Haylee's pov 

''what do you mean has no reason to talk either?'' i said

''nothing'' she said and adrian walked in with cameron fuck i thought they left.

''i said not to come back'' tori said

''you lied you said you remember'' adrian said 

''look i don't want to deal with this'' i said 

''and you said you wouldn't say shit'' adrian said to tori

''say what!'' i yelled

''nothing haylee don't worry about it right now'' tori said 

''tori tell me'' i said 

''hay-'' i cut her off

''tell me!'' i yelled

''ADRIAN HAD SEX WITH SARAH THE DAY YOU TWO MADE OUT IN THE ROOM AT SCHOOL!'' she yelled and i looked at him and i scoffed. 

I looked at my ivy and pulled it out and took off all the wires and grabbed my clothes tori had for when i was gonna leave.

''what are you doing'' tori said 

''getting dressed'' i said and went to the restroom and got dressed. 

When i walked out i looked at adrian and tori.

''i think you are the one that should leave me alone right now'' i said and i walked out and saw nick walking in.

''oh my god!'' he said and hugged me and i grunted.

''oh sorry'' he said

''they released you?'' he said

''can we just go home'' i said and he nodded

''yeah um me and tori moved all your stuff to the cabin so you wouldn't have to move anything'' he said and gave a small smile.

''thanks'' i said and we walked to the car and we drove off.

When we got there i said hi to my parents and went to my room. I just didn't want to be bothered. By anyone. 

Tori's pov 

''thanks for making me keep a secret from my bestfriend'' i said 

''what a good fucking alpha who can't own up to his mate'' i said and he growled

''oh you wanna try me'' i growled 

''because im not scared of you right now'' i growled

''stop! both of you are so annoying and focused on yourselves yall are not focusing on the important person right now and that's haylee maybe if you both were focused on her you wouldn't be so caught up in how she thinks of yall and you would have told her sooner'' cam said 

''oh like she was gonna tell me about yall'' adrian said 

''she was once she found out you were her mate'' i said and sighed

''ya'll are unbelievable'' cam said and he walked off and i slapped adrian on the back of the head.

''ow what the hell'' he said 

''thats for being a dumb ass'' i said and walked off

Haylee's pov 

I heard a knock on my door and it was cameron's scent i already knew. 

''no one's in here'' i said and he opened the door.

''sorry hay i know you want to be alone but i wanted to make sure you were okay'' he said 

''why'' i said and he sat next to me.

''because you are still my best friend'' he said and i sighed

''best friends don't have sex with each other'' i said 

''some do and they forget it and move on some get together'' he said 

''yeah but you are not my mate'' i said

''like i said some'' he said 

''why did you do it?'' he said and i turned around and he turned me back.

''haylee please'' he said 

''i just-'' i stopped myself and i sat up and looked at him.

''not here'' i said and i got up and i grabbed his wrist and pulled him out of the cabin and we got in his car and i drove off taking us to the place he took me. 

When we got there he was worried and confused.

''i didn't do it because of you if thats what you are thinking'' i said 

''i did it because i was so tired of the feeling that i let everyone down the feeling of being hated'' i said 

''haylee i don't hate you'' he said

''i know'' i said

''when i had sex with you i didn't do it to take my mind off adrian i did it because i wanted to have sex with you'' i said 

''i almost killed myself because look at my life cam'' i said 

''i've been fucked over so many times that the one time i fuck up and do something i wanted to do it was a bad thing and no its not an excuse but i wanted to do it and i was happy in that moment'' i said and i looked down.

''yes i did that with adrian at school but all we did was make out and it was magical and i know why now but in the moment i was trying to kill myself all i thought of was peace'' i said 

''i just wanted to have peace cam'' i said and he grabbed my hand.

''you will and from now on its just strictly friends i won't hit on you or nothing just friends okay best friends no more complications'' he said and i nodded

''do you want to go eat some ice cream?'' he said and smiled 

''no i want to go home and sleep'' i said and he groaned

''nope i want some sleep strictly doctors orders'' i said and he laughed and i drove back tot he cabin and once i got out of the car i saw adrian and he scoffed.

''of course'' he said and cam was gonna say something but i stopped him and i walked to adrian and i grabbed him and i threw him to a tree. 

I walked to him and i sat him up and sat down in a squat with my elbows on my knee's

''you don't get to say shit adrian because im not the one that was keeping a secret if i didn't get to have a chance to tell you'' i said 

''but you did and you knew you were my mate so the one that fucked up is you and yes i did too but here's the thing'' i said and sat down.

''you don't know what the hell i have been through okay just cause you know the story you don't know the whole truth'' i said 

''so let me show you'' i said and i grabbed his face and i showed him all my memories. 

Something that tori showed me how to do. 

Once i finished i let go.

''when you go through something like that then come and say something'' i said 

''when i had sex with cameron it was a choice i made cause i wanted it not just to hurt you and in that second i was happy so fuck you adrian so don't walk around acting like im the only one in the fucking wrong'' i said and i got up and i walked away to cameron.

''ill talk to you later'' i said and he nodded and he got in his car and drove off and i heard adrian get up.

''don't forget adrian you were the one who hurt me first'' i said 

''so if i hurt you im sorry because at least im the one that has the balls to admit when im in the wrong and own up to what i did'' i said and he looked down

''i just want to start over'' he said and walked to me.

''you want to start over?'' i said and laughed 

''sorry but its a little to late for that why don't you go crawl into bed with sarah and not tell me about it'' i said and i walked inside and i saw my parents and nick sitting and i knew they heard.

''we are so sorry honey'' mom said

''im fine'' i said and nick hugged me

''you don't deserve not to be happy hay'' he said and i smiled

''thanks nick'' i said 

''im just gonna go to sleep okay'' i said and he nodded and i went upstairs and i changed into sleep clothes and layed down and went to sleep.............................
