2 days passed,

Preeta and Rohan was in their room,

Preeta - yaar do din nikal gaye...Karan baat sunne ko taiyaar hi nahi!baat tak dhang se nahi ki usne do dino se!

Rohan - kasm se man kar raha hai iss ladke ko baandh du muh par tape laga du..aur phir jo bolna hai bolu!

Preeta gave him a 'are you like serious' look,

Rohan - yaar aisa look mat de...dimag ka dahi kardiya hai Karan ne!

Preeta - tch..kal shaadi hai agar Karan ne backout karliya to!

Rohan - tu tension mat le!mai baat krne ki koshish karta hu!tu ready hoja...haldi hai tumdono ki aaj!

Preeta hummed,Rohan left the room,

After sometime,

Preeta was getting ready in front of mirror, just then Karan came inside the room,

He looked at her and was mesmerized,

He was seeing her lostly,Preeta felt his gaze and saw him,

Preeta - Karan!

He came back to senses and made a stern face,

Karan - mom tumhe neeche bula rahi hai chalo!(he turned to go but stopped listening her)

Preeta - Karan ek min!

She went towards him,

Preeta - Karan kal hamari shaadi....

Karan - nahi hogi!!mai kuch bhi krke shaadi tod kar rahunga!

Preeta - ek baar meri baat to sunlo!

Karan - mom bula rhi hai...aajana!(left)

Preeta - kyu nahi sunte tum meri baat!!

She too left downstairs,

Haldi ceremony started,

Everyone was busy around themselves,

Karan was sitting with Rohan on sofa while others were applying haldi to Preeta,

Rohan - Karan kya hogya hai tujhe?teri haldi ka function hai aur tu hai ki aise muh latka kar baitha hai!

Karan - jo shaadi hone hi nahi dunga...uski khushi mana kar kya karu!

Rohan - yaar Karan ek baar Preeta ki baat to sunkar dekh!

Karan - mujhe kisise kuch nahi sunna!!(left)

Rohan - oh god...ye ladka!!

After sometime,

Preeta was going towards storeroom,

Preeta - ohho ye Girish bhaiya ne mera kuch saaman store room me kyu rakh diya...ab jewelry waha se laani hogi!

She entered the storeroom and it was dark,

Preeta - yaar isme to koi ventilation bhi nahi hai! candle jalaana hoga...andhera hai!

She started finding her bag after lighting a candle there,

Suddenly her leg bumped into something,she looked down and saw kerosene oil spreading all over the room,

Preeta - shit ye kya hogya!!

Before she could do something candle on the kerosene and fire took place there,she was shocked,

Preeta - aag...shit!!

She tried to run but all the stuff from upper shelf fell infront of the door and she got stuck inside,Fire was spreading rapidly inside the room,

Preeta(shouting) - aag....aagg....koi hai!!!

All family members were in hall,

Preeta(shouts) - koi hai please help.....aag....Karan...Rohan....

Karan downstairs felt lil uneasy but jerked his thoughts,

Girish was passing by store room when he saw smoke coming from room,

Girish - ye dhua?

Preeta(shouts) - aag...koi hai...yaha aag lagi hai...mai fas gayi hu....

Girish runs downstairs,

Girish - Karan sir...Rohan sir!!

Rakhi - kya hua Girish chilla kyu raha hai?

Girish - mam wo store room me aag lag gayi hai!!

All stood up shocked,

Karan - whatt!!!

Girish - haa aur.....

Rohan - aur kya?

Girish - wo...wo Preeta mam bhi andar fas gayi hai!

All looked at him shocked, especially Karan,they ran towards the storeroom,

Preeta(weakly) - koi...koi hai...please...please help...Karan....

Rakhi - puttar jldi kuch kar...andar ventilation bhi nahi hai!pata nahi Preeta ki kya haalat hogi!!

Karan - nahi usse kuch nahi hoga...mai kuch karta hu!!

Rohan - jldi krna hoga Karan...Preeta ko claustrophobia hai!!!

Karan looked at him shocked,

Karan - what!!!

Rohan nodded,

They started breaking the door,after trying for minutes finally the door broke,

They saw inside,it was fire everywhere,they tried to enter but couldn't,

Rohan - aise andar nahi jaa skte...Girish paani la!!

Girish ran and brought water in tub,they threw it towards the door, fire extinguished from the door area,

Karan went inside and saw Preeta unconscious on the floor,

He picked her up and came out,

Rohan - isse room me le chal mai doctor ko call krta hu...Girish fire extinguisher la aur ye sambhal!!

Karan took Preeta to their room,

Karan - Preeta utho...get up babydoll...please aankhein kholo.....

Rohan - maine doctor ko call kiya hai..she is coming!

After sometime doctor came and started checking Preeta,

Doc - chinta ki koi baat nahi hai...smoke ki wajah se behosh hogyi hai!inhe shayad breathing problem hai!

Rohan - ya doc she is a claustrophobic!

Doc - ohh! don't worry!she will be fine!

Rakhi - doctor bacha bhi thik haina?

Doc - bacha?mai smjhi nahi!

Karan and Rohan looked at each other tensed,

Rakhi - doctor Preeta pregnant hai!!

Doc(confused) - pregnant?wait let me check once!!aap sab bahar jaaiye!

Karan - nahi doctor wo...

Rakhi - puttar unhe check krne de...chal bahar!

They went outside the room,

Rohan(whispers) - yaar ab sbko pata chal jaayega ki pregnant nahi hai Preeta!

Karan(whispers) - aur karo pregnancy ka natak!ek na ek din to bahar aana hi tha sach!

Rohan looked at him unbelievably,

Doctor came out,

Rakhi - kya hua doctor?

Doc - dekhiye mujhe lagta hai aapko galatfaimi hui hai!Preeta pregnant nahi hai!!

All looked at her shocked except Karan and Rohan,

Sameer - aap thik se check kriye doctor...aisa ho hi nahi skta!!

Doc - maine check kiya hai!she is not pregnant!mai chlti hu!(left)

Rakhi - par Preeta ne to...ye sab kya!iska mtlb sab natak!

They immediately went inside the room and saw her gaining consciousness,

Preeta - mom...mai...yaha....

Rakhi - kya natak hai ye sab?

Preeta - natak?kya?

Rakhi - doctor ne hame bata diya hai..tu pregnant nahi hai!!

Preeta looked at her shockingly and then looked down,

Rakhi - nazre jhukaane se kuch nahi hoga!kyu kiya ye sab??

Karan - maine to pehle hi kaha tha!

Preeta looks at him tearfully,

Preeta - mai aap sab ko sach bataungi...par kya mai Karan aur Rohan se akele me baat kr skti hu?please!

Karan - mujhe koi baat....

Rohan(held his hand) - Chachi...hum teeno kuch baat krni hai!kuch der please!

Rakhi nodded and all left outside,

Rohan - aaj tujhe sach sunna hi hoga Karan!!

Karan - mai kuch....

Preeta - tumhe meri kasam!

Karan looked at her and then nodded looking away.
