She forwarded the shawl to him. He grinned widely and grabbed her hand.  He hugged her side ways immediately.

Hamara hei.

She looked away instantly to avoid it. But, he wasn't in mood to loose her again. He pulled her with him to the walk way, out of palace.

Mujhe wapas jaana hei Sidharth.

She sounded low. She had a lot of unanswered questions in her mind. She wanted to move forward from this, until her questions doesn't get the answers.

Abb aur nhi Sana... Bahut hogaya... 2 saal ho chuka hei.. Ek baar mujhe bolne keliye bhi tune chance nhi diya... Itna kyu nafrat kiya mujhse?? Tujhe 1% bhi trust nhi dhi kya mujhpe??

His voice was shaking. But, his words pierced into her heart. She remembered her painful days. She pushed his hand aside and grabbed his collar.

Us.. Uss din ke baat, ek baar bhi tune call ki mujhe, mujhse mila??? Nhi na! Kya sochna chahiye dha mujhe? Aur bhir 1 hafte meim kisi aur ko propose ki, uske liye bhi meim simmedaar dhi kya?? Kyu Sidharth??? Yeh sabb tune kiya hei! Meine hamesha tujhpe trust ki dhi! Sab ne bola, mat kar!! Lekin meim hi paagal dhi, tere peeche!!!

Tears rolled down from her cheeks. How could he just blame her? She removed her hand from his collar and rubbed her nose and turned to leave. She didn't wanted to face it, and remember those days. But, he spoke from behind.

Ek baar mujhse pooch leti tu? Kitni baar meim tere peeche aaya, sab batane keliye. Manta hu, mujhse kuch galtiya hui hei! Lekin aisa nhi hei ki, I cheated on you.... Aur tune yeh mujhe kyu nhi bataya ki kisi aur ko bhi hamare baare meim pata hei? Haa???

She turned to him with red eyes.

Kyu Sidharth?? Kyu batau tujhe??? Tu hi yeh sabse chupake rakhna chahta dha na! Phir...  Phir meim kya karu? Mamma ko meim samjhayi dhi ki tu kabhi mujhe chodke nhi jaayega, lekin uss din.... Why Sidharth?? You proposed someone else! Meim poochne aayi dhi uss din Sidharth! Lekin tu hi nhi dha waha pe... Tere parents usse, sabko introduce kar rahe dhe, proudly as their future daughter in law.. Isse zyada mujhe kya dekhni dhi?? Haa?? Aur bhir wo Shekhar?....

He hugged her from behind as she started to walk away. He can't take it more. 2 years ..... They wasted 2 years due this matter, not more!

He kissed her shoulder. She closed her eyes and tightly gripped on her kurti.

Ab aur mat bhaag mujhse... Ek pal keliye bhi meim tujhse door rahna nhi chaahta.. Please... Mujhe batane tho do ki kya hua dha uss hafte.. Please meri jaan!

She stood there rooted. It needed an end. She should give him a chance to explain his side. Seeing herself surrendering, he continued to explain. Explained everything happened after their trip. How he wanted to propose her... Tha ideas given by Shekhar uncle. How he supported him for the preparations.. And how everyone misunderstood him that day.. How he cleared it.

She smirked hearing it. How well Sekhar played with both of them.

Shekhar uncle... Unhone kya bola dha Sana tujhe? Kab bola?

He remembered about how much hatred she had for Shekhar, when ever she took his name.

She wiped her tears and loosened his hands. She sat on the near by bench and said everything. He never imagined that Shekhar could do this to him. He cursed himself for not hearing her on those days when Shehnaaz complained to him about Nayan. He sat next to her and wrapped his arms around her.

Jaan, mamma ko sab pata hei??

He asked in a calm voice.

She just nodded. There was no more tears in her eyes. He felt ashamed of himself, thinking that she had to go through all these mess alone. How embarrassing would be it for a daughter to stand in front of her mother like that? And too.. Without any answers.. Without any hope.

He hugged her tightly.

Abb aur nhi Sana.. Meim wapas aate hi mamma se mil loonga. Meim baat karunga unse. Sab kuch teek ho jaayega...

He kissed on her hair and she snuggled in to his chest.

Tarun was confused by seeing the wide smile on Prayag's face.

Tune Paayal ko bol diya, kya?

Prayag grinned widely.

Aisa kuch nhi hei paagal.. Lekin hameim pata hei ki hum donom ke dil meim ek hi cheese hei..

Tho phir itna khush kyu hei???

Prayag laughed loudly. Tarun narrowed his eyes, seeing the strange behavior of him.

Tu kuch din se kya karne ki koshish kar raha hei? Haa??

Matlab??

Tujhe tho aaj kal meim bahut notice karta hu! Tuna Sana ki class ke baahar hi rahta hei most of the time. Baat kya hei?

Tarun was a little nervous by now. He didn't knew what to say. He scratched his chin to find a reason.

Prayag continued walking while chuckling. He stopped a little ahead and turned to Tarun.

Usne bata diya na tujhe??

He said in a funny tone, but a little pain was visible in those words. Tarun got wondered by his question. He ran towards Prayag.

Kya?? Kisne????

He asked breathing heavily.

Prayag rolled his eyes and tried to walk further, but Tarun blocked him.

Matlab.... Tu sab jaanta hei???

Prayag smiled and put his hand over Tarun's shoulder.

Ek ki bhai hu, aur ek ka best friend... Bina bataye bhi kuch samaj aata hei!!!

Kab se pata hei tujhe???

Jab se donom ne ek doosre ko chupke se dekhna shuru kiya, tab se!!

yaar!! Wo donom tho hamare 12th se shuru ki hei..

Haa, lekin dekhna uske pehle hi shuru ki dhi.

Tarun stood their with his mouth wide open.

Prayag tapped on his jaw and he closed his mouth, gulping some siliva.

Meine socha dha ki donom ek din batayega mujhe, tab hi meim yeh show karunga ki meim sab jaanta hu... But, do saal pehle.. Pata nhi kya hogaya un donom ke beech meim, may be wo proposal bhi hosakta hei.. Aur donom dukhi dhe... Lekin aaj aise feel hua ki sab teek horaha hei, phire se.

Tarun smiled widely and nodded. Suddenly, Prayag grabbed his ear and twisted it.

Aaah!!  Yeh kya kar raha hei kutte???

Tarun winced in pain.

Abb bata... Yeh saara kaant, same bus.. Same floor... Yeh sab kiske liye dha???

Tarun smiled with a naughty look. Prayag laughed and playfully hit his cheek.

They were sitting in the same bench for a long, with the shawl wrapped around them. Both of them were silent and in peace.

Meim aaj hi Prayag se baat karlu??

Shehnaaz got surprised by his sudden confession. She looked up at him. He cupped her cheeks with his one hand and smiled.

Ab tho sab kuch bata ke hi karunga!! Pata nhi kal kya kaant hojaye surprise ki wajah se.

She giggled hearing his tension and kissed on his hand.

Mujhe waha nhi chaliye..

He said making a puppy face.

Phir kaha chahiye??

She asked acting innocent.

Yaha chahiye.

He kissed her forehead.

Yaha chahiye..

Kissed her eyes.

Yaha chahiye.

Kissed her cheeks.

Yaha chahiye..

Kissed her nose.

Aur phir....

He came close to her lips, but she giggled and hid in his chest, wrapping the shawl more over her.

Tu mujhe itna tadpata kyu hei baby??

He asked in a husky voice near her ear and bit her earlobe.

Tho meim chalu??

Sidharth asked nervously holding her hand, behind the hotel.

Ruk! Meim meim bhi aavungi tere saat.. Kuch bhi ho.. Ismeim hum dono hei. Hum milke usse sab kuch batayenge.

It was the last night of their trip. Sidharth tried his maximum to open up about his relationship with Shehnaaz to Prayaag in the last few days. But, he failed miserably.

Sidharth and Shehnaaz sneaked out from the campfire happening on the right side of Hotel. They wanted to tell Prayag about them, before they leave from there.

They held their hands tightly and moved towards the campfire. As they arrived there, Nayan's eyes fell on them. She was shocked to see them in hand in hand. Her every plan became flop. She thought that she could win him, if she could make Shehnaaz away from him. She assumed that he will forget Shehnaaz slowly and fall for her. But, everything went wrong. She left from there immediately to her room. She wasn't able to take her defeat.

Soon, the campfire dispersed and everyone went for dinner. They approached Prayag and Tarun, who acted like they didn't notice them.

Chal, khana khate hei.

Prayag patted on Sidharth's shoulder, and sneakily looked at their hands.

Sidharth was totally nervous. Words weren't coming out from his mouth. Shehnaaz hit him with her elbow, but he widened his eyes at her. She sighed at his drama. They walked behind Tarun and Prayag like obedient children and sat for dinner.

After a few moments of silence, Shehnaaz spoke, because Sidharth was still quiet.

Bhai! Kuch kehna hei tujhse...

Prayag looked at her, and then looked around in search of something.

Tu waha kya dekh raha hei?

She asked narrowing her eyes.

Nhi! Tune bhai bola... Mujhe laga koi aur hei yaha pe.

Sidharth and Tarun chuckled hearing his statement. And Shehnaaz glared at Sidharth. Instantly, he kept quiet. She eyed him to continue. He cleared his throat and tried to spoke.

Wo Prayag..

Soon, Prayag looked straight into his eyes and Sidharth again lost his confidence.

Wo.. Khana... Khana kaisa hei??

Sidharth asked with a shivering voice and took a gulp of water immediately. Shehnaaz crushed his hand under the table due to anger. He had no courage left.

Tarun couldn't control his laughter anymore. He burst into laughter. Prayag grinned widely, while other two sat in confusion.

Tarun spoke at last.

Bhai!! I don't think he can do it... Ooh man!!

And gave a hi fi to Prayag.

Kya???

Shehnaaz asked looking at them.

Yaar!! Abb kya chahiye tum dono ko?? Aaj hi date nikal walu shaadi ki?

Sidharth became red in embarrassment. He felt guilty for not sharing it with him earlier.

Abb zyada muh mat bana. Tum dono ko meim ache se jaanta hu, tho kuch bhi mujhse, tum log chahke bhi chupa nhi sakta.

They both were still in silence. They never ever thought that Prayag could have knowledge about their relationship.

Sorry.

Both spoke simultaneously with their heads down.

Ohoo!! Zyada sympathy mat le, aur khana kha.. Meim khush hu hamesha.. Tumse acha koi nhi mil sakta meri behan keliye Sidharth... Lekin... Tu tho gaya Sidharth!! Maar maar ke tujhe patla na karde yeh.

He said laughing, only to earn a warning glare from her, while others laughed loudly.

....

The return trip was so peaceful. She glued next to Sidharth and he held her close to him, like a precious stone. Everything seemed to be fine. Everyone was going to be happy. He got her back and she got him back. Nothing else was needed now.

The high school romance has become the life for both of them. Is it going to be happily ever after??
