sooo today was surprisingly a good day

today was the last day of school
YAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAY

we had a zoom "graduation party" where basically the teachers gave off end of the year awards. basically they did a boy and girl top student for each subject (math, science, LA, and SS) I won the girl's top language Arts student, even though I honestly thought I was going to get top Girls for Algebra since I have the highest test scores in the class. basically, they did an AP and non AP student for each of the tops. so like for example, I was the AP winner for language arts and the boy for language arts was the non AP. I get that the teachers were trying to be fair by doing an AP and non AP student for each subject, but at the same time I feel like it's kinda not because if you had a kid that was better but they couldn't win it because they had already picked a kid who was AP or non-AP, that wouldn't really be fair to the more hardworking person.

ANYWAYS

they also had awards for superlatives, and I got Most Likely to Become a Mad Scientist, and then on the online diploma it said "will most likely try to find a cure for cancer but it goes wrong and they turn into a she-hulk instead." the accuracy-

also, this one kid tried to be funny and brought their tiny turtle while in the zoom. everyone started awwing but then he tried to kiss it and the turtle bit his nose. everyone started laughing their butts off (even the teachers) except for the la teacher who was genuinenly concerned about him and screaming "TURTLE DROP THAT KIDS NOSE RIGHT NOW" and then everyone started laughing even harder. but honestly he shoulda been smarter not to do that-

something cool that happened today:

I'm the slytherin, if y'all didn't know that despite me saying it like 5 times daily. that one friend with whom we're the unstoppable duo that can prank anyone and tends to get in trouble a lot? she's the gryffindor. that one friend with whom I can talk about anything and can chill together and share the same taste in books? the ravenclaw. the only friend whom I'll let steal my clothes, can never get mad at no matter what she does bc she's a pure cinnamon roll and smol bean and is honestly my favorite person but SHHHH DON'T TELL is the hufflepuff.

Also, I have these two art projects due soon, BUT GUESS WHO PROCRASTINATED AND IS LEGIT KINDA SCARED THEY WON'T GET THEM DONE BEFORE THE CONTEST DEADLINE? MEEEEEEEEEEE

it's not done yet, and I'm supposed to draw a waterfall in the crack on her head (never thought I'd say that-) BUT it hasn't been going well so I kinda just erased it until I can figure out how to do it the right way.

and the second one, I didn't post since it's a just the sketch of a keyhole. I was thinking of having something coming out of it, but I'm not sure what. any ideas?
