So in order to publish a chapter, I have to write it, save it, then while the save is loading exit the app because the save doesn't work right, then reenter the app, hit publish, wait a few seconds, then exit Wattpad again since the loading doesn't work on that either, remove it from my history, reenter AGAIN, and then it's published.
