In the near future, the human race has been forced to quarantine an entire country after the Known Virus, also known as the K-Virus, spread throughout their lands, killing millions and mutating thousands.

The Alliance, the supreme government of the world, have imprisoned them all in specially designed jail cells, more than 200 million innocent citizens. Every time the virus emerges from within a person, soldiers haul them away, never to be seen again.

Now, Audra, herself a victim of the K-Virus outbreak, has begun to show symptoms. The soldiers come, and Audra finds herself in a new world, and realizes what really happens beyond the cell doors...

This book had truly been the first ever Sci-Fi I have read here in wattpad - and I can't remember a book with the same genre before I even found out PENANCE. As I wasn't frustrated of it too. With its interesting setting and intriguing plot, I loved where it is headed. Not to mention the book cover is fabulous as I have always been someone looking forward to beautifully made graphics. I'm looking forward to more of Audra's adventure in another world she had never set foot on. But naturally had should been living outside.

Ranked #25 in Science Fiction. A great story for all of you to read!
