Gojo, Geto, Nanami and Haibara were in their break when Haibara pointed out

"Has anyone seen Toji-san and Sukuna? And where are the kids"

Just as he asked that, Inumaki walked passed them

"Inumaki-kun? Have you seen the other students? I haven't seen them in all day. Are they on a mission that we didn't know of?"

Geto asked

Normally, he would cutely reply with his own onigiri language, but this time he looked away as soon as his eyes met with Geto's

Maki had actually told everything to him and panda. They were disturbed to say the least

He didn't want to talk to them. Not in any shape or form. So he didn't say anything just quickly scattered away as fast as he could

The teachers were taken aback by the reaction. They looked at each other with questioning gaze

"What just happened?"

Gojo asked, confused

The others just shrugged

Just then, Yuji walked back to Jujutsu high school

"Yo Yuji-kun? Where have y'all been? Did you forget your poor sensei?"

Gojo said teasingly as he approached the young boy

Because as we all know, Yuji is his favorite student apart from Megumi

But to their utter shock, Yuji just walked past him without saying anything

This made everyone baffled

They looked a little more at the young boy. Then they understood something was not right. He didn't have his usual bright smile on his face

On the contrary, he looked like he didn't have any emotions at all. His eyes were swollen and red from crying.

He looked horrible and it really got them worried

"Hey Itadori-kun, is everything okay?"

Geto asked back and he was ignored again

He walked towards his locker, opening it without a word. Took out his car keys and started to walk away

As he was making his way towards his car Gojo stopped him by grabbing his shoulder

"Yuji, you alright buddy? You do look so good. Did something -

His voice died down and under his blindfold, his eyes widened

The glare Yuji directed towards him had such hate that it took him some time to actually believe this boy standing before him was actually his student

Yuji truly pored everything, all his dislikes, hate and disappointment in that one glare

He didn't want to talk now. He knows he'll go berserk on them and might even do something he'll regret later, something that will disappoint Kana. So he cramped his mouth shut and shrugged off his hand

"Don't ever....talk to me."

He said, his voice cold and unwelcoming

And he walked away from them and drove off in his car

Gojo still stood there like a statue, astonished. He didn't know how to react or feel. In all his life, he wouldn't have expected in his wildest dreams that Yuji would talk to him like that

Yuji made his way towards the Kanroji clan main house, where Kana and Saki were already waiting for him. As soon as he walked in all the kakushi and maids bowed Infront of him

He didn't respond like he'd usually do. He didn't shy away. Just gave them a forced smile

But as soon as he entered the living room, his nostrils were hit with this delicious aroma of his favorite udon

"Saki's nii-chan is here! Mama, Yuji-nii is back"

He heard his little cousin cheer and soon wrap her little arms around his torso. His eyes softened. He smiled for the first time in all Day

Picking her up, he was kissed on the cheek by her. She proceeded to tell him about all the adventures she had all day but stopped when he noticed his puffy eyes

"Oh kami-sama! Are you okay, nii-chan? Did you cry?"

She asked in a panic

Just then, Kana walked in the room with two of the kakushis

Her eyes immediately lit up with happiness seeing him, but noticing his face, her smile faltered

"Baby love?"

He looked at her, forcing a smile which didn't reach his eyes

Kana quickly told the kakushis to go and get dinner ready while she quickly came to Yuji

"Please sit down baby..."

He didn't argue. He was just so tired he didn't have it for him to pretend he was okay. He sat down and Saki sat on his lap

Both mother and daughter shared a look with each other, confirming they both see this sudden change in Yuji's behavior

She sat in front of him and pulled his on her chest. He immediately melted in her embrace. His head was on her chest, right above his heart, his face hidden between her neck and breasts

"What happened to my baby love? Did someone say anything to you to hurt your feelings? You know you can tell me, right? I'll scold them for you"

She gently said, running her fingers through his rough pink hair soothingly. She only felt him tightening his hold around her

"I don't think I wanna talk about it"

Both Kana and Saki shared worried glances with each other

"It's okay, baby. No one will pressure you to tell anyone. But I just want you to remember love you. I'm always here, your friends and teachers are all here for you. Don't ever feel that you can't share your problems with me"

Above everything, Kana did notice how his breath hitched and his hold tightened around her when she mentioned about his teachers

She just shook the feeling off and let Yuji just stay in her embrace.

Slowly his eyes felt heavy. He felt safe after all this emotional struggles. In her hold, in his safe space, he just gave into her warmth and fell asleep

Kana didn't mind at all, she just stayed there, holding him close. It was scary for her to see him so lifeless. She's just so used to his Bright, cheerful side, it horrified her seeing him so sad

She waited till he woke up

Saki was in a similar state. But she tried to stay a bit more calm and tried to read his mind, to see what he was thinking

And she was surprised hearing him repeatedly apologizing to her Mommy

He didn't do anything, so why was he apologizing?

She thought to herself

She was just confused

After some time, Yuji woke up. She was still in his aunt's arms when he did

He wasn't really that surprised. His auntie won't ever let him be uncomfortable and would always put his comfort before hers

He heard her whispering and giggling with Saki, her fingers still shootingly stroking his head

"Yes, baby... I really like Toji-san and Sukuna-sama. They adore me too, you saw right?"

She whispered, making little Saki giggle

This kinda made him sigh in relief. At least she had better men in her life to love her now. Just thinking about what Mei Mei told had his blood boiling

But he decided to take care of that later and raise his head. They stopped their conversation and smiled at him

"You okay now baby? Do you feel lighter now?"

He just smiled and nodded, till Saki threw herself on him from behind. Making him laugh carefreely again

"Now this is more like my baby love! See how handsome you look when you smile?"

She said affectionately pinching his cheeks

His smile only widened and he said something he wanted tell her for so long

"I love you, auntie. You and Saki are my whole world"

Both mother and daughter were a bit taken aback by his sudden confession. But kana's eyes lit up, a beaming beautiful smile came to her lips as she cupped his cheeks and kissing his forehead

"I love you too. You two are everything I've left in this world. My everything and anything. I wake up everyday and thank kami-sama for you two, my little one!"

She exclaimed joyfully, her eyes shining with happy tears

"Saki loves Yuji-nii too! Yuji-nii's the best!"

She cheered, making everyone smile

Even the kakushi were happy to see such a warm loving moment between the family

"Gosh! It sure is late. Let's go back to bed!"

The Three got up and went to the kitchen

That night in all the laughter and joyful environment, Yuji couldn't help but think how lucky he is

And he'll do everything in his power to stay like this

The teachers were already distressed from Yuji and Inumaki's behavior when the other students showed up

Gojo being Gojo, thought it was a good idea to ask them what happened. But stopped when he looked at Nobara

She looked as bad as Yuji. Her eyes swollen red from crying, mascara running down her cheeks. Yuta and Megumi looked down and didn't raise their head even once, Maki was glaring at them

Toji just stood there with a look no one could explain. He had a emotionless facade but his eyes held this fire that it shook everyone to their core. He looked like he was mentally unstable and could pounce on them in no time

And it was ridiculous how much cursed energy was leaking from Sukuna as he glared at them

"Hey, are you all okay? What's going on?"

Geto carefully asked

"Kids, if there is something wrong, you know you can trust us right?"

Nanami gently said as he reached his hand to pat Yuta's shoulder

But to everyone's surprise, Megumi and Yuta just looked away and stood up, storming out the room, banging the door so hard it almost broke

A humorless chuckle left Nobara's lips

She looked up her teachers, the men she always thought she could trust with her heart, who she respected the most

Till today

Till they got to know about them

"You fucking sons of fucking whores!"

She spat with all the hate she had her mentally drained body could posses in words now

The others widened their eyes but she didn't stop

"Trust you, huh? I won't even fucking look at you to spit on your face, you fucking man whores! If it was on me, I would have killed you in the most painful way known to man.... You fucking assholes"

She was about to say more but Maki squeezed her shoulder, silently telling her to calm down

She gritted her teeth and clamped her mouth shut

To be honest, it took everything in Maki too not to lash out on them

"I really was glad I didn't kill you that day, brat"

Toji started, making the already speechless teachers look at him

"But now, I just feel you deserve to die in the worst way possible. In my life, I'll always have the regret not doing so"

He said, his voice cold and unwelcoming

Sukuna came and stood Infront of them

"If I wasn't comited to her... I would've killed you and feed you disgusting meat to pigs... You fucking bastards"

He said, his eyes glowing red

"Sukuna-sama, we're here to receive you in the order of young lady Kanroji"

One of the kakushis said who came to retrieve the king of curses with a shaky voice

He gritted his teeth and was about to say something more

"Sukuna-sama, please... She's waiting for you. She didn't even have dinner yet, waiting for you..."

He shut his mouth when a kakushi said that. Throwing Gojo, Geto and Nanami a warning look, he was about to walk away

"Sukuna!"

Nobara stopped him, making him look at her

"Can I come with you? If I stay here, I'll probably get myself killed because I will definitely try to poison this low life's"

She said, looking directly at the king of crurses eyes

They stared at each other for a bit before he gave her a curt nod

She looked back at her teachers for the last time and showed them a middle finger

"Fuck you! And hope you bitches die in the worse way possible, you fucking morons!"

She said before storming off to the car

"You know Satoru, Suguru? I really respected you... But today, I have nothing but disgust left for you"

Maki said lastly before storming off to her room as well, Toji following her suit

Sukuna gave them a small smirk, a silent promise to destroy them before going with the kakushi

The others stood there. It was so quiet that you could hear a pin drop

Haibara sat down, feeling too overwhelmed

"What the hell just happened.... What did we do?"

Gojo asked to himself, looking at his best friend who had the same look of horrification on his face
