Kana went straight to work as soon as she joined. She took her job very seriously and started to ask the students about their likes and dislikes, preferences and how they would like to train

The students also took a liking to almost immediately. She was so kind to them, attentive and sweet. Her show of care for them warmed their hearts

The girls, Nobara and Maki, were the most amazed by her

With all the conversation they had with their new teacher left them in awe. The way she always smiled warmly, the way she carried herself and the way she treated people around her made them respect Kana even more

But there was one thing that got them curious

"Nobara-chan, cute Maki-chan, you can tell me if you want anything modified. I'll be happy to do that for you"

She was talking about the training she made for them

She even offered to take Maki to some special grade missions with her to show her how to use cirtin weapons in action

All the students were glad to say the least

"No, everything is good, Kanroji sensei. Thank you so much"

Maki said with a smile while checking her sheet

"Yeah, thanks for doing so much, sensei. You didn't have to"

Nobara explained

Kana's smile brightened. She joyfully clapped her hands together

"Oh I am so glad it was all according to your liking. I was scared that it would be a bit too much."

She told Maki

Maki just smiled back at her. She didn't really know how to respond to her. She actually held so much respect for her in so little time, she was almost cautious that she might say something wrong to Kana

Kana looked back at Nobara and gave her a closed eyed smile. Then to Nobara's surprise, she pulled her in a hug

Both of the girls gasped a little

Kana then proceeded to gently run her fingers through her hair

"You don't have to thank me anyway shape or form, sweetie. Thank you for accepting me as your teacher. I am just doing what every teacher should do. "

Kana said the sweetest voice Nobara had ever heard anyone talk with her before. It was so soft, as if she was talking to a child

Nobara was awestrucked. She didn't expect this at all. She couldn't even remember when was the last time someone hugged her like this

But she couldn't deny she loved her warmth. So she didn't deny it at all and wrapped her arms around the older girl's waist, hugging her back

When they broke the hug, Kana gently cupped both of Nobara's cheeks

"And how can I not do this? You all are so lovely, my first students. I love you all so dearly. And you're such a pretty and sweet girl, I can't not love you"

Nobara had to blink away her tears. She doesn't even remember her mom be so kind to her. And this woman, who she didn't even know for a whole day, was showing such love to her

All the students also heard this

Yuta's heart and cheeks warmed up. He couldn't believe someone so kind could exist in this world. Inumaki also felt fluffy. Yuji was proud to even be related to her and Megumi was blushing hard

After all this, she started to train them

Everyone was amazed with her. She never hit them, not even in the sake of training but did teach them a lot about positioning their bodies while battle, she gave Yuta many useful tips and tricks on how to use the katana

But what amazed them the most was her flexibility. They say she was bending her body, it was almost as if her bones were made out of rubber

The way she asked, with the slight unease, made everyone turn their attention to them

All the teachers were also supervising them.... Not really... They just wanted to see Kana fight and spend time with her. Only Haibara wasn't there

Saki was sitting with Yuji and one of the butterfly girls who came to take care of Saki. Since she threw a tantrum that she wanted to be with Kana on the first day of her school and wanted to see Yuji

Kana looked momentarily startled hearing her question

Yuji was offended and the other students give her a look

Maki scolded, making Nobara pout

They just quietly stared at her. He smiling face and warmth made their hearts beat faster. Her former upperclassmens weren't surprised to see the students fell in love with Kana at all

She was just like that. Anyone would fell in love with her kind personality and heart in no time. It was only them who failed to see that at first

As she walked passed them they sighed

Geto thought with a sigh

Nanami harshly wispered to them with a glare
