This is the most scarce part of Sagehaven. This place, is known for entire neighborhoods being abandoned, gang wars, drug deals, and just an absurd amount of criminal activity. That's not excluding murders, kidnappers, or arsonists. Theres even now rumors about strange creatures roaming around.

However, unbeknownst to most people of Sagehaven, those rumors might not truly be rumors. Luckily, no on dares to make sure if that's true. Cause the ones who do, usually don't ever come back. For a logical reason of course...
