sakura... We know we are jerks. But this once... If you saw us. How we were when we thought we'd lose you"

He said as the three of them remembered that faithful day

2006

The first and second year boys of Tokyo jujutsu high school were coming from a mission

The two second year old were talking, laughing and having the time of their lives while the two first years barely talked

"What are you gonna do back in the dorms, Suguru? Why in such a hurry?"

The Gojo clan heir, Gojo Satoru asked his best friend, Geto Suguru

"Nothing. Just thought Sakura would like it if I leave early -

The others stared at him in a weird way

"After all, She's my girlfriend"

Geto said, making the others look at him

Gojo and his kohai, Nanami Kento, were looking at him with envy wheres the other first year, Haibara Yuu, just stared at him in a weird way

"Yeah, yeah, you won the bet. You don't need to rub it on our face"

Nanami spat out, making his Best friend, Haibara, give him a nasty glare

"But I did win-

Geto started, only for Haibara to cut him off

"Senpai... Maybe your forgetting but you already broke her heart and left her crying three days ago. You broke up with her in the worst way possible. Now what bet are you talking about?"

Haibara's words made them momentarily freeze, remembering a pair of pale green eyes shimmer with tears, how her mascara ran down her cheeks with her tears

They gulped down the lump in their throat

"Oh yeah... The bet is over... We forgot"

Gojo whispered under his breath

Haibara just threw them a disgusted look

"So... What! Suguru, it means we are free! Let's go watch a movie or something. Oi Haibara, Nanami, wanna join?"

Both of the first years declined

"I would rather die than talk to a heartless monster like you, senpai "

Haibara spat, glaring at the three before walking off

But before he could walk off, the only female second year student, Shoko lieri rushed towards them

"Oi Suguru! Satoru! "

They looked back with a grin

"What's going on, sh-

Geto started but before he could finish his sentence, Shoko came and slapped him square on the face

Leaving everyone stunned

Even Geto was in a state of shock as he touched the cheek she slapped

"You fucking sons of bitches! Do you know what you did!?"

She hissed at them

"Oi Shoko, what's wrong -

"Don't you dare touch me, you fucking bastard!"

She now hissed at her other teammate, Gojo

"What the hell is up with you Shoko? We just want to go back to the school. Why are you suddenly acting like a bitch!"

Geto asked, making shoko snort

"You wanna go back to school? Go, be my guest. Sensei and the principal along with the demon slayer elders are already waiting to get you off"

Her words left them alerted

"What are you saying, senpai. Say it clearly "

Nanami asked, making Shoko take a deep breath

"You fucking fuckers, Sakura committed suicide yesterday -

The phone in Geto's hand fell on the ground

"She tried to kill herself. She's still in the hospital. If we were only a few minutes more late, she would have passed away"

Her words hit them like tons of bricks

They felt like all the air was knocked out from their lungs. Their pupils shook as both Haibara and Shoko went off on them, ripping them a new one

All they could think was how painfully their hearts tugged. They almost felt suffocated, like they lost the most precious thing in their lives

"Which hospital?"

Nanami asked in between their harsh words

Shoko went quiet for a moment, looking at them confused

Why did they look so miserable all of a sudden?

"H-huh?"

Haibara asked

"Please... Where is she? Which hospital is she at right now?"

Gojo asked, taking off his glasses. They could see the river of tears from those glowing six eyes

"Do I look like a fucking stupid hoe to you three. That girl tried to end herself because of you. You think I will-

She couldn't finish her sentence as Geto got down on his knees. Grabbing her hands and he loudly sobbed

"Please... Please Shoko... I won't ever ask anything from you... Just tell me where she is? I promise I'll make sure to beg for her forgiveness... Please... Just please "

He begged

Shoko and Haibara shared a look before looking back at the three crying teens

Shoko couldn't say no to them anymore and told them where Kana was

They rushed out as soon as they learned the name of the hospital. On the way, they brought her favourite flowers and chocolate. Gojo brought a big teddy bear for her

All the way to the hospital, they could only think about her. Her bright smile, bubbly personality and how she always took care of them

All the happy memories came rushing to them

And they finally realized how much they loved her. They finally came to terms with it

They didn't talk with each other at all in the way but they came to the hospital

From the receptionist, they learned about her room before rushing there

The first person they saw was Mei Mei. Who was standing there and talking with one of the nurses

"Mei-san?"

The girl looked back and smiled

"Oh... You three, came to see your crush?"

They just gave her a smile

Mei Mei noticed their swollen red eyes, it didn't take you to be a genius to know they cried for a very long time

"Wait here. I'll go see if she's awake or not"

The three of them nodded

Mei Mei went in the room. It was quiet for a moment before they heard her frantic scream

"NO! NO PLEASE! DON'T! WHY ARE THEY HERE!? TELL THEM TO GO AWAY! PLEASE, I BEG OF YOU. DON'T BRING THEM HERE!"

their eyes widened as the doctors rushed in the room. The kakushis following suit.

After about 25 minutes, all the doctors left and two of the kakushis left. But not before giving the three of them nasty glares

After 15 minutes later, Mei Mei and Utahime came out of the room

Mei gave them a disgusted look before looking down and Utahime came and slapped Nanami on his right cheek. With all the strength her body could master

"A person's emotions are a joke to you huh?"

She asked, her eyes held this hate they never knew she was capable of holding

She then punched Geto square on the jaw, the kakushi stood there, Mei stood there but no one even tried to stop her

One of Them just said

"Serves them right. Disgusting pieces of shit. Who knows what kinda whore raised them to become such monsters"

A kakushi said, looking right into Gojo's eyes

Utahime then laughed

"What are these! Now you came to show off? After pushing that girl to take such a step? Shame on you! Shame on you!"

She said, pointing at the flowers and gifts

She ripped the flowers from their hands and stomped on them and threw away the chocolates. Burning the teddy bear

They tried to stop her. They begged her to stop. Saying they were there to apologize

"Apologize? Are you fucking shitting with me? The poor girl just had a panic attack just hearing your names. She committed suicide for you.. you brought her in that position -

"We know. We know Utahime... Just... Just let us meet her once"

"The doctors said not to. Or she might try to kill herself again. So get out. You've already done enough "

Before they could even say anything else, she called security and kicked them out

They went empty handed with their as broken heart

"I'm sorry senpai but I think you should leave now-

She started but Geto cut her off

"We won't ask for anything else. Just one chance -

"Stop saying that... Why are you saying that now. It's been over a decade now"

"I said stop saying that! -

"So this is what you've been up to?"

Her eyes widened as she quickly looked back and gulped as her eyes met a pair of deep red eyes that stared at her possessively
