«Yunho's family seems to treat those beasts well. And it was also taken the new one. »
«My lord, you gave it to me. Then.. " A painful rattle left the mouth of that worm. "So you're telling me I'm a sucker in giving him that fawn-eyed boy? Do you know how much debt I have with that man? » The big man said nothing, but held his hand on the cheek in which I had slapped him. I was sitting in the chair of my study, in the poster where I sold and welcomed the slaves. I owed a great debt to Yunho, mainly because he had always paid a large sum of money to pass the slave load to the inn and even a high tax of the kingdom. At the time I did not have as much money as now.
I always had to sweat for everything, compared to Yunho who was a friend of mine just for "business". I leaned against the backrest and dismissed the man, who went away with his hand still on his sore cheek.
«Jung Yunho...»
The name alone reminded me of that day and how he had held that slave in his arms. I knew that kid was still pure and I had lost a lot of money just by giving it to Yunho.
Someone knocked at the door, interrupting my thinking.
«Who is it now? I do not receive anyone, leave.»
But the door opened and it made me angry, getting up from the chair where I was sitting.
«I said I did not want to have visits!»
A small, thin-faced man entered at the door with a letter in his hand.
«Forgive me, sir, but I have an urgent letter from Mrs. Jung.»
I stopped a few steps from the man and looked at the envelope with the coat of arms of the family on it. It never happened to receive a letter from a wealthy lady, but especially from Mrs. Jung, that lady.
I reached out and took it, calming me.
«Thanks, now that you've delivered it, you can even go.»
The man bowed and leave, leaving me alone again.
I opened the envelope, thinking that maybe Kyuhyun had done something and then wanted to return it to me or ... if that fawn-eyed boy had done something.
I was really hoping and now the paper was in my hands, putting the envelope on the low table near the armchair and returning to this one again.
I start reading what she had written:
"Respectable Mr. Kim,
I didn't expect to write this letter, but there are often urgent matters that a good woman of the family and mother must settle. You will know that I am Mrs. Jung and what I am writing to you now is to receive help from you. You sold a slave to my son and I would like to talk about him. But through letters it's not safe, so I'd like to invite you to my place in two days. I hope it will not be missed. "
It was strange to read those words so formal, but also not.
A smile of victory almost popped up on my lips.
«Oh, fawn, have you perhaps angered the mistress or the master?»
He was certainly still intact, because they had checked when he was here.
There was no need to write another letter to confirm my presence, since she had also written the time and day of the meeting.
I put the letter back inside the envelope and left it on the table.
I approached the window then, noticing how the sky had darkened. The rain would not be slow to fall and looked like the perfect scenario.
Rain always brought me luck.

In the carriage I had also prepared a small tribute to the widow.
It would have been rude to a gentleman like me to show up empty-handed.
I had taken expensive Korean sweets and I was hoping this would please her.
The carriage proceeded quickly toward the Jung's home and I looked out, noticing how well it was held. Those animals passed well, sold to them.
«Eeh!»
The carriage stopped and the door opened. I got out of the carriage and looked at the garden that surrounded the house and the pure air, away from the chaos of the village. It was a piece of oasis that was also very rich.
The carriage pulled away and a servant came to meet me, bowing and taking the gift I had brought.
«Take it directly to the mistress and make my way.»
No need for greetings, not servants.
The man nodded and led me into that grand, refined and elegant home.
The Jung had really come a long way, and certainly Mr. Jung that his son.
Yunho had been very lucky, he had already received everything without sweating hardships.
I walked down the long corridor and saw some slaves, including Kyuhyun who, at my sight, whitened.
I did not even stop to tease him with a smile, because I saw the boy come out of the library from the eyes of fawn. He had a note-book and an expensive brush in his hand, the body adorned with that luxurious dress of fine blue sky-like fabric and white finishes. A body no longer scarce for hunger, but well cared for.
He did not notice me, intent on closing the door and approached me, letting go of the servant who was making his way and finding me behind that boy.
«I see you well cared for and fed, Fawn. »
I put an arm around his waist and hugged him from behind my body. I felt his muscles and the softness of his hair on my face.
I had caught him off guard, because he dropped everything on the ground and trembling, he turned his head, finding my face near his neck.
«Y-you ... what ... what are you doing here?»
I breathed his perfume, delicate flowers and ran my lips over his soft neck skin.
«Are you not happy to see your first master again? Maybe I'm here to take you back to me, but who knows?»
I loved to feel those inferior beings tremble at my touch and he looked like a leaf in my arms.
I was to bite the nivea skin of his neck, but a hand rested on my shoulder, making me turn and loosen the grip.
The fawn escaped and hid behind the figure standing before me.
His eyes were furious, his hand gripping my shoulder: Yunho had run to his help again.
