It was a rainy Tuesday in Tokyo as Chieko was walking to school in her indigo raincoat with the hood up, and navy blue rain boots. Most people in the rain had protected themselves with either raincoats or umbrellas. Chieko arrived at school and took off her raincoat and changed into her school shoes. She enter Mrs. Takao's classroom and everyone was in a good mood. When Mrs. Takao entered she was drenched and had tears in her eyes.

"M-morning cl-lass, I'm s-sorry fo-or my m-mood, it's just, my father... passed away yesterday," the teacher said in tears. "We're sorry for you loss Mrs. T, he was probably a great guy," Chieko replied in despair. "Thanks for your support class, just do whatever, I just need some time to let it all out," the blonde told her class, crying into her desk.
The class were doing what they wanted, Chieko was asleep, Midori was looking through fashion magazines and Tethys was reading a manga. When Tethys was reading, he imagined himself as the hero and imagined himself saving Midori like the hero in the manga. Chieko was dreaming of Tuxedo Moonlight and them having a fun time at a carnival. "Sailor Phobos, you are my one and only, I will do anything for you,"  the masked man said, kissing Chieko. "Aw Tuxedo Moonlight," the brunette sleeptalked, drooling over her crush. The bell rung, waking Chieko and making everyone else leave as she ran to class in a hurry.
Chieko left the school in her raincoat and boots, not focusing at all. She was so distracted, that she ran into a boy.

"Oh, are you ok miss?" The boy asked. "Oh, oh, I'm fine, I'm Chieko Akiyama," the dark eyed girl replied. "I'm Yusuke Nakamura, I attend Juban Public High School," The light haured boy had explained. "A high schooler, and a dreamy one at that," Chieko thought to herself. "I'm so sorry miss," Yusuke apologized. "Oh it's fine it's all fine, no problem goodbye," Chieko ran off and headed home in a hurry, feeling awkward around Yusuke.
When Chieko arrived home, all she could do was think about Yusuke and Tuxedo Moonlight. "Chieko? What are you doing?" Selena asked. "Drawing a cute guy, I met him today, his name is Yusuke," the brunette explained, drawing a heart around her drawing of Yusuke.
Mei entered the house with Mrs. Akiyama in tears because she didn't have a raincoat or an umbrella. Chieko went downstairs ad her little sister was in tears. "It's ok Meiko, I'm sorry about what happened at the playground," Chieko's mother said, huddling her secor3nd daughter. "Everything will be fine Mei, daddy isn't home yet so go watch TV, I'll make you some brownies," the light brown haired woman let go of her daughter, having her run into the living room. "What happened to Mei?" The brunette asked her mother. "Some jerk bullied her on the playground and stole her raincoat, now it made her sad," her mother explained. "Weird, my teacher didn't have a raincoat and she was crying," the teenage girl thought.
It was late at night as Chieko was staring at the crescent moon as it was soon covered by clouds as rain grew powerful and affected everyone around it, even people inside. Chieko broke down crying, thinking about Yusuke and that they'll never be together. "Oh Yusuke, my life is meaningless without you, so I suppose that I'll never be with you, you're in high school and I'm in junior high," she sighed, thinking of the possibility. "Chieko, why are you moping about, there's probably a monster out there harming people," Selena told her. "I doubt it, I'm not a hero, I'm just a fraud!!!!" the brunette cried. "What's wrong with you?! You're Sailor Phobos!!! You protect people from danger of all kinds, now snap out of it!!!" Selena scratched the teen girl, knocking sense into her.
"Whatever you say Selena!!! I am a guardian, Phobos Lunar Power!!!!!!"
Chieko transformed and headed outside, her powers made her immune to the rain's power. She soon found a monster with dark blue skin, navy blue hair like a wave, running black eye shadow, a light blue bikini top and long skirt with white flip flops. "Aw life, the saddest thing that can happen is everything, but it is fun to have others share your suffering," the monster said, making more rain. "Monster!!!!! Why are you making people suffer through emotions? Don't you know it's wrong!!!!" The Sailor Guardian said. "Oh? A Sailor Guardian? How miserable and pathetic," the monster replied in a monotone voice. "I am a guardian who fights for love and justice, I'm Sailor Phobos, and in the name of Mars' moon, I'll punish you!!!!" She said, striking the same pose as usual. The monster attacked by summoning a storm cloud that struck her with lightning, making her teary eyed.
A lily struck the monster, summoning Tuxedo Moonlight, who looked more familiar to Chieko this time around, with the same white hair as the boy she met earlier today. "Sailor Phobos, don't let your emotions control you, remain optimistic at all times," the masked figure told her. "Thanks Tuxedo Moonlight," the teen girl swooned. Tuxedo Moonlight left and gave Sailor Phobos the opportunity to attack. "Phobos, Magnet, Bolt!!!!!" Chieko used her bolt to destroy the monster and the rain, making everything better for everyone. Chieko transformed back and headed home and noticed that Tethys was there, watching the whole fight. Tethys headed home to his mother, an orange haired woman named Cynthia. "So Tethys, did the monster gather the energy we needed?" she asked. "No mother, Sailor Phobos destroyed it," her son said to her. "So the Lunar Senshi gave been reincarnated," she said. "Not all of them, we have one open."
