Whenever I talk
Whenever I laugh
Whenever I utter a noise
I realize how annoying and stupid I am
I tell myself to stop talking
To stop laughing
To stop making any noise
And maybe one day
I'll tell myself to stop breathing
Because maybe that's best for everyone around me
