Harry's POV

After the incident with Olivia, Rylee and I decided to make some sugar cookies to make ourselves feel better. I always found baking to be very therapeutic. Once I got the ingredients out, I gently set Rylee on the counter. "You ready to bake?" I asked bringing the mixing bowls over being very careful not to crush Rylee. "I'm ready." I started mixing the dry ingredients and the wet ingredients in separate bowls. Rylee helped out with the mixing as well since I made her a mixer with bike peddles. She was doing very well until she lost her balance and fell into the bowl which caused me to chuckle. "Silly girl, I can't eat you." I said gently taking her out of the cookie dough. "Let's get you cleaned up." I took Rylee over to the sink and gently cleaned her with a wet washcloth. "You're my sweet girl. I would never forgive myself if you ended up in my stomach. I love you too much." I said as I gave her a gentle kiss. "I'm sorry, Harry." Said Rylee feeling guilty. "You don't need to apologize. You lost your balance and fell into the bowl on accident. I can't get mad at you for being clumsy." I gave her a gentle hug before I gently placed her on the table. "Why don't you take a break while I scoop the cookie dough onto the baking sheet and put the cookies in the oven, okay sweetie?" 

Rylee's POV

I watched Harry as he put the cookie dough on the baking sheet and put them in the oven while I sat and relax after my huge fall into the cookie dough. It was pretty scary because of how big everything is but it was pretty fun due to the fact that I've always wanted to land in a bowl of cookie dough. My thoughts were interrupted when Harry came over to sit with me. "Now, we just wait 10 to 13 minutes." Said Harry. "How are you holding up? That encounter with Olivia must've really scared you." I took a deep breath before I spoke. "I just never thought I would encounter an evil giant." I said hugging my knees in fear. "Come here, sweetheart." I went up to Harry as he placed his hand down so I could climb on so he can comfort me. "It's never easy with evil giants. They always think that they can hurt humans just because of the fact that you're so much smaller than us and that upsets me. No one should be treated horribly for their size. I always try to be nice to everyone regardless of size especially you. Seeing you in that much fear breaks my heart more than anything in the world." I was then pressed up against his chest which meant he was hugging me. "That's why I'm trying to be more cautious with you. You're my sweet girl and I don't want to scare you." I could then sense Harry was about to cry so I placed my hand on his chest as I looked up at him. "How long have you felt this way?" I asked. "Since you first came in. It breaks my heart to see you so scared especially knowing you've witnessed me yelling out of anger three times now and I've been so worried you were going run away from me." I could literally feel every ounce of guilt coming from Harry. I had a feeling he still feels bad for yelling at me when I first came into his house. I hugged his thumb to reassure him that I will never run away from him. "Harry, I love you more than anything. I have loved you even before I met you. I might still get scared but there is no way I'd ever run away from you." I gave him a kiss on the thumb. "I won't ever leave you."

Harry's POV
I began to tear up a little but it was because of how sweet Rylee was. It fills my heart with joy to know she won't leave me despite my flaws. My train of thought was interrupted by the oven going off. "Cookies are done." I gently placed Rylee back on the table while I went to get the cookies out of the oven, let them cook off, and brought some over to the table. I shrunk Rylee's cookies so they would be easier for her to eat. "Here you go, little one." I gently handed Rylee her plate of cookies. "Thank you so much, Harry." Said Rylee grabbing the plate. "You're very welcome, Rylee. Would you like some hot cocoa to go with?" Rylee nodded yes as she took her first bite. I went over to the counter to make some hot cocoa for the two of us. I brought the mugs over to the table after I was done. Once again, I shrunk Rylee's so she wouldn't struggle so much. "Here you go. Homemade cookies and hot cocoa." I sat down and began to snack on my cookies and cocoa. "These are the cookies and cocoa I've ever had." Said Rylee. "I'm so glad you like them. It's my favorite recipe." I said. "Well, they were made by a gentle giant with the gentlest hands." That's when I gently picked her up and gave her a gentle kiss. "You're such a sweet little angel." Once we were done with the cookies, we got ready for bed since it has been a long day. We got in bed after we got in our pajamas and had Rylee snuggle on my tummy once again. "So, Rylee I was wondering if we could go to a karaoke place tomorrow. I've always wanted to hear you sing ever since I saw you play guitar." I said. "I'd love that." I was happy to see Rylee coming out of her shell. "Great. I can't wait." I gently picked her up and gave her a kiss goodnight. "Sweet dreams, Rylee."  I gently placed her back on my tummy so she can get to sleep and sure enough, she did. She's the cutest little thing ever and I fell asleep knowing she's safe.
