Early Life/Origin: Born in Chicago, Kate grew up in a modest home surrounded by comic books, posters, and action figures. His love for superheroes stemmed from his father, who used stories of justice and heroism to inspire him. Unfortunately, Kate's father passed away when he was ten, leaving him with a deep void that he filled with escapism through his favorite fictional universes.

A misfit at school, Kate often found solace in creating fan art and theorizing about alternate storylines in DC Comics. His dream was to become a comic book writer and create his own superhero who could rival Batman or Superman. Tragically, his life was cut short when he was struck by a truck on his way home from a comic convention.

Reincarnated as Dr. Phosphorus in the world of RWBY, Kate is thrust into a reality where his knowledge of heroism is both a blessing and a curse. As he struggles to adapt to his grotesque form and volatile powers, Kate discovers that even the most flawed can rise to become something extraordinary.

Abilities/Powers:

Radiation Production: Powers was transformed into a living nuclear hazard. He gave off dangerous amounts of radiation even passively that makes it lethal to be near him let alone touch without some form of protection. He has no control over this.

Energy Projection: Energy Projection: Powers could manipulate this radiation for various effects. At first, he could only project this radiation from his hands as energy beams or fireballs. As his powers grew increasingly unstable, he was able to emit wide range waves of radiation.

Thermokinesis: His powers caused him to be extremely hot in the literal sense. Powers is incapable of feeling heat.
