"I'm falling in love with someone else!"

As soon as I heard those words, I knew something was wrong. I run to outside the eating area, not caring that Zeb was eating my waffles in my absence.

I stay behind the wall, as I watch Hera burst into tears. She runs to her room, with Kanan calling: "Hera, wait!" I march up to him. He turns and sighs. I cross my arms over my chest. "Want to explain?"

Kanan swallows. Then sighs. "Do you love Sabine?"

I stare at him in shock. "Of course I do! I have an obvious major crush on her. We're shipped 24/7,  and called Sabezra, or, Ezrabine!"

"Oh... well..." He looks embarrassed. I decide to ask him about what happened. "Trouble in paradise?"

He scowls at me. "You know da-". Before he can finish his sentence, Sabine trots in. She looks at us. "What's wrong with her?" She points in the direction Hera went. 

Kanan turns red. He grabs Sabine's arm. "Hey!" Then pulls her into his room.

SabinePOV

I stare into his eyes, as he holds my arm. He walks over to the door. And locks it. He comes back over here. "I don't want anybody overhearing us," He explains. "now talk to me."

"Huh?" I stare at him. Brown eyes meeting blue. His blue eyes, emotion filled to the depths, like a deep churning ocean. Hidden. So many secrets down there, about to come up. His breath, hot on my face, but at the same time; cool. His hands are like ice on my arms. I fight the urge to hold them, warm them up. "You can tell me anything. I'm here for you." His voice is deep, but not gruff or mean. It echos around the room. His eyes search my face. "Sabine?" His grip loosens. I shiver. Not from fear, or cold. But anticipation. Our eyes meet. This is it. This is when I tell him about the dream. I'm going to tell him.

"No. Nothings wrong." I walk to the door with a sick feeling in my gut.

I feel his hand, cold and clammy on mine. I like it.

"Bine, you can tell me anything."

My heart explodes. I shiver again. He wraps his arms around me. His mouth is on my ear. "I'm here for you." I am glad for his embrace... but something feels wrong about it. He has a girlfriend, and I have Ezra. I don't care.

"I have to tell you something..." I take a deep breath.

He looks at me reassuringly. "Is it about the dreams?"

I stare at him, startled. "How, how,."

"I sent them!" He blurts out. He turns bright red. "Since I'm a force user, I can send dreams... I felt it was time to reveal myself to you."

I feel myself getting annoyed by this confession. "YOU COULD HAVE JUST TOLD ME!!!!!"

Kanan flinches. "Sorry, but I-"

"WHY DIDN'T YOU JUST COME OUT TO ME?????" I feel a tear roll down from my eyes. I fail to hold it back. Kanan must have seen the tear, because he pulls me into him. "Shh... it's going to be okay... I promise..."

I lean my head on him. "Why?"

He sighs. "Hera would have been betrayed by it... and I didn't want to hurt her. Do you want to know why she was crying? Because I told her. I told her that she wasn't in my heart anymore."

"Kanan you idiot."

As soon as I saw him look sad, I knew, just knew what I was going to do. But I knew I was going to regret it as soon as I did it. I didn't care. With a sinking feeling in my gut, I leaned up, and kissed him.
