Next day it was Preeta's birthday,

Midnight she was sleeping in her room,Tara was with the kids in other room,

Suddenly,her window got opened and man came inside the room without making noise,

He was revealed to be Karan,

He moved towards her and sat on the ground beside her,

He looked at him face,her eyes closed,hair strands falling on perfect spots on her face,he lips curved in a pout,

He couldn't help and let out a smile looking at her cute sleeping face,

He looked at the clock which striked 12,

Suddenly he heard some footsteps coming towards the room,

The door opened and Tara and kids came in the room,

Preeta cuts the cake and fed them,while Karan was looking at her smile lovingly,

Kabir signals Karan to wish her which was noticed to Preeta,she looks at Karan curiously waiting for his wish but he just looked away!

Her smile vanished and her face fell,Karan noticed her sad and said immediately,

Karan - Happy....happy birthday!(said while looking away)

Preeta(smiles) - Thank you!

Karan(mind) - tumhe udaas nahi dekh skta mai!aur aaj to tumhara special day bhi hai...tumhari udaasi ki wajah nahi ban skta mai!

Preeta - aaplog andar chaliye na!sab bache aapse milkar khush hojaayenge!

Karan(stern) - nahi wo mujhe kaam hai mai chlta hu!

Preeta - are aise kaise!please chaliye na!(made a cute puppy face)

Karam couldn't help but melted seeing her face and nodded!

Preeta smiled and went inside asking them to follow,

Kabir - kya baat hai!usne bola tu itni jldi maan gaya?

Karan - pagal krdegi ye ladki mujhe!na jaante hue bhi jaanti hai mujhse haa kaise bulvana hai!(chuckles)

They followed her,

Inside the Orphanage,

Tara saw Preeta coming with Karan and Kabir,

Tara(happily) - Kabir!!!(went and hugged him)

Kabir - hey Taru! how's you?

Tara - bahot achi!

Preeta - kya baat hai Tara maine Taru bola tha to mana krdiya!aur Kabir ne bola to...ahan!

Tara - tujhe bhi bas mauke chahiye na!Hey btw Karan aap yaha?

Kabir - Tara wo ye mera frnd hai!

Tara - o cool!

Preeta - aaiye aapko bacho se milwaati hu!

They went inside and saw kids playing there,

Misha and Rohan(another kid) saw them and went towards them,

Rohan - Kabir bhaiya aap kab aaye?

Kabir - bas abhi!

Misha - Preeta di ye kon hai?(pointing towards Karan)

Preeta - ye Kabir ke dost hai!Karan!

Misha - hi!mera naam Misha hai!

Rohan - aur mera naam Rohan Preeta di ka favourite!

Karan smiled,

Misha - aap kuch bolte nahi kya?

Tara - are bolte hai na!par jab bolte hai gussa hi krte hai!

Preeta - Tara!

Misha - acha aisa hai!!!amm...idea!(to karan) aap jara mere level par aana!

Karan looked at her confused,

Misha - are neeche baitho na bhaiya!

Karan sat down confusingly,Misha leaned and kissed his cheek,

Misha - ab aap gussa mat karna okay!Preeta didi bolti hai gussa karna bad hota hai!

Karan smiled seeing her,while Preeta saw him lostly, unknowingly smiling looking at him,

Tara looked at her and saw her lost!

Karan stood and saw her looking at him,

She came back to senses,

Kabir - waise Preeta dekhogi nahi ki Kar....i mean mai tumhare liye kya gift laaya hu!

Preeta - are haa wo to maine dekha hai nahi!

Tara - bahar rakha hai mai leke aati hu!

Preeta nodds and Tara left.
