[per every chapter, if your
character gets in, you'll be
required to vote/comment at
least once as an active check.]

O5_not a first come first serve

[although this apply fic
isn't first come first serve, if
you hand your form in earlier,
you'll get a better chance of
getting in. if your form was good.]

[its hidden in here somewhere.
