Again the group of Senshi stood watching as the starlights were preparing to leave, but this time it was different. Earlier that morning Usagi had called a meeting with her senshi explaining that her and Mamoru were no longer together, though everyone was disappointed at the fact that the couple they had fought to protect would cease to exist they were happy that their princess was able to follow her heart. Which was pointing to a dark haired Starlight. Minako was exited at the fact that Usagi was in love with an idol which caused everyone to roll their eyes, it was at this point that Setsuna explained about Crystal Tokyo. Although her future with Mamoru had changed, Crystal Tokyo was still thriving under Usagi's rule. And the king who ruled by her side was Seiya. The group breathed a sigh of relief that they would still be able to live in Crystal Tokyo, although each of them had individual dreams of what they want for the future most of them would be very beneficial to the future of the small planet.

"Its time for us to leave now." Taiki said, his calm violet eyes showing a hint of sadness.

Seiya stepped forward to embrace the brown haired scout but he raised a hand, clearly annoyed at the situation. Taiki and Yaten took a hold of the princesses hands, casting a small glance back at the friends they had made while fighting Galaxia. Casting their eyes to the sky they called out.

"Sailor Teleport!" They cried and then disappeared from sight.

Usagi looked at the spot where the group of three once stood, she sighed deeply then turned to face Seiya. His soft blue eyes were moist with tears, so Usagi stood on her tip toes and planted a soft kiss onto his lips. This simple act calmed Seiya and made her realise that everything will be ok, after they finished the kiss they glanced back at the other senshi. It was time for something big and they are all terrified of the reaction, it was time to tell their families about their secret identities. Because it was time to build Crystal Tokyo. Seiya decided to go with Usagi to her parents house, and the other scouts went to tell those closest to them. After they had told everyone Usagi would harness the power of the Silver Crystal to show everyone in the world their true identities, and then construction would begin. Everyone was terrified of what people would say, but Setsuna assured them that once the news had spread and the memories of Silver Millennium returned everyone on earth would rejoice and help to build Crystal Tokyo. Usagi and Seiya began to walk to the Tsukino household, as they walked they talked about what they would say and how they would say it.

"Odango, calm down. Everything will work out in the end, and I promise that you're going to be the best queen this planet has ever seen." Seiya said planting a kiss on top of her blonde hair.

"Thank you Seiya, I just don't know what my parents are going to say about you." She said giving him a slight nudge.

"The fact that I can turn into a girl, or the fact that I'm dating you?" Seiya joked.

When they reached the Tsukino household Usagi pushed open the door, slipping her shoes off and placing them onto the shoe rack. Seiya followed suit taking his shoes off and placing them next to Usagi's, the two then stepped into the house and then into the sitting room. Looking in Usagi saw that her whole family was there, her mother, father and younger brother. Ikuko Tsukino was sitting on the sofa reading a book while Kenji and Shingo were playing video games on the tv, raising her head Ikuko smiled at her daughter.

"Come on in Usagi, who's that you have with you?" She asked glancing behind the blonde.

"Um mom this is Seiya, and there is something we want to tell you all." Usagi said stepping deeper into the sitting room.

Kenji and Shingo clearly didn't want to stop playing the video game so Usagi walked over and turned it off, Shingo almost threw the controller at her but it was caught before it hit her by Seiya. Kenji looked at the dark haired man who was not Mamoru and eyed him carefully, he hadn't really liked Mamoru because of the countless times that he had made his daughter cry over one thing or another. Glancing at his wife he could tell that the conversation was going to be serious, so Kenji stood and offered a hand to Seiya.

"My name is Kenji Tsukino, you look familiar. Have we met before?" He asked smiling at the dark haired man who stood with his daughter.

"I'm Seiya Kou, and no we haven't met before. I'm a singer, with the Three Lights." Seiya said while shaking the hand offered to him.

Kenji looked at Seiya with awe, his daughter was with a famous singer. Usagi then walked forward and placed a hand onto Seiya's arm, her blue eyes softening while she looked at him and Ikuko could see that there was more than friendship between them. Shingo took his place on the sofa next to his parents while Seiya and Usagi took some cushions on the floor, taking a deep breath Usagi tried to calm her racing heart. It was going to be so difficult to tell her parents the truth about her, but she thought about telling them about Seiya first.

"Mom, Dad. This is Seiya Kou, and um..." Usagi stuttered trying to find the right words to describe what their relationship was.

"I'm her Boyfriend." Seiya stated taking Usagi's hand in his.

Usagi's heart began to flutter as she smiled at Seiya, then she looked back at her parents to see soft smiles gracing their mouthes. Ikuko smiled at her daughter because she could see how happy she was with Seiya, Shingo stood up and looked at Seiya, his pale blue eyes searching for something to cast a comment on. But he failed to find anything that could warrant a snarky comment, walking back to the sofa he sat down and sulked.

"There is something else I, um we, would like to tell you." Usagi started slipping her hand into her pocket to retrieve her brooch.

"Your not pregnant are you?!" Ikuko exclaimed looking at her daughter's abdomen.

"What? No mom I'm not pregnant!" Usagi said blushing like a tomato. "Calm down mom your scaring Seiya." Casting a side glance she couldn't help but giggle looking at Seiya. His face was a ghostly pale and his eyes were as big as dinner plates, even though she knew that nothing like that had ever happened between them it was still funny to see his reaction. "No mom its nothing like that, its something more. You've all heard of the crime fighter Sailor Moon, well there is something you should know about her."

"What about Sailor Moon? Do you know her too?" Shingo joked giving his thigh a sharp slap as he laughed.

"Yes I do know her." Usagi stated simply, finally she pulled her brooch from her pocket showing it to her parents. Her mother had always wondered where Usagi had gotten all the brooches from, she would wear one for a year or so and then change it. Ikuko always thought that it was because Usagi got bored of the same old brooch, and the next one was always more extravagant and more expensive looking than the last one. Shocked at the fact that her daughter knew Sailor Moon Ikuko wanted to ask if she could meet the heroine, because she knew that Sailor Moon had saved Shingo and his friend she had wanted to give her thanks. Usagi stood up and held her golden brooch in her hands, taking a deep breath she held it high above her head.

"Moon Eternal Power! Make-Up!" She cried.

In a flash of white light, a calm aura filled the room. Ikuko, Shingo and Kenji opened their eyes to come face to face with Eternal Sailor Moon, the champion of justice who has protected Tokyo for years. With her breath caught in her throat Usagi, now Sailor Moon placed one hand on her waist and one on her hair.

"I am the Pretty Guardian, who fights for Love and for Justice. I am Sailor Moon!" Usagi yelled breathing a sigh of relief at how easy the words came to her lips. Looking at her family she could see the shock on their faces, her mother looked at her with wide eyes and this look was mimicked by her father and brother. Seiya however looked at her with admiration, standing up Seiya then pulled her Star Yell from her pocket looking at Sailor Moon for her opinion the blonde nodded and Seiya then held the brooch high above his head.

"Fighter Star Power! Make-Up!" And then in a flash of pale blue light Sailor Star Fighter was standing in all her glory. Kenji looked confused and shocked at the same time while he was looking at Fighter, since they had been introduced to Seiya the man it was strange for them to see Sailor Star Fighter the woman.

"I know this is a lot to take in." Usagi started. "But I am Sailor Moon, and all my friends are Sailor Scouts too. They are right now telling their loved ones about their secret identities, and I am also something more than Sailor Moon." She said placing a hand on her crescent moon mark, then in a flash of shimmering pure moonlight Usagi's Sailor Fuku disappeared and moulded its self into an elegant snow white gown. A small crown appeared on her blonde locks and she had an air of grace surrounding her, opening her cerulean blue eyes she looked at her family. "I am also the reincarnation of Princess Serenity of Silver Millennium."

Ikuko looked at this brave and powerful princess who was actually her little girl, she couldn't believe how proud she was of the amazing things that she had done. She stood up and walked towards her daughter, bringing a hand up she stroked Usagi's cheek. Tears filled her eyes as she thinks about all the times she pushed her daughter to do well in school, not knowing that she was protecting the world from different evils.

"You don't know how proud I am of you Usagi, I can still call you that right?" She checked looking at her daughter.

"Of course you can mom, even though I'm a princess I'll always be your Usagi." She replied wrapping her arms around her mother.

They all sat down and listened to the tale that Usagi had to tell, they sat in amazement as they listened to the different evils that Usagi and her friends had to face. At one point Usagi asked Shingo to get the Sailor Moon and Sailor Scouts pictures that he had so she could explain about her friends are the other scouts, and she also explained that the three lights were sailor scouts who could change from male to female when they transformed much like Sailor Uranus. It was then she began to tell them of the future that was staring at them in the face, the future of Crystal Tokyo and her and Seiya ruling as king and queen.

"So in a couple of years you're going to literally be queen of the world?" Shingo asked placing a hand over his mouth.

"Actually because I will be using the power of the Silver Crystal it will be a matter of months, possibly only a year. And then I will have my coronation and become Neo Queen Serenity, with Seiya ruling my by side as King Seiya." Usagi responded thinking of the future she has planned for her self and her loved ones.

"And hopefully, something bigger will happen to the two of us." Seiya picks up Usagi's hand and plants a soft kiss onto her ring finger. "If your father will allow that of course."

Kenji looked at the woman who was asking if she could marry his daughter, it would take time for him to understand how one person can be both a man and woman at the same time. But looking at how happy the two of them looked together, he could hardly say no.

"Of course she can be yours Seiya, I can already see that your everything that my baby girl needs. Just promise that you'll love her and take care of her for as long as you live." Kenji asked as the two transformed back into their civilian forms.

"Odango means so much to me Kenji-sama. I will do everything in my power to be able to make her happy." And with those words everyone prepared to leave the house.

Everyone had agreed that once they had finished telling their friends and family about their secret identities then they would meet in the park near the fountain where Chibi-Usa appeared for the first time, as the family began to walk to the park Seiya and Usagi were walking at the front of the small convoy. With their hands linked together Usagi knew that she couldn't be happier, when they reached the park everyone else was starting to arrive. By the looks of things everyone apart from the senshi every one was shocked into silence, the senshi looked at each other and nodded. In a flash they were all transformed into their eternal scout forms, apart from Usagi who was dressed in her princess attire. The dress was tight and showed her curves which caused a soft blush to appear on Seiya's cheeks, Usagi stepped forward and smiled brightly at the people who had gathered with them.

"Thank you all for coming here today, I know its a lot of information to take in at once but now that you all know we can correctly begin to create our kingdom." Usagi spoke with pride and love to the people who were with her, she also spoke with an air of grace and poise which was unlike her usual klutzy self. "The name that I will be going by now, is Princess Serenity. My scouts have agreed that they too will be going by their identity names, which is the names they go by as sailor senshi." She opened her brooch and pulled out the Silver Crystal.

The crystal shone with the light of a thousand galaxies, holding it high above her head Usagi focused her energy into the crystal. The scouts all joined hands and formed a circle around the princess, each then began to glow their respective colours helping their princess to unleash the power of the crystal.

"Silver Crystal! In the name of Silver Millennium I ask that you grant the people of this planet the memories that my mother Queen Serenity sealed! We ask that you do this for the creation of a new world!" Usagi cried as the crystal changed into the shape of a flower, floating high into the sky it began to spin and then a large dome began to surround the planet. History began to change and the people were granted the memories that their ancestors knew, people began to leave their houses and follow the beam of light that was shooting into the sky from the crystal. Once the crystal had returned the memories of the people it returned to its normal shape and fell into Usagi's hand. Looking at the people around her they all stared in awe, the memories they had been granted were not only those of their ancestors but they were granted the knowledge of the senshi, the battles they had faced and the foes they had defeated. Looking out at the people a large smile graced Usagi's face, people began to step forward all shouting that they wanted to help built the Utopia that they had dreamed of for so long. And once the kingdom was built Usagi and Seiya would take their place, as its new King and Queen.
