(Lol, enjoy this SAO inspired adventure. For this will be a 3rd person view with Yza being the main character.)

Yza looked at his vanguard magazine. He turned a page, which gave him thumb a paper cut. He groaned and looked at the time. His black bangs covered his eyes. He placed down the magazine and sat on his turqoise chair. Yza turned on the computer to find on many gaming websites about the lucky 10000 players who got SAO. Otherwise known as 'Sword Art Online'. Yza had a grim look. He went into his bed and got his nerve-gear. He placed it on and smirked for a split-second.
"LINK START!" He yelled, a rainbow of cylinders lunged at the black haired boy. He found himself in a meadow. He looked at his hands. A sword was by his side, as he watched a dark blue eyed boy with midnight black hair was killing some boars.
"Whoo, this is fun!" He said. That was Ayaza.
"Hm? Oh hi." Yza said without any emotion.
"Oh hey dude... Loosen up, lets have some fun." Ayaza said. "I'm VolcanicDestroyer. You?"
"8mefox. Nice to meet you." Yza said, with his lack of enthusiasm.
"Hehe, 8mefox."
"Cut it Volcano."
"Sorry... The name is Ayaza."
"You want my real name?" He swept his black bangs away. "Yza."
"Nice to meet you Yza. Your avatar has some pretty long hair. You should cut it."
"Well maybe I like it."
"Hehe, maybe." Ayaza grabbed his sword and started to pierce through the boars out there. Yza looked and sighed. He was a Beta-tester, he had quite a bit of experience. He saw some boars and charged at it with great speed, and sliced through it easily. Ayaza took 2 or 3 attacks to kill it, Yza took one.
"Wow, you 1 shot killed that thing!"
"Yeah, so?"
"Could you help me?"
"Sure, I have nothing better to do."
"First lets get some grub.. I'm hungry."
"Lets go then."
They headed into the market and Ayaza looked at his money.
"Damn it, I'm few money short."
"Here." Yza gave Ayaza some money. "I dont need it."
"Thanks!"
"Dont spend it on a whim though!"
"I wont, I wont."
The market was busy, people were selling things. They ate some food and started
Yza had a grin on his face.
"What happened to the Yza I know?" Ayaza laughed.
"I've enjoyed the time we spent together." He put his fist out.
"Same here." He fist bumped Yza. Ayaza looked at the town clock. "5 already?! I ordered some pizza, my pals are coming over tonight. I'll see you later, Yza." Ayaza stood up.
"See you." He opened up his menu and looked for a 'log-out' button. Ayaza had a confused look on.
"What is it?"
"I cant find the log-out button." Yza stood up aswell and looked at his menu. He tapped a few buttons to where the log-out button was before.
"Did they move the log-out button?" Yza thought.
"That was there before." Everyone was teleported to the town of beginnings.
"Force teleportation?"
"I still dont get why its not there!!"
"Forget it, we can just ask some pros. Beta-testers, whatever!"
Everyone was in the town. Walls shooted up around them. Everyone was trapped there. The sky turned a blood red, as the clouds became a light shade of red. A figure with a blood red cloak and golden lining appeared. People clung on to one another, falling back from the figure. Yza's eyes widened.
"Do not fear." Boomed the figure. "I'm the creator of Sword Art Online. You couldnt log out is because I removed the feature. You are trapped in this land forever."
"Its a joke!!" Some people cried.
"I refuse to believe it!!" Others retorted.
"SILENCE!!" The 10000 players quieted down. "I also have to make another note. If you lose all your hp in this game. You die in the real world. The Nerve-gear shall fry your brain. There has already been 200 deaths. Because some people removed their NerveGears." They showed newspaper articles of 200 dead players.
Thats when everyone was shooken. People were screaming, the fear of dieing scared people.
"DO YOU WANT ME TO TELL YOU HOW TO ESCAPE?!"
Everyone listened carefully.
"There are 100 floors. Each floor has a boss. Once you kill the bosses in each floor, you win. Everyone is out and alive. Also, theirs a handy item in your inventory."
Everyone looked in. They had a mirror. Everyone put it in their hand. They looked at themselves. The mirror smashed and remade the image of what they actually looked like. Their avatars were what they actually looked like. Yza could see now. Ayaza was 14 like he was. There were older people there aswell. Everyone was what they looked like actually. This fun start became a hellish nightmare. Yza dropped his mirror. He couldnt believe it.
He gritted his teeth then relaxed.
"Enjoy the rest of the game..." The figure disappeared. The sky became blue again. The clouds were a pure white. The walls dropped. People took out their swords started to commit suicide. Yza ran out. Ayaza noticed him. He followed.
"Yza!!"
"Dont worry, Ayaza. I'll be fine."
"Dont die ok? I want to meet you again..."
"Will do. But lets try and escape first, shall we?"
"Of course."
"Also- Just a word of advice. When you find a guild invite, accept it. This will give you a better chance of surviving."
"Will do."
Yza ran off. Ayaza looked back. He went his own way.

-later that day-

"Alright, these books shall help us with the bosses. Look through them." Said a blue haired boy. A middle lengthed brown haired boy came out.
"May I say something, Backlion?"
"Fine, Ryu. What is it?"
"I think the Beta-testers should apologize to us because of the 200 deaths!!" Yza body tensed up.
"I have something to say about that." A dark blue haired boy said.
"Shut it Zeon!"
"No, you shut it Ryu!"
Ryu scoffed.
"These books were given to us for free when we entered a market. These were written by the beta-testers. They coulda left us without any information, but they did. They shouldnt apologise."
"What are you a beta-tester?"
"No. But one of my friends are." He looked at Backlion indirectly.
Yza remembed writing that up.
"Everyone, get into a party or guild of atleast 6 or more! This'll help with going to defeat a boss."
Yza sat next to a long blonde haired girl with a cape and hood on. She was flicking through the book. Yza sighed.
"Hi." He greeted.
"Hi..." She said grimly.
"Im 8mefox, otherwise known as Yza."
"Im Rukia."
"Nice to meet you Rukia."
"Im here to escape, not make a boyfriend."
"I know, I know... You seem grim enough, you want to make an larty for now? Just for the boss fight."
"Fine."
"I'll invite you... What's your username?"
"Rukia. Thats my actual name, fyi."
"Ok... Done. I sent the request." A screen popped up infront of Rukia as Backlion rambled on about how the boss.
Rukia pressed accept. Yza smiled and looked back.
"We'll go after the boss tommorow. Everyone, rest up and prepare. Night fall is soon. Go into a town for safety so you dont get hurt and have your hp lowered. And bring lots of healing potions!!"
Everyone started leaving to the nearest town. Rukia sat on a stone bench. She opened her inventory to get a piece of bread.
Yza sat down next to her.
"That's pretty plain without some condiments."
Rukia took a bite. "I dont really care.. If I can eat, then Im happy."
Yza brought out a jar of custard and put it down the bench between them. Rukia touched the top, the lid shattered. She swiped the top and custard appeared on her finger. She placed it on and started to eat it.
"Wow. Thats so much better."
"Agreed."
Yza took out his leftovers from earlier and placed on the custard. They shared the glass and finished it. Rukia was sucking any acess from her fingers.
"Well, that's our plan so far then."
"Yep. I'll see you tommorow. Lets beat that boss." Her hood fell. Yza was stunned for a split-second. She put it back up and walked into a hotel. He shook it off and bunked in a house.

-next day-

"Everyone got that?"
"Yes sir!" Said the 4 squads.
"Ok, Squad A, keep care of the sentinels, Squad B, distract the boss, Squad C, charge and Squad D, switch!"
They entered in. Rukia swooped in and attacked the sentinels mercilessly.
"C'mon!"
"On it!"
Yza was attacking aswell, while Zeon and Yudai were dealing with distracting him, as Ryu and his squad attacked him.
"Squad D, take care of the sentinels, Squad A, assist with attack!!"
Yza's focus changed swiftly, he sprang foward, swiftly attacking Illfang, the Kolbold Lord.
Ryu assisted.
"Yza, you fight well."
"I could say the same Ryu." Yza looked at the top of Ryu's head. His health was in the yellow.
"Ryu fall back and heal up, I'll deal with Illfang."
"Right.. Thanks for the heads up." He fell back, as Zeon rushed foward and started to attack again and again. Yza assisted him, another fatal swoop brought his health down to the 2nd bar.
"Kyaaaaaa!!" Rukia attacked, jabbing the boss. Illfang went mad with rage and started to seriously fight back. He swung using his weapons at the 3 players, as Ryu drank a potion that healed him. Yudai went into the fray, dealing one fatal land that brought his health to the final bar. He was in the red. Everyone fell back as Illfang dropped all off his weapons and brang out a sword. But unluckily, Backlion already went foward.
"Wait a sec!" Yza thought. "That was never in the beta... Oh no. He's turned into a Talwar!"
"BACKLION!! GO BACK, HE'S A TALWAR!!"
Yza heard the cry of Zeon, Backlion looked back at his comrades in a shock, as the boss swung his sword up, and sliced right through Backlion's stomach, lunging him back into the wall, a deep gnash in his stomach was indicated, as his health slowly drained. He fell.
Yza looked.
Zeon with all his hate and anger charged foward, with the assistance of Ryu and Yudai.
He ran over to the slowly dieing Backlion. He took out a healing potion and placed it near Backlion's mouth. He pushed it aside.
"Backlion, drink it god damn it!"
"No Yza. I remember you. You we're a beta tester like me."
"Yeah, so?"
"We both wanted the rare items. We both were some of the best."
Yza hands were trembling as he saw Backlion's hp go in the late yellow.
"I know..."
"But this time I dont care. I wanted everyone to survive this time, as none of us can log out. I wanted to help everyone live." Yza saw his hp bar drop into red. "I'm sorry. But.. This is the end." His health reached 0.
"BACKLION!!" Tears fell. He wipes them off.
Zeon went back and stabbed through the boss, killing him. He was low on health. A banner that had: Congratulations! written on it appeared. The floor was cleared. People cheered. But Ryu stormed through the crowd to confront Yza, who had this black hair covering his eyes.
"You son of a!! Why did you let Backlion die?! You have a healing potion!!"
He looked at his hand. Held was a potion.
"Hmph." Yza started laughing manically.
"Wait... Your a Beta-tester arent you!!"
"Well done Ryu. I am a beta tester. Backlion was aswell. Me and him? We went the highest out of everyone."
"SO YOU KNEW THIS WAS GONNA HAPPEN?! Gr... Because of you, 17 people died!! All because you didnt tell us.."
Murmurs of shock and surprisement filled the air. Yza was laughing like it was nobodies business.
"Your a beta-tester! No, your a cheat! No, y-your a... A BEATER!!" People cheered with Ryu. Yza laughed and shook his head.
"Beater eh? I like that name. And also... Your all noobs. Every single one of you. If you werent using Backlion's advice, I'd say you use it now." Yza broke his party with Rukia. "Good luck." He got a black coat out and out it on. "And when someone invites you to a guild. Accept it." Yza left througj the doors. Everyone was shocked with how calmly he dealed with this situation...
