[Time Skip, One Week]

Over the past week I had settled into my new home for the time being. Salem actually gave me quite a bit of freedom as long as I "behaved" although she still called me, her "property". Cody even likes it here, we get to play with guards that don't listen or are caught slacking off. Currently I was sitting on the balcony that went off of Salem's bedroom. I swung my feet back and forth as I looked out at the odd landscape. The land was barren, the ground was cracked and broken with large crystals sticking out of the ground. The whole place seemed to have a reddish purple tint to it, and the moon was always out.

Cody: "It's so wonderful."

Me: "You always love creepy places. So that's to be expected."

I watched as a pack of Goliaths walked across the land.

Me: "You know, I've seen a lot of Grimm around here."

Cody: "Yeah. Wonder why they never get close to the castle."

Salem: "Because they are nothing more then my pets."

I bent my spine backwards and held onto the railing with my legs to look behind me. Salem stood at the doorway.

Me: "Pets? So they listen to you?"

Salem: "Correct."

Me: "Does that mean if you die, the Grimm disappear?"

Salem: "Yes. Are you getting any ideas?"

Me: "No."

I sat up straight and went back to looking out at the landscape.

Me: "Just curious."

Salem: "Would you like to get out a little?"

Me: "Get out? You mean like go outside?"

She nodded.

Me: "No offense, but doesn't really look like there's anywhere to go."

She chuckled.

Salem: "Not here. To Vale, I must go and speak to someone, and I'd like you to come with me."

I raised my brow.

Me: "I'm not gonna have to wear a leash am I?"

She gave me an evil smirk.

Salem: "Only if you're good."

I sighed.

Me: "Alright, alright. I'll be a good boy."

I hopped up and stood on the railing.

Me: "Beisdes, I've been feeling a bit cooped up."

Salem: "I thought so. Now let's go."

She snapped her fingers and a blood red portal appeared.

Me: "Well thats convenient."

She casually strolled in as Cody, Fenrir and I followed behind her. Once we passed through we were on a cat walk in what appeared to be a busy warehouse. Upon closer inspection I realized the workers were White Fang members.

Me: 'Interesting, so she has the White Fang working for her too?'

Cody: "The woman is powerful, I'm not really surprised."

Salem: "Come."

I looked over to see her walking down the cat walk towards the stairs, I followed. Once Salem's foot hit the ground of the warehouse almost all working stopped, and everyone turned their attention to us, and bowed.

Me: 'Well damn... Least we know im not the only one she trains like a dog.'

We were approached by a woman in a red dress, she had black hair and amber eyes that glowed like fresh embers.

Salem: "Cinder, nice to see you again."

Cinder: "It's a pleasure as always, Salem..."

Cinder looked at me. She eyed me from head to toe.

Cinder: "And who is this?"

Me: "This..."

I pointed to myself.

Me: "Is (Y/N). I'm sentient, I can speak for myself."

She narrowed her eyes at me. She then looked at Salem.

Cinder: "He's the one you told me about? He doesn't look like much."

I raised my brow.

Me: "How about I-"

Salem raised her hand to stop me.

Salem: "(Y/N), why don't you go play with some of the workers. Do what you do with my guards if you see them slacking off or doing something wrong."

I felt my signature smile come across my face.

Me: "Gladly."

I walked off in search of a little mouse to play with.

[Salem's POV]

Cinder: "That's the boy you spent so much time tracking down?"

Me: "That is correct. You shouldn't judge a book by its cover you know."

We both turned our attention away from (Y/N) and started talking about the reason I came here.

Me: "Why is it we are behind schedule?"

Cinder: "We've been having some trouble with some students at Beacon. But everything will be ready by the Vytal Festival."

Me: "Be sure it is. You know what happens if you fail-"

There was suddenly a loud scream heard from across the room. I smiled as Cinder quickly looked over to see (Y/N) already covered in blood as he ripped the tail off of a wolf faunas. The man screamed for help but the workers around him were too shocked to move. (Y/N) snapped the man's neck, the snapping sound seemed to echo through the silent warehouse.

(Y/N): "I love playing with faunas! They have extra parts to rip off!"

(Y/N) slowly looked over to the group of workers with the same smile.

(Y/N): "Get back to work... Unless you want to play too?"

He tilted his head side ways and gave his voice an innocent, child like, touch along with an almost convincing innocent look. The workers ran back to work frantically. (Y/N) started laughing hysterically.

(Y/N): "That's what I thought!"

I turned my attention to Cinder who was staring at (Y/N) with her mouth slightly open.

Me: "Wonderful, isn't he?"

She nodded slowly.

Me: "And that wasn't even him being serious. I could always show you what he did to the fifteen squads I sent after him."

Cinder: "Fifteen?"

I nodded. She was silent a moment.

Cinder: "Could I borrow him sometime?"

She had an evil smirk on her face.

Me: "Perhaps.... If you make sure he's taken care of."

Cinder: "What do you mean? He's not a chi-"

Suddenly (Y/N) bursted into laughter. I looked over to see that he had drawn, what looks like a cat, with the wolf faunas' blood. He was laughing so hard he could barely speak.

(Y/N): "I-I... Drew... A-A cat... With wolf.. Blood!"

He suddenly laughed even harder and looked to his left.

(Y/N): "F-Fenrir it's not... Real, stop barking at it..."

Then his laughing completely stopped and he looked to his right.

(Y/N): "Well yeah I killed him quick, I don't want to have to clean up all the organs."

He paused.

(Y/N): "That would have been a great idea! Why didn't I think of that!?"

Me: "He has some form of schizophrenia, it causes him to hallucinate, have violent outbursts, and a lot more. Each time he kills it's like flipping a switch. He's like this until I put him back in his cage. So if you were to borrow him, you'd have to be able to control him. Do you honestly think you could?"

Cinder: "I have Roman, Neo, Mercury, and Emerald here. I'm sure they can handle it."

Me: "Oh really? Call Neo over."

She did as I said, Neo came over and gave a slight curtsy.

Me: "Good evening Neo. I'd like you to go fight that boy over there."

She looked over at (Y/N) then nodded.

[(Y/N)'s POV]

Cody: "... Or we could've taken the skin off of the soles of his feet then made him carry one of those crates."

Me: "That would have been-"

I quickly moved my head to the side, dodging a kick from a small girl. I backed up and looked at her. Half of her hair was pink and the other half was brown, she had matching eyes and her outfit matched the color scheme. I tilted my head to the side.

Me: "What's a little girl doing here?"

I smirked as I saw her stomp her foot in frustration. I ran forward and began a flurry of attacks. She dodged all of my blows until I went to sweep her legs, she then jumped over my leg and kicked me in the chest making me stumble back. Before I could fully recover she ran at me swiftly delivered multiple kicks to my body and face. My grin grew into an insane smile.

Cody: "Let's tear her apart. Let's start with those legs of hers."

I created my claws and pushed myself forward with blinding speed. Before she could react more then make a nervous face I grabbed onto her right leg and took her off her feet. I slammed her down while still holding onto her leg and put my foot on her stomach, holding her in place. I tightened my grip and raised my other hand, getting ready to slice her leg off. She had a look of absolute terror on her face, but didn't make a sound.

Me: "Oh? Have a strong will do you? Guess I'll keep going until you scream for me to stop!"

She started to tremble and shake. I quickly went to slice her leg off but my blade stopped just before it touched her leg. I growled as I looked over at Salem.

Me: "You said to go play. Now let me make her a lot shorter!"

My grip started to tighten more getting small popping noises. Suddenly I was thrown into a wall, making a crater.

Cody: "God I hate those glyphs of hers."

I felt my body start to twitch and move randomly. I let off a growl as I got out of the crater. Cody looked back at me.

Cody: "Now (Y/N), let's not do anything stupid. We both know we can't beat-"

I charged forward once more but before I reached Salem a glyph glued me to the ground. The strength of the glyph gradually picked up. However this time I held my ground, I stayed standing up and gradually moved forward. The strength continued to pick up so much I could hear popping coming from my different joints.

Salem: "Kneel."

Cody: "(Y/N), kneel. She's gonna put us back in the cage!"

My mind was blank. All I could think of was ripping anyone apart. Salem shook her head and sighed. She snapped her fingers and the glyph made me crash to the floor. I used my claws and tried to crawl towards her. Salem suddenly slammed her heel down on my hand, breaking my claws. She raised her hand up making me rise to face her, still in the control of her glyph. She made me look her in the eye by putting her hand under my chin.

Salem: "I think someone needs to remember their place with me."

Salem then turned to Cinder.

Salem: "As you can see, he can be a bit of a handful at times."

Cinder came up behind me a slid her hand up my back.

Cinder: "I'd still like to borrow him sometime. Even if he is a handful."

Me: "I'm not an object to pass around."

Salem: "Oh? I don't remember giving you a choice in the matter. It also looks as if you've calmed down a bit."

It just now hit me that I had calmed down and my thoughts returned. Salem put me down and I cracked my different joints to lossen them up.

Salem: "Now. Kneel, and apologize for turning on your owner."

Me: 'Well this is degrading...'

I sighed and kneeled.

Me: "I apologize Salem."

Salem: "For?"

Me: "For....turning on my owner."

I mumbled the last part.

Salem: "What was that? Louder."

Me: "For turning on my owner."

I said plainly. Salem smirked down at me.

Salem: "Good boy. Now let's go home."

She snapped her fingers and opened a portal. As we walked through I looked back to see Cinder blow me a kiss.

Cody: "Oh great. Another control crazed woman that's gonna try to train us like a pet."
