If you guys are confused about the ending, I'll give you a little heads up.

Jiyoon was in coma because that night that her parents came over (when they heard Jungkook was the son they lost) they had a car accident when they were going back home. Jiyoon was in coma due to getting hit by a car by walking in the streets at night, sad, lonely, not seeing well with her blurry teary eyes.

Jin thought it was his fault because he wasn't there to save her when she went to coma, and he thought id be better for Jiyoon to live without him.

Day by day pasts, Jin visits Jiyoon. So does the rest. Jin tells her doctor to say when she wakes up that they are just in her dream during the coma, but those events during the story did happen.
