Sabine walked down the ramp of the Ghost.

She couldn't believe what had just happened.

Ezra was dead.

He died to save her.

How would she ever tell Mira and Rona?

Suddenly Mira and Rona ran up to her, looking happy as ever.

"Hey mom. How was the mission?" Mira asked.

Sabine opened her mouth, but didn't speak and closed it again.

Rona and Mira looked at each other.

"Did you fail?" Rona asked.

"N...n...no."

"Mom, what's wrong? What happened? Did you get attacked? Where's dad?" Mira asked.

"N...n...no. We weren't a..attacked."

"Then what?" 

Sabine looked at her daughters.

"Your father....i...is...Dead."

"WHAT?" They both said at once.

"But...how did he die?" Mira asked, tearing up.

"He died...to save me," Sabine answered.

"Tell us the story please," Rona asked.

"Alright, I guess you have the right to know. As you know, your father and I were going on a dangerous mission. We had to go undercover as Imperials, and steal some precious data. Once we got in, we had to go our separate ways so no one suspected anything was up. We agreed find out as much as we could about who has the data, and how to get it without them noticing. We tried all day, but couldn't find anything out. So we met up again the next morning and agreed to keep searching until we found something, while still keeping our covers. I later found out that Thrawn himself had our data, and immediatly reported back to Ezra. We agreed that the only way to get this information is if one of us had to get Thrawn out of his office. Ezra volunteered, and after awhile I agreed. We put the plan into action that night. I came to Thrawn's door, and knocked. When he answered I asked him some Admiral Mickey needed him. Since there was no Admiral Mickey, Thrawn was confused and said Admiral Mickey could come to him. I told him that Admiral Mickey would only speak to him in person, and Thrawn finally agreed. So I lead him around the Star Destroyer, even though there was no Admiral Mickey and I had no idea where I was going. Me and Ezra had comms that Ezra would set to beep when he was done. Once it went off, I pretended to be on an earpiece with Admiral Mickey. Then I 'Hung' up, and told Thrawn that Admiral Mickey didn't need him after all. Thrawn got annoyed and took his gun off of his belt, ready to shoot me. I screamed and Ezra came running, and jumped on Thrawn. 'Run!' He told me. So I ran, and found a ship. I looked back at Ezra and Thrawn's fight from the edge of the ramp. 'Ezra come on!' I yelled at him. Thrawn saw the opportunity to shoot me, and he pointed his gun. But Ezra stepped in front of the shot before it reached me. 'Ezra!' I screamed and ran to him. Thrawn ran as Ezra told me, 'Sabine, go.' 'I won't!' 'Sabine, tell the girls I love them. And I love you,' He said, and force pushed me onto the shop as he died." 

Suddenly all three of the girls started crying, and hugged each other. 

Sabine looked up. 

She smiled.

"Girls, look. "

They looked up to see none other then Ezra standing there. 

They smiled at his force ghost.

"It's late," Sabine said. "Time for bed."

The girls walked off to their room.

Which left Sabine and Ezra's force ghost alone.

"I love you, Sabine. I always have. And always will," He said.

"I love you too," Sabine said as he faded away.

That wasn't the last of him- he appeared to them many more times.

And everyday, Sabine told Rona and Mira, "Never forget your father. He was a great man."
