She could never find her
way without rhythm.
Rhythm guided her when
she was helpless. When
she had nothing else she
simply had rhythm.
And the rhythm guided her.

PIPER was born to be mediocre, not a star. Never was she supposed to be a piece of history. She had always been a mediocre daughter, a mediocre sister, and a mediocre painter.

But now, somehow, she had finally been accepted into a more than mediocre art school to make her a more than mediocre painter. But life would simply have other plans for her.

It starts with her brother, a boy driven by peer pressure, who discovered a treasure with arcane secrets that set Piper's life really in motion.

It's that same arcane treasure that sends her back over 100 years to the scene that she just keeps painting over and over again. It's a castle, an old english one- or scottish maybe? She doesn't know- and it's always so mysterious.

She cant tell why she keeps painting it but when she is brought to the castle itself secrets unravel and finally she can understand the rhythm that has guided her here all of her life.
