It's a Rainwing/Icewing hybrid! I love em to death. Base not by me

Her name is Cloud

She lives post war as a Jade Mountain student. Very awkward and insecure about their bloodline. But still very optimistic and bubbly when away from that topic.

Everyone thinks she's just a weird and sparkly purebred Icewing. Weird because she don't have have any spines on their back nor the spiky tail thing, just some long spiky ones near their head. Sparkly because her Rainwing genes basically jazzed up her genes.

And the inside of Cloud's wings are supposed to be beautiful n sparkly, I just couldn't color it beautifully
