Multisaku month Day 2: Inosaku/Sakuino
Did someone say best friendship? Hero AU.

"Miss Haruno and miss Yamanaka, please report to The office." the electrified voice of the radion rang through the whole building. It was unusual to say the least. Usually the radio was quiet and when somebody was needed it would be sent privately to the ear bud everyone had in their right ear. Granted, Haruno and Yamanaka weren't exactly your normal by the book heroes, but it still was highly unusual.

    A blur of pink sped by, quickly followed by a blur of platinum white. Nobody looked surprised. Whenever they got called somewhere, the two heroes always raced each other there. Part of their nature and friendship.

    "Sakura and Ino are at it again, huh?" a black haired woman commented with a small smile when the two blurs ran past her.

    "What would you expect, this is Blossom and Transfer we are talking about." another woman replied. She had her blonde hair in four pigtails and weared a the traditional uniform her family was known for, along with a fan strapped to her back.

    The black haired woman shook her haired and went back to her work, the thought of Sakura and Ino leaving her mind almost instantly.

    "Well this will be fun, don't you think?" Sakura cracked her knuckles, buzzing with excitement. She wasn't exactly one to fight but she didn't mind a good fight from time to time. Especially when she could go all out.

    "I wouldn't call it fun, but it definitely won't be a disappointment." Ino replied, checking all her pocket that they were all filled with throwing knives, her weapon of choice. It came as a surprise to Sakura that Ino would use throwing knives but when she reflected back at Inos career prior to picking up combat too, it made sense.

    "Everybody has different tastes." Sakura admitted "Anyway, are you ready?" she grinned and looked down at the field where the enemy was situated. It was just a one small villain but with him specialising in mind control and hand to hand combat, Sakura and Ino were the perfect fit.

Ino nodded and started relaying their message to the villain. It wasn't anything fancy, just a normal 'Two really scary heroes are here so you either give up or be taken by force', but it worked just enough. Nothing surprising considering that Ino, known to the most world and Transfer, and Sakura, otherwise known as Blossom, belonged to the Special 10, a group of top ten female heroes.

When the villain didn't seem to do anything, Sakura jumped down from the building and crashed down, destroying half of the land without as much as a blink. Throwing knives swished around Sakura and hit the villain from various points. Sakura grimaced, even one knife wasn't exactly pleasant but when Ino emptied at least two pockets, the work was basically done.

She charged in, hitting the villain square on and knocking him out in the process. As a fulltime medic, she wont ever admit but Sakura liked the feeling when she delivered a good punch. Especially a bone breaking punch.

As the dust from her two punches cleared out, Sakura saw Inos figure walking to her, twirling on knife in her left hair.

"I guess good work, Forehead." Ino said "Even if I did almost all the work." she gave Sakura a  look that as always suggested that Ino is the more important between the two of them.

"It is not my fault that you emptied half of your knife storage into him, Pig." Sakura threw her hands open in a I-don't-care fashion and shot a smirk at Ino which was answered by Inos own smirk. The duo didn't usually go around, beating up villains, but when they did, it was a quick and semi-clean work. Or at least when it came to the most top heroes anyway.
