● First of all I've always been a big fan of the isekai genre itself, so I was really happy when I learned that it was actually a common genre in the xReader fanfics too, so when I ran out of things to read I decided to make one myself!

then I took it even further by making almost every single character I could into a love interest, just cuz i'm stupid, then I threw in a absolutely idiot who could only say mochi for the protagonist and BAM! Sakura Blossom.

mitsuris-gf - did y/n's personality/design get inspired by any specific character??? I genuinely love the way you wrote y/n, its so realistic i cant put it into words shshjs

chyrriee - Oh and how did you come up with Y/N's personality and her character traits? Did you maybe get inspired by another character?

● I'm so happy people actually made that question, cause one of the things that I put the most effort was actually Y/N herself!

I really like overly extroverted and bubbly characters that at the same have some kind of "hidden side" or a very sad background! They are always my favorite when I watch an anime/series.

I also worked very hard so she could be relatable to a extent, and I'm glad so many people seem to like her and see themselves in her! It's really easy to make a Y/N unlikeable 😭

● Besides Ether, I consider most of the ocs here to be more like NPCs, they are supposed to only appear shortly to serve some kind of purpose

Most of time I make them because since most of the characters have romantic intentions with Y/N, I wanted her to be able to talk with someone who is 100% her friend from time to time.

● Not exactly annoyed me, but the comments used to make me pretty sad during the time that I was writing the red light district arc.

I didn't realize how much of a bold decision saving Daki and Gyutaro was at the time, so like, at the same time lots of people liked it, I received so many unsatisfied comments about how unrealistic, selfish and idiotic that choice was, some people also started to absutolutely hate Y/N's character for it, and it made me so sad that I actually wanted to drop the book-

then I realized that there's like a gazillion fanfics that spare Kokushibou, Akaza and even Douma even tho they are like way worse and nobody complained at them for it so I decided to just ignore them, apparently only hot guys deserve to be spared ig 😐

● Y/N met Yoriichi after his encounter with Muzan, so no, she never got to see Kokushibou, however I do not plan on making him a love interest bc he still kinda is like her uncle so it would be weird, sorry koku simps lol

● I had to stop her from being kidnapped quite often when she was a kid because she would blindly follow any women she thought was pretty, I suppose it was obvious from the start.

● I don't like getting out so I'm mostly with my sister, she spends a lot of time with Shinobu and Tamayo and they often use our blood for tests, Daki also learns medical knowledge from them. Everyday is so peaceful now that its almost boring to be honest, this place is very different from the red light district.
